Accueil moyen, locaux pas terrible, chambre 14 avec un problème avec la serrure qui sonne lorsque la porte se ferme, ménage à finir toile d’araignée, brosse de toilette sans réceptacle… par contre climatisation qui fonctionne trop bien, bref dans l’ensemble rapport qualité /prix négatif

While front desk clerk was friendly, we ended up being placed in a room with a broken ac. While not a big deal, it was super hot.and humid the week we were there. Could.not open windows due to mosquitoes and severe weather full of rain and wind. The clerk made every excuse possible to make my wife think that the whole hotel had no working ac units, when we checked and asked others, they all stated they worked. We brought this up with clerk who after one day of arguing and giving us excuses, he finally gave in and gave us a new room with a working ac unit. Which omg made it that much more better. Could have just told us the truth and moved us. Offering us a free Breakfast does not make it better. Nor does it excuse the B's he was feeding my wife. Not necessary. Outside of that, bed and pillows were comfy. Area right by a kids park with carousel so expect noise. Location is about 1 hour from downtown Paris and major attractions. You will spend around $50 to $80 on Ubers, depending of time of day or night. Cheaper to rent a car.

Overall, it is a good place to stay if u just intend to sleep in the room. Rooms are small and suffocated if AC is off. Staff is super helpful but they can’t do much about the properties condition. Another good thing is that it’s just 5 mins walk from the metro station.

Le ménage laisse a désiré, vieux bout de tissu ou chausette dans un angle, trace sur les murs et interrupteur, joint noir dans la douche... Et j'en basse. A mon arrivé la clim etait bouché avec du papier toilettes ?! Aucun contrôle est fait avec le menage. La moitié des chaines ne marche pas. Gros problème d'humidité (sûrement provenance de l'odeur) Hôtel ne mérite pas 3 etoiles mais une seule. Petit déjeuné ok mais tres cher 9.5€ Personnel poli et courtois.

The hotel is clean, quiet, 2-minute walk to the RER B train station and many restaurants/grocery shops. I would recommend this place if you are on a very short budget for Solo or a couple of travelers. If you are tall and/or big this hotel is not for you :(

J'ai attendu 20 minutes à la réception pour avoir ma chambre réservée sur internet. Ensuite j'ai eu une chambre pour 91e où il y avait de la moisissure partout sur les murs, es boules de poils par terre dans la salle de bain et 1 paquet de Pépito entamé sur la table de nuit. Les taie avaient des traces noires bref un désastre je n'ai jamais vu ça. Qui a donné 3 étoiles à cet hôtel. C'est du gros gros gros foutage de ... Très déçue, ça vaut 40e à tout cassé faut pas exagérer.

The hotel is in terrible shape. Peeling wallpaper, dirty and old bathroom. The room itself is so tiny you can barely walk around the bed. Everything is terrible. This hotel should be taken on your website.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only remark we got: The shower Doors could be cleaned a little better. The rubber lining of the doors is somewhat prone to collecting soap and dust. Cleansing with white vinegar is the cheapest way to remove this. A two to three monthly regular rub with a silicone cream will help keep the rubber in shape and prevent soap and dust to settle on the rubber surface. This will prolong the lifespan of these rubbers and prevent seepage, hence will retain the rubber’s function as a watertight sealer between the door profiles and the doors.

On a visité La Foire dans Le Parc des Exposition et cet hotel était proche. Nous n'avons pas perdu le temps pour la tranportation. Nous navons pas reçu la facture de l'hotel. Ils nous avons dit q'ont va envoyer avec mail. Nous attendons.

Beaucoup de bruits : Voisins un peu sourds qui hurlaient dans leur téléphone en pleine nuit .. fenêtre ouverte à mon arrivée : chambre froide , dommage . Salle de bain strict minimum mais convenable . Personnel gentil agréable poli et très bienveillant !

Sejour médiocre. On me loue une chambre et quand je reviens de diner. Ma chambre avzit ete reloué et mes zffaires mise dzns la chambre de mon collègue. Du jamais vu.

Bon hôtel pour une nuit, mais étroit pour un long séjour car les chambres sont petites et un peu anciennes.. A proximité du RER B (2 minutes à pied). Petit ascenseur (utile pour les bagages). L'accueil est chaleureux. Beaucoup de restaurants à proximité.

The hotel is clean, quiet, 2-minute walk to the RER B train station and many restaurants/grocery shops. I would recommend this place if you are on a very short budget for Solo or a couple of travelers. If you are tall and/or big this hotel is not for you :(

It was ok, the hotel bathroom was quite dated and smelly. Bed was quite firm but sheets seemed clean. Location is pretty good, very close to station.

Overall, it is a good place to stay if u just intend to sleep in the room. Rooms are small and suffocated if AC is off. Staff is super helpful but they can’t do much about the properties condition. Another good thing is that it’s just 5 mins walk from the metro station.

Chambre vétustes et délabré. Odeur de renfermé et de tabac froid. Aucune isolation, on entend tout des chambres autour. Le ménage laisse a désiré, vieux bout de tissu ou chausette dans un angle, trace sur les murs et interrupteur, joint noir dans la douche... Et j'en basse. A mon arrivé la clim etait bouché avec du papier toilettes ?! Aucun contrôle est fait avec le menage. La moitié des chaines ne marche pas. Gros problème d'humidité (sûrement provenance de l'odeur) Hôtel ne mérite pas 3 etoiles mais une seule. Petit déjeuné ok mais tres cher 9.5€ Personnel poli et courtois.

While front desk clerk was friendly, we ended up being placed in a room with a broken ac. While not a big deal, it was super hot.and humid the week we were there. Could.not open windows due to mosquitoes and severe weather full of rain and wind. The clerk made every excuse possible to make my wife think that the whole hotel had no working ac units, when we checked and asked others, they all stated they worked. We brought this up with clerk who after one day of arguing and giving us excuses, he finally gave in and gave us a new room with a working ac unit. Which omg made it that much more better. Could have just told us the truth and moved us. Offering us a free Breakfast does not make it better. Nor does it excuse the B's he was feeding my wife. Not necessary. Outside of that, bed and pillows were comfy. Area right by a kids park with carousel so expect noise. Location is about 1 hour from downtown Paris and major attractions. You will spend around $50 to $80 on Ubers, depending of time of day or night. Cheaper to rent a car.

The hotel was right next to the Parc so loud music was blazing out until after midnight on Saturday. Also Karaoke which was awful. Also I booked it because I was told it as near to Guard du Nord. No such thing. Total misrepresentation. You have to get on the REM & travel Minimum 6 stops before you arrive. It’s like the equivalent of staying in Staines to get to Heathrow. Catherine Cooper

This was a good location as it was a two minute walk to the RER train station, but the apartment room our large family stayed in was fairly dirty. The bathroom had plaster falling off the walls and mold in some areas. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and there was parking directly across from the hotel. If the lot looks full, just wait a couple minutes, spots are opening up constantly.

Was supposed to pay 37 euro at check in according to Expedia. Man at desk said I didn’t pay anything and charged me full room price 78 euro. I had already paid 38 to Expedia. Was raining so it was just easiest to pay instead of find another hotel. Got to room to find hair on the pillows a violent smell of perfume that didnt leave with the doors open. Cigarette butts on the ground on the balcony with a cup of butts on the table. Hair dryer was sticky and dirty. The wall has stuff dripping down it. My wife loves me less because I made her stay here.
