We stayed at this Hotel for 1 night, and thankfully for no more. The condition of the room was very poor. Bathroom - very small. The shower doors don’t keep water in (massive gaps where it meets the shower, so it leaks in use), the shower grouting is black and mouldy. The shower fixings are loose and moves around when pressure applied. There is previous hairs and mould all around the place, sharp flooring on the shower floor that hurts when you are washing. The taps excessive limescale. The room smelt worse for ware, musky at best. There were zero amenities. There was no lift, so we had to carry 2 very heavy suitcase up four flights of stairs. The service was the only positive feedback - it wasn’t outstanding but ok, we have no issues with the staff interaction. Overall, we have stayed at many other places for £75 which are much better than this hotel. I believe a fairer fare would be around £40 with the condition of the property in consideration.

We booked a Queen room with city view and ensuite On arrival, we checked in and was told, we had been upgraded We asked for a reservation for dinner, to be informed their restrauant was closed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday ! This was not stated on booking Room had a double bed, not Queen Had sky light and industrial view if opened the window, no window with city view Were informed a large party were arriving on Saturday night and wanted rooms next to each other Lack of hot food left for breakfast, we went dor breakfast at 08:45 Shower and wc open plan to bedroom !
