Petit hôtel situé au cœur d’Arcachon. Le personnel est très sympathique, l’accueil est très chaleureux et le service est impeccable. Les petits déjeuners sont excellents. Notre chambre avait une vue splendide sur le bassin d’Arcachon et elle était était très confortable et très bien équipée. L’hôtel fournit des transat, des parasol, des serviettes de plages et même des jeux poyr les enfants. Excellent séjour !!!!

Family run hotel. Very warm welcome. Safe secure underground parking (€25 daily). Lovely clean, well appointed and furnished room with a terrace and sea/beach view. Breakfasts were good, plenty of choice and also on the rate we had available in our room at no extra cost. Centrally placed, easy to find and ideal for exploring Arcachon. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Not a budget hotel but you certainly get what you pay for.

Bra läge nästan på stranden och ändå mitt i centrum. Fick fantastisk bra service hela tiden. Rummet hade vattenkokare, kaffe o the samt ett litet kylskåp. Bubbelvatten, kallt vatten fanns att hämta i korridoren. Stor balkong med lite havsutsikt.

Très bel hôtel haut de gamme et qui est très bien situé. Le parking un peu cher est nécessaire et indispensable. Très bel accueil et services et un petit déjeuner à 20 euros qui est parfait.

Excellent séjour passé à cet hotel. Déjà je remercie le personnel pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. L'hotel est très bien situé. On peut tout faire à pied. J'ai apprécié les petits déjeuners servis en chambre et très copieux. Juste un reproche s'il fallait en trouver un ce serait le prix du parking sinon tout était parfait.

오래된 호텔이지만, 방 내부는 잘 관리되어 깔끔합니다. 특히 인상적이었던건 친절한 직원들이었어요. 따뜻한 환영과 인사에 감사했던 시간이었습니다. 침구도 편했고, 특히 좋았던건 정수기가 층에 배치되어있어 Cold water, Still water, Sparkling Water를 방안에 비치된 유리병에 언제든지 자유롭게 받아서 마실수 있어서 좋았습니다. 위치자체가 Arcachon의 가장 핵심 해변과 붙어있고, 모든게 도보로 걸어다니는데 불편함이 없고, 특히 최근에 호텔 바로 앞에 LADI(큰 마트)가 리뉴얼 오픈해서 뭔가를 사거나 이용하는데도 정말 편리합니다. 해변앞에 있는만큼 비치타올을 빌려주시는 것도 감사히 사용했습니다.

Terrible breakfast room, it is like a bunker. The floor not cleaned, sticky orange juice all over the floor. We stayed in a standard room and the small terrace was not so nice. The pictures on the website does not match the actual standard of the hotel.

The hotel has an premium location close to everything. The shower room is very modern; the bed is comfortable. Breakfast on the balcony outside the room was a pleasure. It was also so nice to have a small complimentary canale by a cup of coffee. .

Die Einrichtung des Hotels ist einfach, aber sehr funktional. Das Zimmer (Familienzimmer) war sehr schlicht, verfügte aber über alle notwendigen Einrichtungen. Die Betten waren sehr gut. Die zentralen Räumlichkeiten (Rezeption, Bar, Treppenhaus) sind aufgrund des fehlenden Aussenlichts relativ dunkel und deren Ausstattung ist eher etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Lage des Hotels hervorragend (50 m zum Strand und 200 m zum Zentrum).

The room felt really luxurious for our little family. It was spacious, right on the beach, and had a cute little balcony. The beds were comfortable and our son enjoyed having his own private section of the room with bunk beds. What stood out most to us was the staff, who were friendly and helpful. This hotel was simply perfect! It was incredibly convenient to everything we wanted to do ( beach, ferry, wonderful cafes, shopping, and such. The rooms were fabulous! We even got twin beds, which is hard to find sometimes in Europe. The people who worked there were amazing! Valerie, Pauline, and Matthew all helped us so much with great information. They were efficient, kind, knowledgeable, and pleasant. We know we will be coming back to this hotel, again and again.

The location was centrally located and the front desk Lady Dominique was very helpful in getting our luggage to the room for us. And had great suggestions for walking to lunch and dinner. The view was amazing for relaxing & having a bottle of wine for sunset over the bay.

Die Einrichtung des Hotels ist einfach, aber sehr funktional. Das Zimmer (Familienzimmer) war sehr schlicht, verfügte aber über alle notwendigen Einrichtungen. Die Betten waren sehr gut. Die zentralen Räumlichkeiten (Rezeption, Bar, Treppenhaus) sind aufgrund des fehlenden Aussenlichts relativ dunkel und deren Ausstattung ist eher etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Lage des Hotels hervorragend (50 m zum Strand und 200 m zum Zentrum).

Terrible breakfast room, it is like a bunker. The floor not cleaned, sticky orange juice all over the floor. We stayed in a standard room and the small terrace was not so nice. The pictures on the website does not match the actual standard of the hotel.

The hotel has an premium location close to everything. The shower room is very modern; the bed is comfortable. Breakfast on the balcony outside the room was a pleasure. It was also so nice to have a small complimentary canale by a cup of coffee. .

Excellent séjour passé à cet hotel. Déjà je remercie le personnel pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. L'hotel est très bien situé. On peut tout faire à pied. J'ai apprécié les petits déjeuners servis en chambre et très copieux. Juste un reproche s'il fallait en trouver un ce serait le prix du parking sinon tout était parfait.

Absolutely perfect location and great hotel. I recommend the seaside room. It was a wonderful view (right on the water!) and a great place to have breakfast. Definitely get the breakfast and they will help you bring it to your room and set you up at your outside table - AMAZING! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Seriously, everyone was super helpful. Absolutely recommend this hotel!
