From the moment we arrived at Le Royal Champagne Hotel & Spa, everything felt effortless and perfectly curated. The reception team was warm, attentive, and handled check-in with a level of ease that set the tone for the entire stay. The concierge service was exceptional, proactive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in elevating our experience beyond expectations. Our Garden Suite was simply stunning. Spacious, beautifully designed, and opening onto serene views that made every moment feel peaceful and private. Dining was a highlight. The restaurant delivered not only outstanding cuisine but also impeccable service. A special mention to our waiter, whose champagne recommendations were absolutely perfect, thoughtful, refined, and tailored to our taste, making the experience even more memorable. Very hard to find fault. Room was spacious, clean and well appointed. Dining options were great. Spa facilities were wonderful, and at the times we were using them (pool, sauna etc) quiet. Obviously not cheap, but a very good destination hotel with wonderful views over the Champagne countryside.
