The hotel was clean and well presented, staff were very helpful. Very good breakfast well stocked and managed to high a standard. The price of a beer and parking costs were excessive. I would stay there again

Lovely clean,modern hotel. Staff were really nice & helpful & friendly. The room was quite basic but AC was good. Plenty of fresh towels & free refreshments in the fridge in the room. The outdoor pool was really nice but when it rained it would have been nice to be able to use the spa pool but it was closed. The food was really good & plenty of choice @ breakfast. You do need a car if you stay there as it is quite far from the train station & Milan City. We had to use a Uber all the time which was quite expensive. We were also to believe there was entertainment in the evening but nothing when we were there recently.

Wir haben für eine Nacht dort übernachtet. Die erste Überraschung war das wir für 30€/Nacht einen Parkplatz buchen können. Wir gingen davon aus das der bei dem Hohen Preis inbegriffen ist. Da der Standort schon sehr außerhalb ist. Vor dem Hotel gibt es einen öffentlichen Parkplatz. Wir haben dort geparkt und nichtmal eine Stunde später wurde die Scheibe eingeschlagen und eine Handtasche geklaut. Das Personal fand das offensichtlich Lustig und schmunzelte. Sie boten mir wieder den Parkplatz an. Den musste ich mit Kaputter Scheibe natürlich nehmen. Wieso wird den Gästen nicht einfach der Parkplatz zur Verfügung gestellt wenn man sichtlich weiß das dies so oft vorkommt. Sie haben 2 Tiefgaragen Ebenen und Parkplätze vor dem Hoteleingang. Unser erstes Zimmer war die Sonnenseite. Die Klimaanlagen sind alt und schwach und können so einen warmen Raum einfach nicht runterkühlen. Wir mussten das Zimmer wechseln da es unmöglich war zu schlafen. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist für den Preis angemessen. Teure Roomservice gebühren. Haben wir nicht getestet. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat sehr trocken geschmeckt (Geschmacklos) wie günstige Aufbackware. Das Hotel sieht sehr schön von innen aus keine Frage. Aber durch die unsichere Gegend und dem teilweise unfreundlichen Personal. (Nicht alle). Kann ich das Hotel keinesfalls empfehlen. Ich verlasse das Hotel für 45min und genau da wird meine Scheibe eingeschlagen? Muss jeder selber wissen.

Good hotel for a stopover, but not without quirks We had a pleasant stay overall. The rooms were clean and the outdoor pool was great in summer. Breakfast was excellent — fresh, varied, and well-organized. However, the beds were quite hard, and the A/C wouldn’t cool below 24°C, even after trying to adjust it. Also, drinks are expensive (€6 for apple juice, plus €2 service if brought to the pool). We recommend using the paid garage, as another guest had their car broken into while parked outside. The area around the hotel lacks charm — mostly parking, a Lidl and a McDonald’s nearby. Definitely more of a stopover hotel than a destination.

Skønt hotel med dejlig bar/lounge område - hyggelig poolområde med restaurant og barservice. Gennemført indretning, lækker stemning og sødt personale. Meget lækker stor morgenbuffet. Denne gang var vi der kun en enkelt nat, man har tidligere brugt hotellet. Varm anbefaling herfra.

Ich hatte ein Hotel in der Nähe meines neuen Arbeitsplatzes gesucht für 5 Tage und für meine zukünftigen Aufenthalte. Und tatsächlich wird das Litta Palace das Hotel meiner Wahl. Mega freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr Sauber und gepflegt. Das Badezimmer fast neuwertig. Und vor allem gute Betten, das ist in Italien auch in 4-5 Sterne Hotels nicht Selbstverständlich. Der Aussenpool lädt abends zum relaxen ein. Ich komme sicher wieder..

