Really disappointed in their customer service. Charge different prices to what information was received and then blame external suppliers for errors instead of honoring official emails on Mercure letter head. BTW - the size of the bag fridges are a joke.. literally only fit 2 or 3 bottles of coke.

The room smelt really bad of cigarette smoke, it was very outdated and basic. Check in staff were ok, bar staff very unhelpful. We took the airport shuttle at 7am, so before it was really hot outside. It was stifling hot on the bus, everyone was complaining about it, it would be significantly worse later on the day when it was warmer. We definitely wouldn’t stay here again

I booked a room with 2 double beds. When I showed up they put me in a room with a queen and a single. With 4 people this did not work. The front desk then told me it was not possible to have 2 double beds in the hotel and there was only a room with a fold out couch and a queen but none were available. I then walked back to my room and saw 2 rooms open being cleaned with 2 double beds in them. At check out my bill was much higher then I was expecting. I had to question this a few times before asking for a print out where they charged me twice for the airport shuttle for my whole family. Then I was not booked on the morning shuttle I asked for so they had to scramble and apologize as there was a note on my account for that shuttle.
