While traveling back from Florida, I was admittedly looking for a budget hotel to sleep in for a few hours. Nothing more, so I didn't need OR expect a lot. Booked 2 rooms - checked in around midnight. To say that the property was in a state of disrepair is a dramatic understatement. I had to put my shoulder into the room door just to get it open; it was stuck or swollen - not sure. The sliding door to the patio didn't lock. The tub was filthy and was actually flaking and delaminating in the basin. All metal fixtures in the bathroom were rusted and falling apart. A shower was out of the question and I brushed my teeth with bottled water. The air conditioner wasn't even mounted properly into the wall and was partially falling onto the floor, not that I could even use it because it was so filthy from dust, debris, and mold, it was practically a biohazard. Every inch of the floor was sticky to the point that I almost slept with my shoes on. Half of the lights didn't work in the room, which I was actually thankful for because I didn't need to see more of the room. I did the obligatory check for bugs and pests - there were none, which was LITERALLY the only redeeming quality. Slept for a few hours and left without even eating so much as a piece of toast from their breakfast area due to concerns regarding sanitation. Do not recommend.