Bei der Ankunft wurden wir darauf hingewiesen, dass das Parken auf dem kostenlosen Parkplatz unsicher wäre. Wir mussten die Tiefgarage mit 13€ täglich extra bezahlen. Das Hotel an sich ist wirklich schön und der Pool hat es wieder gut gemacht. Auch das Frühstück war vielfältig, lecker und der Service war sehr aufmerksam. Wir hatten Ameisen im Zimmer. Das Personal hat sich schnell darum gekümmert. Leider ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig und sehr laut. Am letzten Abend fand eine Veranstaltung statt und der Lärmpegel war eine Zumutung. Ein dickes Minus ist die Lage. Es befindet sich in einer Art Industriegebiet und lässt daher nicht wirklich Urlaubsstimmung aufkommen. Zum Comer See und nach Mailand war es jeweils ca 30 Min Fahrtzeit.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great and had a good selection of continental foods available. Parking was good with plenty of space. The rooms were ok, very disappointed with the bathroom, particularly around the shower where mould was visible inside and out. The seals around the shower doors were also damaged. There is a quick link to a bus service which is 30 mins away from the nearest metro. The spa facility was very nice, although the sanu did not appear to work.

The room was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable, but we had a couple issues that made our stay not good. On the description it says that the seasonal pool is the outdoor pool, but in reality is the indoor. Really frustrating discovering after getting there, as we chose the hotel for the pool. The other issue we had was that our room’s AC would turn off every 2 hours. We told that to the hotel’s staff several times, eapecially in the middle of night, since we would wake up with the kids sweating, and they didn’t do anythint about it. We barely slept for 3 nights.

this hotel is beautiful, nice pool, excellent service, room was also big and comfy and bathroom was beautiful. Very good breakfast. Free parking outside. Close by walking distance supermarket store, sushi place .

This is not a good hotel for US tourist.Hotel is 30 min away from center of Milan so you can only access by a taxi.You can get to a metro by bus but you need to download app and buy tickets online, which front desk lady didn’t have a clue about how it looks like. One day we took taxi to Milan center (81 Euros), next day we took taxi to the Metro ( 30 Euros), then took metro to Duomo. Visually hotel appears very nice,modern but rooms are small. We had executive room double but not sure was called executive.Small window in the middle of the wall creates dark room.There is only one plug on one side of the bed, and other plug by TV to connect your phone. It is an issue when 2 people need to charge the phone for the night.No shelves in the bathroom to put even bag with cosmetics.Only one soap. Also many switches for different lights in the room and for the bathroom .They are confusing( we had to press constantly to find the right switch for right area).Confusing room key that apparently created confusion reflecting red light outside the door ( meant we didn’t want clean room) . We didn’t know so despite telling front desk, our room was not cleaned,towels not changed. Found also piece of glass in the jelly during breakfast ,biting on it but overall good breakfast. Also pool opens late, at 10 am , closes 8pm but it is nice. Beds are twin size but comfortable.TV has few English channels including CNN. I requested hotel bill when leaving and was told to access in account (?).

The room was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable, but we had a couple issues that made our stay not good. On the description it says that the seasonal pool is the outdoor pool, but in reality is the indoor. Really frustrating discovering after getting there, as we chose the hotel for the pool. The other issue we had was that our room’s AC would turn off every 2 hours. We told that to the hotel’s staff several times, eapecially in the middle of night, since we would wake up with the kids sweating, and they didn’t do anythint about it. We barely slept for 3 nights.

Net hotel met moderne kamers. Gelegen in een industrieel omgeving. Restaurant was helaas gesloten (Donderdag avond) en moest in de bar eten wat echter wel goed en lekker eten was. Er was een groot bedrijfsfeest gaande toen ik hier sliep , na middernacht gingen de feestgangers nog flink door met feesten op de gangen. Hierdoor weinig kunnen slapen helaas..... gemeld bij de receptie en hier kwam geen reactie op. Ik raad iedereen aan om dit vooraf te vragen want het hotel meld zelf niet ! Ook niet dat het restaurant gesloten is!

