Accueil très bien, bar et terrasse direct sur la Loire, barman super serviable, personnel à l'écoute voire proactif, chambre avec vue sur le château. Très bien. Le parking souterrain payant dénote un peu au vu du prix de la prestation et du peu de place dans la rue.

Nous sommes arrivés à l'hotel au moment ou partait une voiture donc une place devant l'entrée. Ma femme est allergique au miel, le responsable lui a trouvé un savon au fond d'une armoire. En effet Accor Mercure ne propose que des gels douche et cheveux au miel.... Très satisfait du personnel et du responsable qui est à l'écoute des clients. Très bon petit déjeuner. Je sais où je retournerais quand je repasserais ici.

AIR CONDITIONNING SET TO 24DegC. Too hot! Because of flying bugs, we couldnt open the window, so we had to sweat. At night, the walk from the car park to the hotel is in the total obscurity. No solar powered light installed for the guest's security. These 2 issues are easy to fix.

Lovely hotel in an ideal position by the river. Our only complains that there were very thin cardboard cups in the rooms for hot drinks. We understand they are trying to be eco friend it surely proper cups that can be washed are more environmentally friendly

Staff was outstanding, even helping us transport our bicycle panniers from the storage area up to our rooms and then making us a reservation to get dinner right before closing time at a local restaurant on a barge along the Loire. One of the best breakfasts we’ve had during our time in France

The hotel is well-located in the center of the city, on the water. Unfortunately we had a room with a window on the street, but the Loire and the old Saumur made a great scenery for breakfast. The historic part of the city and all its restaurants are across the bridge, at most a 10 minute walk. The room was nice, the bed comfortable. The only negative point was the presence of a few hairs behind the bathroom door when we came in. The receptionist was quick, agreable and helpful, giving us tips on where to find a vegetarian option in the city.

Very worn out and outdated, from the carpets to door handles everything looks ancient; needs a major refurbishment urgently. Also very noisy, the rooms with river view are above the patio restaurant, so in the morning during breakfast, you hear loud cutlery sounds for 2-3 hours, are you not supposed to have a layin during holidays?

La dame a la réception nous a très mal reçus ! Nous sommes arrivés à vélos et elle a été désagréable des le début en disant de nous pousser avec les vélos. Ensuite on a apporté nous saccoches et elles a été très désagréable en nous disant de les déplacer car ça la gênait, mais sur un ton à à limite de la politesse, Dehors les paysan avaient pergué dans les champs du coups ça sentait fort le fumier. Elle nous a tout de suite que c’était infecté et nous a ordonné de regarder sous nos chaussures pour voir si elles étaient bien propre et elles étaient toutes parfaitement propre. Vraiment un accueil directif, sévère et non chaleureux. Elle n’était pas du accueillante et nous agressé. À mon avis elle n’était pas à sa place !!

Séjour d'une seule nuitée en couple. Habitué de cet établissement, je dirais simplement que une chambre donnant sur la Loire avec vue sur le Château est tout simplement grandiose! A ne pas rater pour tous ceux qui le peuvent. Buffet de petit-déjeuner toujours aussi frais que varié. Difficile de trouver quelque chose qui ne va pas. Pour moi, c'est l'étape INCONTOURNABLE sur Saumur.
