I chose this hotel due to the location. Nevertheless, the room was so small. The mat in the room was dirty, the elevator was out of order and the view from the window was awful (a wall with a window where a dove came to sleep every night). The location doesn't worth it.

場所は申し分ありません。水回りもリフォーム済みで満足でした。事前に確認しなかったのですが、まさかの冷蔵庫がありませんでした。夏は、残念ながら滞在無理だと思いました。あと、直前に口コミで読んでいましたが、お部屋がホントに傾いていました。また、荷物を預かってもらうのに、1つ5ユーロです。数十分だけでも同じ値段です。 wifiは、全く問題ありませんでした。冷蔵庫がついてるお部屋もあるのかもしれませんが、小さくても設置してもらえれば、ぜひ夏も滞在したいです。

The staff were helpful and friendly. However, the lift was not working when I checked in so a staff had to help me lug my heavy suitcase up to the 4th floor, and then I had to carry it down when I checked out. I have arthritis.

Clean and secure. The room was small, window was not bringing much light. No fridge or iron in the room. To use iron you had to bring the clothes to the lobby and iron around the lobby.

Convenient location-metro line and Galleries La Fayette only 300m away. Very clean room- thank u house keeping staff! Cons: the bathroom was inconveniently small, the room was small but that’s Paris! We wanted to extend check out time by half an hour but it was declined. They charge €5/bag to leave your luggages with them after check out time! Breakfast is not worth it! Knowing the cons, I would stay there again due to clean room and location. There is no air conditioning in the rooms but the fan they have provided was good enough.

Pas d électricité dans l’hôtel. Une mauvaise prise en charge du personnel. Régis d être remboursé car un autre hôtel du même groupe était dispo à 15 minutes !!! Donc soit 15 min soit passer la soirée et le lendemain matin dans le NOIR ! C est inadmissible. Je comprends le problème indépendant de leur volonté mais la gestion a été très mauvaise. Une expérience client incroyable !

Notre choix pour cet hôtel a été porté par rapport aux lieux que nous voulions visiter: theatre Mogador, musée Grevin, Montmartre,.. Très bon accueil, personnel agreable, souriant et disponible, de bon conseil. Hotel calme, chambre très propre, un bémol pour des sacs papiers qui sont restés du soir jusqu'en fin de matinée dans le couloir. Un plus pour le service de bagagerie: clé de la chambre rendue pour 12h mais l'hotel accepte de garder vos bagages pour vous permettre de poursuivre votre visite jusqu'en fin de journée. Je recommande

Friendly staff, swift check-in and a nice room, not big but also not that small as most of the Paris hotelrooms in this price range. All very clean and. Refitted bathroom with a very nice shower. Breakfast was OK, a bit basic and a very small area for too many people. Location is a big plus, very close to the Grand Boulevards and a lot of restaurants and bars just around the corner

何よりも交通の便がとても良かったです‼︎ ホテルのスタッフのかたも、人により差はありますが、良い対応でした。難点は、施設内容で、部屋に冷蔵庫・ポット(湯沸かしポット)が無かったこと。ドリンクを冷やすことも出来ないし、逆に冷え込んだ日に温かい物を飲むことも出来ない不便さは否めないです。

To dagers opphold med sønnen. Sentralt, men eldre hotell. Ok rom med skjevt gulv. Harde senger, men gikk greit. Hadde bedt om to separate senger. Fikk først en dobbeltseng, men fikk byttet greit. Rent og pent på badet. Høflig betjening, hjelpsomme.

Excellent, central location, near the large department stores, with good transport links. It's great for walking to lots of parts of the city centre. The staff members we spoke to were efficient and friendly. Our room had comfortable beds and a clean bathroom, but was extremely hot, as it was on the top floor and had no air conditioning. There were fans, which were effective to some extent, but really it felt like we had no respite from the Paris heat. I would not stay here again in the summer, but would definitely consider it in the winter. I also think it's time for the hotel to upgrade its awful, ineffective, old hairdryers - it was pretty annoying to be unable to dry or style my hair. Overall, not a bad place to stay.

