Property is located in a gorgeous part of Tuscany’s Chinati region with beautiful views and surrounded by all the Tuscan country side has to offer - wine tastings, farms, restaurants and villages. Also only a 30 minute drive to Florence. Family (and dog) friendly. On site restaurant was great and pool bar was a treat.

The food options for vegetarians were few but very delicious. The breakfast spread was excellent. Staff in general were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the views were great. They could improve their gym by replacing or repairing the broken equipment such as the treadmill.

Nice hotel. Staff are pleasant. Breakfast is great. Pool and spa are very good. Only negative comments are the rooms are dated, noise can be heard from lack of soundproofing and the A/C is not controllable from in room and didn’t work at all in ours. Overall still a good hotel/stay.

Im grossen und ganzen ok. Das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis stimmt nicht ganz. Im Zimmer hat es Spinnweben und die Toiletten Artikel werden nicht nachgefüllt (vanity kit). Gewisse Dinge brauchen eine Renovierung. Zb der pool, wo auch der Sprudelbereich nicht funktioniert und wo die Keramik sich verabschiedet. Das essen ist gut doch die Portionen sind knapp. Es ist morgens um 6 Uhr schon laut! Ein Rudel Hunde das bellt und die Lieferanten die sich nicht bemühen um diese zeit still zu sein!! Und es hat wahnsinnig viele Mücken. Da müsste vielleicht mal pest-control in Aktion kommen.

La struttura è incantevole. Un posto perfetto per un relax completo. Ottimo anche il ristorante e bellissima la piscina. Peccato la spa su prenotazione. Sarebbe più gradito l’accesso libero per gli ospiti per non dover programmare troppo durante una vacanza. Comunque tutto perfetto!

Beautiful property at an impressively reasonable price. E-Bike rentals on site were perfect to ride to vineyards nearby. The pool was amazing and the staff. The on site restaurant might have been my best meal in Italy! I would stay again in a heartbeat!

We loved our stay in this property. Very beautiful area to have as a base for exploring and a very comfortable hotel. Well maintained with friendly staff. The breakfast included is very nice. Come sempre i dettagli fanno la diffenza.. Pro: .posizione eccellente per visitare la zona Chianti . Personale molto gentile ed attento alle esigenze . Colazione abbondante e varia . Abbiamo provato anche la cena e ci siamo trovati molto bene . Attività proposte molto interessanti Contro: .camera con conforme a quella prenotata anche se molto spaziosa..come se prenotando da Internet una qualsiasi andasse bene, almeno questa è stata la nostra impressione .pulizia del bagno ottima, da migliorare leggermente quella in camera..come dicevo, i dettagli sono quelli che alla fine danno l’impressione generale. Le svariate macchie sul muro non me le aspetto da un 4 stelle . Aggiungete le bevande al tavolo a colazione!!! Vi prego!!! Il caffè dalla macchinetta NO!!! . Hotel amici degli animali ma nell’hotel girano due gatti ( a questo punto randagi ma accasati li) e non è propriamente bello vedere i camerieri mandarli via . Da migliorare leggermente l’aspetto della piscina Nel complesso come dicevo, ci sono dettagli che da un 4 stelle non mi aspetterei ma il personale fa la differenza..ci siamo comunque trovati molto bene e lo consiglierei! The room was basic. The bathroom shower was so terrible. Everything you showered it basically made a lot a puddle on the floor because of the design and layout. I probably wouldn’t recommend this place.

O hotel é excelente, fiquei em um quarto quádruplo (família), super espaçoso, com uma sacada grande e uma vista para a colina, simplesmente linda. A limpeza é impecável e o café da manhã com várias opções. Também há um restaurante, sendo possível jantar e possui estacionamento.

This property is very charming. The views can't be beat, it's clean, the staff is wonderful, and the restaurant is lovely. However, we couldn't get the air conditioning to work, the bed was very uncomfortable, and the shower was cold with very little water pressure.

Overall the stay was fine. The pool area was nice with many sunbeds. The room was old style and the bathroom needs renewal. The shower was very tiny and the shower head wasn’t working probably. The quality of the breakfast wasn’t for a four star hotel. The surroundings were beautiful.

Cute little Tuscan hotel. Easy to get to from Florence if you are driving and parking is included. Loved our room with a Terrance! Dinner and wine was also great. Only thing is the beds weren’t super comfortable.

Buona struttura, personale molto efficiente preparato e disponibile, abbiamo chiesto cambi camere e siamo stati accontentati, camere spaziose, il bagno non era finestrati e l'insonorizzazione delle camere lascia molto a desiderare.
Buona struttura, personale molto efficiente preparato e disponibile, abbiamo chiesto cambi camere e siamo stati accontentati, camere spaziose, il bagno non era finestrati e l'insonorizzazione delle camere lascia molto a desiderare.

We loved our stay in this property. Very beautiful area to have as a base for exploring and a very comfortable hotel. Well maintained with friendly staff. The breakfast included is very nice. A short drive to a little supermarket in the next village over. The views a scenery are gorgeous! Will keep this on our list for future stays in Tuscany!

We were a group of 10 who just returned from a 4 night stay at this beautiful hotel. It exceeded our groups expectations. It is quaint, in a beautiful setting. The staff was excellent, accommodating any request that was made. Restaurant is very good, included breakfast was great, many choices. We enjoyed the pool and the bar servers at the pool were excellent. Overall a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

A infraestrutura do hotel é muito boa mas o atendimento ao hóspede não é bom. Por exemplo, não há opções de opções para lanchar à noite ou mesmo tomar um sorvete. O hotel também não tem opção de Transfer para passeios pela região. Tentamos sem sucesso algum tipo de passeio privado mas não havia. Tentamos alugar as vespas para o dia que estávamos lá mas não estavam disponíveis. Tudo era : “ Não está disponível ou não há.” Enfim parecia que estávamos confinados na casa do “Big Brother”. Prefiro não sair cedo depois das 2 diárias e aproveitar a infraestrutura de Florença.

