Wenn man ein Zimmer in der dritten Etage erhält, ist das ein automatisches Downgrade, da die Wände sehr viel niedriger als in der 1. und 2. Etage sind. Die gebuchte Zimmerkategorie Grand Superior Zimmer war in der Realität eher die kleinere Kategorie Grand Lit. Bei Drinks an der Bar haben wir knapp 30 Minuten auf unsere Getränke gewartet. Das Paar am Nebentisch 45 Minuten auf ihren vorab reservierten Tisch. Beim Frühstück musste man anstehen und das Personal schien überfordert. Leider war die Sauberkeit im Spa-Bereich im Laufe des Tages schlecht, die Becher am Wasserspender stapelten sich ohne Ende und wurden zu selten weggeräumt. An den Duschen stand das Wasser und wurde nie weg gewischt, sodass die Hotelslipper durchnässt waren. Gehört sich bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel nicht.