C est la 2eme fois que nous allons dans cet hôtel qui est trés propre, les chambres sont impeccable, la piscine est tres agreable on y passe un super moment. Le petit dej est copieux il manque de rien. Le seul bemol est que l une des hôtesse (cheveux long brune avec lunette) qui a ete tres désagréable dés notre arrivée elle nous a donné les cartes de chambre et c est tout débrouillez vous !! J en ai fais la remarque lors du check out.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great and had a good selection of continental foods available. Parking was good with plenty of space. The rooms were ok, very disappointed with the bathroom, particularly around the shower where mould was visible inside and out. The seals around the shower doors were also damaged. There is a quick link to a bus service which is 30 mins away from the nearest metro. The spa facility was very nice, although the sanu did not appear to work.

Good hotel for a stopover, but not without quirks We had a pleasant stay overall. The rooms were clean and the outdoor pool was great in summer. Breakfast was excellent — fresh, varied, and well-organized. However, the beds were quite hard, and the A/C wouldn’t cool below 24°C, even after trying to adjust it. Also, drinks are expensive (€6 for apple juice, plus €2 service if brought to the pool). We recommend using the paid garage, as another guest had their car broken into while parked outside. The area around the hotel lacks charm — mostly parking, a Lidl and a McDonald’s nearby. Definitely more of a stopover hotel than a destination.

The hotel is nice. Rooms are clean and functional, and the bed is comfortable. Hotel staff are courteous and friendly and we found breakfast to be quite good. What we did not like was the location. If you go to Milan as a tourist don't stay here; it's far from the city and you will spend time and money getting there and back. In speaking with the hotel staff, we are not the first ones to book Litta Palace thinking it's a 6-minute drive to the city center as Expedia indicates, when actually their reference is to a suburban shopping center called 'IL Centro' and we incorrectly interpreted that to mean Milan's city center. To get to the Duomo you have to get a ride from the hotel van (at 15 Euro) to take you to the nearest subway station at Rho Fieramilano (10-15 min ride), then take a subway on the red line to Duomo which is 15(!) stations away. Again, this hotel is nice but not for Milan tourists. Expedia needs to do a better job of making this more clear.

Perfect location for a stay while traveling towards south. The pool is nice for cooling down after a day in the car and the rooms clean and luxury. Some restaurants are on walking distance if you don’t want to eat in the hotel and the breakfast tasteful and various. I won’t doubt if I’m traveling the same route again

We stayed here for close proximity to lake Como and it was a great choice. The pool is gorgeous and we had a great swim. We stayed in a junior suite/suite with hot tub and it was a great space for two adults and a child. The food and cocktails at the restaurant are high quality. Lidl grocery store across the street. Just a great hotel overall. We visited the Alfa Romeo museum just a few minutes away which is highly recommended. You will need a car for this hotel and should not expect that it’s all that close to Milan city. We were very planful in determining location knowing this was a great option with a beautiful pool near lake Como versus staying in Como itself (which is very expensive). Do your research and you won’t be disappointed. Would happily return to this hotel any time. It is awesome

Both outdoor and indoor pools were open and I used both. Staff was wonderful in taking time to provide directions and information. A bus stops right in front of the hotel (actually a one minute walk) that connects to the Milan subway system doe for 2.2 Europs you can buy a one day pass or for 7 Euros a full day pass. The bus ran perfectly on schedule so from the hotel to Duomo Cathedral took 40 minutes. David Eisenberg, San Francisco, Ca.

Skønt hotel med dejlig bar/lounge område - hyggelig poolområde med restaurant og barservice. Gennemført indretning, lækker stemning og sødt personale. Meget lækker stor morgenbuffet. Denne gang var vi der kun en enkelt nat, man har tidligere brugt hotellet. Varm anbefaling herfra.

Net hotel met moderne kamers. Gelegen in een industrieel omgeving. Restaurant was helaas gesloten (Donderdag avond) en moest in de bar eten wat echter wel goed en lekker eten was. Er was een groot bedrijfsfeest gaande toen ik hier sliep , na middernacht gingen de feestgangers nog flink door met feesten op de gangen. Hierdoor weinig kunnen slapen helaas..... gemeld bij de receptie en hier kwam geen reactie op. Ik raad iedereen aan om dit vooraf te vragen want het hotel meld zelf niet ! Ook niet dat het restaurant gesloten is!
