Great place near the airport. Only down side is the taxis charge 35€ to get there. There is a shuttle that was only €20 to go back to the airport though. Great service & really nice room. Shower was slippery and there were several loose tiles in the room. Those were the only things wrong.

We booked this expecting a hotel but it was far from it. The description is very deceptive. There is only a reception desk during limited hours and the rooms are in a separate building. While it indicates that there is an elevator we were rudely told it was only for the luggage and not for us. Given that my husband has heart issues taking the stairs is difficult. There is no ice available at this location. We were told to go to the Chinese restaurant down the road who were going to charge us €5 for a bag but no ice buckets in the room to keep it. My husband needs ice for an ice pack for his neck. Also, there is no facility for coffee or tea. Again we were told we had to go down the road for it. The staff who checked us in was very condescending and rude. He rudely told us that is was a 3 star hotel so we would only get bad service!!! The phone in our room didn’t work so we weren’t able to contact the reception desk even when it was open. The fridge in our room wasn’t working, probably because the power goes off when no one is on the room, so it took almost 18 hours to get cold. This was an issue for us as we specifically booked a room with a fridge to store insulin. Not a good choice if you are looking for a room with basic amenities, an elevator and some level of professional service.

Office was on one side of the street and the rooms were on the other. Only had elevators for luggage to floors 2 and 3. Our luggage stopped between floors 1 and 2. Manager after failing to get our luggage to our 3rd floor room finally got our luggage out on ground floor and changed our room to first floor. Everything looked out of date and well worn. Heat pump only worked in one out of two rooms. Shower would not stay warm. Hotel manager scheduled shuttle to airport didn't show up and had to take Uber at last moment.

Needed a safe place to stay close to the airport for one night. Perfect. Three different restaurants right next to hotel. Chinese place , pizza place and formal restaurant. Guy checking me very thorough showing how to work gate to.oark my car. Private area courtyard fenced off from the street.

The room was very roomy it had a separate room with a desk and a sofa. The bathroom was very roomy and updated with good water pressure. The room had two balconies. The front balcony was very large. The back balcony a bit smaller but also very roomy. You could feel the ocean breeze come thru the doors. Although the room had very cold air conditioning. Very good location to the marina and the town of Fiumicino. A lot of restaurants to choose from. The shuttle to and from the airport is very convenient for only 10E per person. Very hassle free. Very punctual. No ice on property. No breakfast. The remote control to the TV did not work.

Okay for a short ride to the airport, and a shuttle was available for a fee. Restaurants were nearby, off the property. The room was larger than expected, but the floor was quite dirty and the shower fixtures were broken and we couldn’t regulate the water temperature. It was okay for an overnight stay but I can’t recommend it.

The staff were great, once you got there but no communication through Expedia prior to arrival. Tried several times to book the shuttle but they just did not answer. There is nothing to do in that area with very limited restaurants only opening at 6:00 p.m. I arrived at 2:00 p.m. The room I had was across the sreer, very large and very clean, but it’s old. Some things like the shower have been redone but maintenance was needed.There are blackout curtains. The bed was typically hard, blankets were old. Needs a refresh.

My husband and I stayed on the 3rd floor in one of the older rooms. It was spacious-meant for a bigger family however the ceiling was slanted and we hit our heads a few times getting out of bed. It had a queen sized bed, sofa, and two twin beds with a little kitchenette. The beds were very stiff and the springs could be felt when laying on it. The bathroom was fairly small. The shower head could not be adjusted, it didn’t drain well and the doors didn’t close completely. We had to keep turning the shower off to keep it from overflowing while taking a shower.The sink in the bathroom had a leak only when you turned it on. One of the ceiling light shades was broken and couldn’t be closed completely.

The room was large and comfortable. The check in was easy and very courteous. The tv was impossible to use...maybe it was just me but couldn't figure it out. The bathroom was nice except the rain shower head was very weak, and the handheld was kept in place by zip ties, and not very well. There was also no where to hold the soap while showering. I often wonder who designs bathrooms and why don't they think of such things. The desk staff arranged a morning transfer for us which was cheaper than a taxi so that was great. The Best Western next door had a nice restaurant and the food was some of the best we had our entire trip. All in all it was a good experience.

Not for tall people. Ceiling in the room was sloped so it required walking mostly on one side of the room or crouching. If you're more than 5'8", you may be bumping your head a few times and you'll be crouching under for the shower head. Can't complain too much for the price compared to other parts of Rome. It's close to the airport. If you can arrange for the shuttle, it's cheaper than getting a taxi.

Pros: Room was spacious. Area was quiet so we had a great night of sleep. Few restaurants close to the hotel. Receptionist was very helpful. Easy reservation for transportation to airport and driver was punctual. Cons: Elevators for baggages only. Hot water for shower was not consistent.

They left me stranded at the airport. I have arranged the service several days prior to the arrival. The driver told me to call from the terminal when I arrived. Never responded. Wait 30 minutes trying to connect with driver. I called the reception and their solution was to get a local taxi -which I did not want it...that is why I choose this hotel as they have this service- because I know how the taxi service work from the airport -bad-. I was "robbed" by the driver, who charged me 45 euros for a 2.4 kms ride (20 euros per kilometer). Disastrous experience. You should retired the "shuttle to airport" from the advertising of this hotel. It is not true. This is a guy who get up people from several hotels and if this fits on the day on his schedule he will go and pick you up (and if not, you get stranded). On the next day, the only thing they did was to scheduled me to get pick up...I would give this ride for free after all that happened to me (but they did not). So ZERO in customer service, empathy and human-related response.