Un hôtel plus prometteur sur l'annonce du site qu'en réalité. Pas d'armoire pour les affaires. Juste de étagères contre le mur, la télévision laggait le soir, la salle de bain est très étroite avec des WC contre le lavabo, pas de climatisation mais un ventilateur un peu bruyant et peu puissant. La taille dela chambre est faible.

a lot to do to improve services they could take our credit card at their system and charge us breakfast automatically since they dont want to include it at thier rom price instead of treating you like a theif yelling at me to pay he could've spoken nicely no fridges at the room no air-conditioning narrow rooms you can hear anyone in the building talking at night.

ロケーションは良いです。しかし、他の方の口コミにもありましたが、まず床が傾いてる（寝ると気持ち悪い）さらに冷房設備ない上、西陽がもろに当たり窓を開けても風が通らない為まったく眠れなかった（ロビーは冷房があります）冷蔵庫もないので冷えた水の補給も出来ない。夏場の利用は避けることを強く勧めます。スタッフは一人を除いて気持ちの良い対応でした。

L'alarme incendie de l'hôtel s'est déclenchée au milieu de la nuit. Nous avons dû sortir dans la rue ... attendre... puis retourner nous coucher sans la moindre explication ni excuse le lendemain. Pour le reste hotel propre et faisant l'affaire pour une nuit en déplacement professionnel

Really enjoyed my stay here for a couple of nights. A nice location with easy metro access. Would definitely recommend staying here if you visit Paris.

Convenient location-metro line and Galleries La Fayette only 300m away. Very clean room- thank u house keeping staff! Cons: the bathroom was inconveniently small, the room was small but that’s Paris! We wanted to extend check out time by half an hour but it was declined. They charge €5/bag to leave your luggages with them after check out time! Breakfast is not worth it! Knowing the cons, I would stay there again due to clean room and location. There is no air conditioning in the rooms but the fan they have provided was good enough.

非常にシンプルなホテル。冷房が扇風機2台のみで快適とは言えない。冷蔵庫もないので、夏の滞在は避けたい。朝食はコンチネンタルで毎日同じ。フロント以外のスタッフはホスピタリティに個人差がある。立地が良いので移動にはとても便利。オリンピック期間中だったので高額でした。

Great value for the location. Basic, clean hotel room with everything you need in a bustling area. Note if you are staying during the summer there is no AC but they put standalone fans in the room.

Friendly staff, swift check-in and a nice room, not big but also not that small as most of the Paris hotelrooms in this price range. All very clean and. Refitted bathroom with a very nice shower. Perfect location near to metro, shopping and supermarkets! Okay size for the room even for traveling with a kid (8 year old). Direct train to Disneyland in 8 minutes walk.

The hotel is in a busy central part of town. The hotel is off a side street which is more or less quiet. The staff are friendly. The elevator was out of order and my room was several floors up and the stairs are not even so it is awkward going up and down. The room is a good size and the bathroom has been refinished and looks good. Fortunately it was not the hot period in Paris because the room only had fans.

La chambre est correcte, heureusement que nous avions les deux ventilateurs pour aérer avec la chaleur. Merci poir les bouteilles d'eau et petits biscuits. Lit pliable a un peu de vécu, il était enfoncé ai niveau de la tête. Quartier très bruyant a cause des livraisons du magasin Lafayette. La personne en cuisine pour le petit déjeuner était très adorable et souriante. Mille mercis pour votre attention envers nous.

Although the hotel is quite expensive, the room is extremely cramped and unbearably hot—even hotter than outside. There is no air conditioning, which made our stay very uncomfortable. The service was also disappointing. For two consecutive days, our room was not cleaned, even though we hung the “Please clean the room” sign on the door. We booked a six-night stay, but the front desk informed us that complimentary bottled water was only provided on the first day. No additional water was offered for the remaining five nights. In addition, the location is not very convenient for tourists, as it is not within easy walking distance of the main attractions. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.
