Good points, Very clean, good breakfast ( but hot option limited), very friendly & helpful staff. Bad points, Long distance from main road to hotel entrance,( uphiill all the way to reception), no lift from drive to reception (2 flights of steps to carry all yiur luggage up ) NO restaurant or snack bar available on sunday ,So NO food available, no Bar...So no drinks available, only vending machine , crisps & chocolate. Ive NEVER stayed in a hoktel with NO facilities offered to residents on sunday. Long walk frommain road to hotel reception & ALL uphill on entrance. NO lift to reception, 2 flights of steps to carry all lugage up.

The shower did not work properly with the water just nearly warm. I was told because of same maintenance but everything was solved, for two days nothing changed, it was a problem with the water mixer ( which I immediately clearly explained ). My room wasn't cleaned and they told me that this service is only under a specific request and this is written somewhere in the room, ok but as 99,9% of the Hotels do not have this approach, you have clearly to tell me this when I check in and not let me discover it by myself, I do not have time to read everything, especially that it is a very rare.I could have dinner in the restaurant because that was reserved for people of a conference...so basically nex time will chose for another one.