I called the reception and their solution was to get a local taxi -which I did not want it...that is why I choose this hotel as they have this service- because I know how the taxi service work from the airport -bad-. I was "robbed" by the driver, who charged me 45 euros for a 2.4 kms ride (20 euros per kilometer). Disastrous experience. You should retired the "shuttle to airport" from the advertising of this hotel. It is not true. This is a guy who get up people from several hotels and if this fits on the day on his schedule he will go and pick you up (and if not, you get stranded). On the next day, the only thing they did was to scheduled me to get pick up...I would give this ride for free after all that happened to me (but they did not). So ZERO in customer service, empathy and human-related response.

The room was actually very nice. The hotel is above average, clean and perfectly fine. My issue was with the morning desk clerk. We stayed there our first night and were staying at the Rome airport Hilton the following night. After we checked out and checked in at the airport Hilton, my wife realized that she had left her medication in the refrigerator of the room there. I immediately called and asked her if she could have it delivered to the Hilton, (10 minute drive) and of course I would pay for the shuttle service. No. Umm… could you at least keep her medication refrigerated until I figure out something else then? No. Please just keep it cold and I will Uber there and back to get her medication? No. I think this woman (older woman, morning shift) needs a reality check. Sometimes stuff happens, and that’s a perfect opportunity to step up and shine.

The two Gentleman at the Front Desk were really amazing, welcoming and informative, which very unfortunately can’t be said for many rental accommodations in Italia. The front desk helped us with several matters including secure and reasonable transport to the airport, and to the centre of Roma if required. The rooms were well appointed, modern with a large shower and great water pressure. The main street in the town of Fiumicino is only a 15 minute walk with excellent seafood and other options, and several cool things to explore. Will stay again.

We booked this expecting a hotel but it was far from it. The description is very deceptive. There is only a reception desk during limited hours and the rooms are in a separate building. While it indicates that there is an elevator we were rudely told it was only for the luggage and not for us. Given that my husband has heart issues taking the stairs is difficult. There is no ice available at this location. We were told to go to the Chinese restaurant down the road who were going to charge us €5 for a bag but no ice buckets in the room to keep it. My husband needs ice for an ice pack for his neck. Also, there is no facility for coffee or tea. Again we were told we had to go down the road for it. The staff who checked us in was very condescending and rude. He rudely told us that is was a 3 star hotel so we would only get bad service!!! The phone in our room didn’t work so we weren’t able to contact the reception desk even when it was open. The fridge in our room wasn’t working, probably because the power goes off when no one is on the room, so it took almost 18 hours to get cold. This was an issue for us as we specifically booked a room with a fridge to store insulin. Not a good choice if you are looking for a room with basic amenities, an elevator and some level of professional service.

The room was large and comfortable. The check in was easy and very courteous. The tv was impossible to use...maybe it was just me but couldn't figure it out. The bathroom was nice except the rain shower head was very weak, and the handheld was kept in place by zip ties, and not very well. There was also no where to hold the soap while showering. I often wonder who designs bathrooms and why don't they think of such things. The desk staff arranged a morning transfer for us which was cheaper than a taxi so that was great. The Best Western next door had a nice restaurant and the food was some of the best we had our entire trip. All in all it was a good experience.

Booked the hotel as Expedia and hotel allow at 10:54pm when landing in rome. Hotel messaged me what my ETA was and I told them maybe 20 mins. Got there at 11:15pm doors locked. There was a phone number to call and employee will be there within 20 minutes. No one answers. Called multiple times. In Rome (after flying from Philadelphia) with luggage a female alone at 11:15pm to then walk around to find another hotel. Still no refund from Expedia or hotel. HORRIBLE.

The room was very roomy it had a separate room with a desk and a sofa. The bathroom was very roomy and updated with good water pressure. The room had two balconies. The front balcony was very large. The back balcony a bit smaller but also very roomy. You could feel the ocean breeze come thru the doors. Although the room had very cold air conditioning. This stay exceeded our expectations by a lot!! We needed somewhere for the night before our flight and one night here was very very affordable. The room was massive, modern, and the AC worked super well. The Chinese restaurant across the street is delicious. We'll definitely stay here next time we fly in/out of Rome.

The room was clean. The area around the hotel was dirty and very congested. We asked for a shuttle from the train station to the hotel but didn’t realize that we needed to make arrangements 24 hours in advance. We wanted to use the shuttle to the airport- the description said that shuttle was provided- it wasn’t. I was told it would be $10 euro per person. A taxi was $7.40 euro and the “free” shuttle should have been $40 euro. Not very convenient. No restaurant or bar at the hotel, no coffee in the room. We had to walk to the gas station for morning coffee. About 2 blocks.

Was a pleasant stay. We were meet at the curb to check in and were assisted with our luggage. We were shown how to operate the lift and use the key card for the AC and lights. It was a welcomed ending to a very rough flight canceled day. Highly recommend. We felt like family.

The hotel was not what was advertised. We had the wrong phone number that was sent by booking. Com. We could not contact them to send a shuttle for 20 euros and ended up paying $66 for an Uber. Also minimal air conditioning.
