I came to see my son i and really enjoyed my stay in the hotel every one was really friendly and the pool was NICE and clean the only downfall was limited food, selections for people with diabetes or food allergies but other then was great I would recommend this hotel to families.

Lovely new hotel, in a town without any other decent ones. No problems. Not well marked, and tricky entrance if you're driving west, but turn into circle K and you'll be ok. Toiletries were sample size, which i like, not stuck to the wall. Not everyone realizes that Jesup is an amtrak stop - can go to Miami or the northeast.

Unfortunately for us my wife was woken up with a bug crawling on her face. Words can’t express how PISSED we were of this. We brought this to the attention of the Property Mgr (James Johnson). Mr. Johnson was very apologetic however it doesn’t take away what had occurred. He offered compensation via 3,000 IHG Reward Points but could not offer a full or partial refund because I booked thru Hotels.com. I would much prefer a full or at least a partial refund of my booking.

There was a dead roach in my room. The carpet in the elevator was dirty and the breakfast lady was unpleasant. The breakfast was also constantly out of food.

Most people go to a hotel to rest overnight or visit family...but building this hotel right next to railroad tracks was an awful idea! We stayed Friday night and at least 5 trains came thru blasting their horns throughout the night.. It was awful rest. Other than that it was comfortable and clean

Near train tracks. 3 went by after midnight, horns and all. Also could hear and feel multiple doors closing which pulled me out of sleep. I wear earplugs too.

I did not like that it felt as though there was not enough installation throughout. You could hear everything that was going on the room above us. The people were up late and stomping in the room and a baby was crying.

Stayed here for a wedding and it was pretty good. Our only complaint is that for some strange reason they didn’t give us the room that we reserved and my step son’s room was not ready whenever we checked in, meaning he got to the room and neither of the two beds were made. The hotel staff did address the issue right away and the rest of our stay went smoothly without a hitch. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. Great seafood restaurants nearby. Been a while since we stayed at a place with complimentary breakfast and this one was pretty good!

I was woken up from my sleep at 6:30 am when a man opened my door yelling Hello, Hello to see if someone was in the room did close my door when he finally figured I was in the room. I called the front desk and she told me it was the manager checking for a no show. I told them It would have been a better idea to call my room instead going into my room.

They gave us the wrong room number and key walked into a room with someone in it. They corrected the issue right away. Suggest black out curtains the bright lights from the parking lot was to much. This is a new hotel, everything is new. The breakfast was excellent.

Good to bad! My experience went from good to bad. I stayed in the same hotel about two weeks prior. The breakfast was excellent the room was clean. This most recent stay was absolutely horrible as it relates to breakfast. When we woke up my wife and I had bed bug bites all over our bodies. We suspect room 217 has a bed bug infestation. When we went down to breakfast after I bragged to her about how good the breakfast was the last time I stayed. Unfortunately, the breakfast was substandard and lazily arranged and prepared. The grits and oatmeal were unrecognizable. They both looked like concrete forming and was hard, thick, and dehydrated. We heard one other customer, a young man, a teenager, walk in and ask, "what is this when he looked into the grits"? A lot needs to be done to address all of this because this is below the standard for any holiday express that I've ever stayed in.

The room was clean and the first day we had clean towels. Didn’t know that bringing fresh towels each day wasn’t a thing anymore. We had to ask for them. In fact, I thought the beds would be made too. Didn’t happen. The mirror on the wall over the table is useless. While sitting to do makeup you can’t see the top of your head. The shower had next to no pressure. Ugh i didn’t like the set up to connect to WiFi as you go through a whole sales presentation to get you to sign up for the rewards program. I also didn’t like seeing my name on the tv welcoming me to the hotel and asking how my stay was going. I accidentally clicked on good. Too invasive. As well as the text messages asking me how my stay was going. All in all, I didn’t care for my stay.
