Tolles Hotel mitten im „alten“ Colmar, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss zu erreichen! Gemütliche und vor allem saubere Zimmer. Sehr guter Service und sehr zuvorkommendes Personal! Perfekt für ein gemütliches Wochenende!! Leider fast keine Parkmöglichkeiten in Hotelnähe! Tipp: Das Hotel hat gegen Gebühr Garagenparkplätze in der Nähe!! Bei Zimmerreservierung ansprechen!!

Lovely old property right on the edge of Little Venice, with charming rooms and a little restaurant and bar. There are a lot of stairs and no elevator, but given the age of the building that’s to be expected (just be forewarned of you have limited mobility).

Charming hotel and friendly staff. The hotel has no 'communal lounge area' but there is a cocktail bar. Not one where you would sit to read a book though.

Great location. The room was very small and odd shaped. And the bathroom was a bit tight. Especially the shower. Staff was nice. Breakfast good and so was the location. Parking lot across from hotel was convenient but overall the rooms were maybe a bit too quaint.

Nice property location. Difficult parking situation. Be prepared if youre driving. Having pay by phone parking app is a plus. Pleasant enough property but not excellent in any catagory but location.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war hervorragend und sehr gut vom Personal begleitet. Die Bar war sehr freundlich und gut bestückt. Rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt

Hotel was precious! The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially when it came to helping me find and understand the parking. The breakfast was delicious and the dining room was a delightfully romantic. The location was a beautiful setting with a view of the river and steps away from downtown. I can’t wait to go back!

お風呂を使用したところ、ジャグジーから黄色い水が出た。その後再度綺麗にしてお風呂を使用したところ、バブルバスボタンを押したときに汚いカスが大量に発生して使用するのを断念した。スタッフのサービスが良かっただけに残念でした。

Ein bezauberndes, historisches Romantik-Hotel mit bestem Service und exzellenter Küche in zentraler Altstadtlage von Colmar. Wir erhielten ein Upgrade von Delux-Doppelzimmer auf Romantik-Suite und waren vom Charme der Suite im Spitzgiebel des Hauses sehr angetan. Das Hotel liegt zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig, direkt um die Ecke von Klein-Venedig. Öffentliche Parkplätze sind direkt vor der Tür sehr günstig zu haben. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und stilvoll möbliert. Das Bett war fantastisch! Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück und sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal machen den Aufenthalt zum absoluten Genuss.

We were expecting more from our stay here. It is very centrally located … so ideal for a short stay - however that is if you don’t need hot water or reliable WiFi. They pride themselves on being a 4 star hotel but I felt that housekeeping was average from no new clean towels to the carpet being very very dirty. The chairs were also very stained and dingy looking. We didn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot in the room. The room itself was kind of sad and very void of natural light. However, its saving grace was the restaurant and wine pairing we did the first night. The food was excellent and I would recommend perhaps just booking dinner for that and staying elsewhere.

Very dated room, misleading pictures. But of a smell to the room. Was very disappointed from the pictures we saw online and felt very misguided. Breakfast was great tho and the staff was nice. Just a shame it’s so dated. Felt like we rents an apartment from 1992 vs a cozy room as the pictures showed. For example, the room we got wasn’t in the main building, it was off to the side where you had to walk back out the front to the street and take a hidden door on the side. The show was a sliding glass quarter round, back to what they looked like in the late 90s. Except the door wouldn’t close. Wheels were off the track. There was mold on the baseboards of the room, and the limited carpet area was rough looking. Over just super weathered and not very maintained. Again it’s more of a late 90s apartment rental vs a cozy Christmas hotel with the premium price

Superskønt hotel i idylliske omgivelser i den gamle bydel af Colmar. Rigtig god service, hvor personalet taler både engelsk, tysk og fransk. Skøn restaurant med virkelig god fransk mad (i den lidt dyrere ende) og en lækker morgenbuffet! Dog er der et par ting, jeg bliver nødt til at påpege: Et af håndklæderne på mit værelse ikke var rent (med makeup på og tydeligt brugt), og at afløbet i brusekabinen var stoppet lidt til. Kommer man i bil, skal man indstille sig på, at der IKKE er tilgængelig parkering. Man skal parkere på gaden, og det koster €24 pr. dag (!!!) plus byskat for bilen. Men dejligt hotel i en smuk by!

