Overall a nice hotel and friendly staff but the central heating is a is not great, my room had over 25 Celsius degrees and that influences the sleeping quality a lot.

This place is unsafe and absolutely disgusting. This should be rated a one star hotel and not a four star hotel. This is false advertising. 1 inch pads for mattresses, blood on the sheets and the receptionist, Gaia was vile. She announced what room the stay was in to all the guests in the lobby. We asked for another room because of this and she threw a fit and then scrambled the new room number on our key holder. Stay away and see pictures for review.