The staff at the front desk was amazing. When we arrived he greeted us with such a warm smile and welcomed us to the hotel. He absolutely made the hotel experience much better.

The pool was very nice overlooking the hills of Tuscany. The hotel has a nice ambience, rustic but very clean an updated. I like there were big windows that could open to a garden from the room. Getting around was a bit difficult even with a car. Very steep hills and is not so walkable. Very windy roads so it takes longer than expected to get to places. There are 2 nice villages very close by with different kind of restaurants. Barberino has stunning views. There is a walkable trail very close by a little creek but need to ask for directions, it's very secluded . The restaurant has really good food and service. Breakfast , very good, american style and italian.Perfect place for a honeymoon

Property is located in a gorgeous part of Tuscany’s Chinati region with beautiful views and surrounded by all the Tuscan country side has to offer - wine tastings, farms, restaurants and villages. Also only a 30 minute drive to Florence. Family (and dog) friendly. On site restaurant was great and pool bar was a treat.

If you need to relax and spend quality time with your family. This is a wonderful option. This is a magical place to create amazing memories. The distance from this place to Florence is about 45 min. We had to use local bus to travel and make it more affordable. Vs having to pay for a taxi.

Come sempre i dettagli fanno la diffenza.. Pro: .posizione eccellente per visitare la zona Chianti . Personale molto gentile ed attento alle esigenze . Colazione abbondante e varia . Attività proposte molto interessanti Contro: .camera con conforme a quella prenotata anche se molto spaziosa..come se prenotando da Internet una qualsiasi andasse bene, almeno questa è stata la nostra impressione .pulizia del bagno ottima, da migliorare leggermente quella in camera..come dicevo, i dettagli sono quelli che alla fine danno l’impressione generale. Le svariate macchie sul muro non me le aspetto da un 4 stelle . Aggiungete le bevande al tavolo a colazione!!! Vi prego!!! Il caffè dalla macchinetta NO!!! . Hotel amici degli animali ma nell’hotel girano due gatti ( a questo punto randagi ma accasati li) e non è propriamente bello vedere i camerieri mandarli via . Excellent Séjour!! Site fabuleux dans un environnement enchanteur. L’hôtel offre beaucoup de services dont un excellent petit déjeuner. Route facile d’accès et beaucoup de bons restaurants à distance de marche dans un cadre sécuritaire. Seul bémols: le restaurant de l’hôtel est cher, nous avons mieux mangé ailleurs pour moins cher et les chambres qui sont propres mais vieillottes. Malgré tout je recommande vivement!!

Beautiful, picturesque, elegant charm, romantic but also good for families. The hotel was modern but still charming. Rooms were spacious, service was wonderful and the restaurant has been one of the best! Dinner was incredible- everything on the menu. Specifically, the wild boar stew, truffle gnocchi and the Osso Bucco. Pool was perfect and again the views!!!

The room is spacious but decor is old-fashioned with no coffee machine and a very outdated hair dryer . Breakfast is soso with a noisy crowd queing to get coffee / tea which is not served. Not a luxury hotel but decent for families with children

Im grossen und ganzen ok. Das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis stimmt nicht ganz. Im Zimmer hat es Spinnweben und die Toiletten Artikel werden nicht nachgefüllt (vanity kit). Gewisse Dinge brauchen eine Renovierung. Zb der pool, wo auch der Sprudelbereich nicht funktioniert und wo die Keramik sich verabschiedet. Das essen ist gut doch die Portionen sind knapp. Es ist morgens um 6 Uhr schon laut! Ein Rudel Hunde das bellt und die Lieferanten die sich nicht bemühen um diese zeit still zu sein!! Und es hat wahnsinnig viele Mücken. Da müsste vielleicht mal pest-control in Aktion kommen.

Beautiful property at an impressively reasonable price. E-Bike rentals on site were perfect to ride to vineyards nearby. The pool was amazing and the staff. The on site restaurant might have been my best meal in Italy! I would stay again in a heartbeat!

Food: The hotel resturant was okay, ordered beef slices with mushrooms, was very plain and lacked seasoning. For the price of more than €20 it was not worth it in my opinion. Accommodations: The pool was nice and had a lot of sun chairs for use. Although the other guests could have been nicer. There were no staff to tell others not to disturb the others guests, they jumped into the pool and spoke / screamed loudly. Although they were children, the hotel staff should probably make sure they don't disturb other guests this much. The pool has a bar where you can buy ice cream and drinks, a big plus! The parking spaces are too few! As a guest in a rural hotel I would assume there would be plenty of parking spaces, especially as it is stated on the website. But I had a hard time finding space and when I did it was very small since other people had parked poorly. The room was....okay, i guess. I lived on the first floor and the sound from the corridor echoed into the room! I heard whenever someone was walking in the stairs or came down the elevator and talked with indoor voices. As someone who has a hard time falling asleep, this was a big problem. The room had aircondition which was greatly appreciated, although it kind of shut off during the night and it became warm in the room. The bed was very hard and had a plastic-like mattress which was not very comfortable. Asked for two separate beds in the booking but got one big bed instead...