This property is in a wonderful location, easily walkable all around the town to shopping, restaurants and site seeing. When you walk inside, you are taken back to life from generations past. Very clean, staff is nice and accommodating too.

This is a very charming historic hotel in a perfect location of Colmar. Everything in super clean . And things have been updated while keeping the very authentic look and feel. The beds were very comfortable and our room was spacious. We were in the third floor with the first being floor zero.

La nuit dans l'hôtel est très chère, on paye pour l'emplacement. A 200€ la nuit j'aurais mis 5 etoiles, mais pas à 400€. Pour ce prix, pas de petit déjeuner inclus, pas de lit King, un petit écran de télévision, une ampoule grillée au plafond, pas de peignoir (mais on vous réclame 50€ si vous partez avec), une salle de bain correcte mais un peu vieillot . L'isolation laisse a désirer, on pouvait entendre le réveil de la chambre voisine sonner, et le fils dire bonjour a son père

Excellent location and very authentic medieval property. I have it 4 and not 5 starts because our first room ( room 10) lacked a working AC and we had 2 very uncomfortable nights, despite alerting the staff as soon as we checked in. On the third of the 5 nights we spent there we were transferred to another room (40, in the attic). The difference was surprising: larger, with very modern shower, working AC, and overall a much nicer experience. I saw other rooms. Not all are the same, even on the same category.

They gave us a room in a separate building. The room had nice view and clean but lacked in character and had a strong smell of cleaningchemicals. The carpet was too worn out which was an eyesore. The A/C wasn’t cooling much.

Outstanding room and the greatest nights rest I have had during a week long trip at several other hotels. The location can not be beat. Our room was above the canal/river and central to old town and the Christmas market. Huge TV is you like French TV. Wonderful cross breeze to cool off the room, huge bathroom with an everything you need. It had a separate room with a closing door for our child for privacy. Tons of room. We will be back and reserve this room again. The Town of Colmar is beautiful and the local people warm and friendly. A simple fabulous holiday spot. It gets my highest recommendation. Ask for Loan. He was very helpful and spoke English for this American.

Front desk customer service was deplorable staff was so comfortable walking away from customers instead of helping them to where they needed to go. Two instances we were there for a wedding the staff instead of looking up to which venue we had to go to they sent us all to an Indian wedding reception which we were not a part of. Not all staff members the ladies were more accommodating and took out the time to flip through to find which venues.

We absolutely loved our time at Hotel Le Maréchal. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the building’s historic beauty and the unbeatable location right on the canal. It feels like stepping into a storybook — especially at night when the lights reflect off the water. Our room was cozy, elegant, and full of character, with exposed beams and traditional Alsatian decor that added to the charm. The bed was comfortable, and everything was immaculately clean. We had a lovely view over the canal, which made waking up in the morning and winding down at night feel extra special. The staff was warm, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and offered a great selection, served in a beautiful setting. The hotel’s location made it easy to explore all of Colmar’s Old Town on foot — everything from Petite Venise to the covered market was just steps away. Overall, Hotel Le Maréchal was one of the highlights of our trip. It perfectly balances history, comfort, and charm. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Deux remarques majeures : 1/ lors de l’enregistrement il m’a été exigé de fournir ma carte bleue, ceci alors même que l’ensemble de mon séjour (hors taxe locale de séjour) était déjà pré réglé. Pourquoi cette exigence totalement inutile et incompréhensible ? De fait mes numéros de carte sont désormais dans un ordinateur qui échappe à tout contrôle de ma part. Inutile , dangereux et déplorable. 2/ le climatisation de ma chambre était en marche. Inutile et non respectueux de l’environnement. Je l’ai évidemment immédiatement coupée et de retour le soir vers 22h la température intérieure était tout à fait acceptable. L’ouverture des fenêtres m’a permis de dormir très confortablement et sans avoir à recourir à cet appareil energivore et réchauffeur de la planète. J’ai évidemment fait la suggestion lors de mon Check out de ne pas mettre en marche cette clim’ en l’absence d’occupant en expliquant et en justifiant la raison … mais remarque peu appréciée. Dommage. A part cela : locaux somptueux et petit dej’ de haute tenue. Personnel de salle très accueillant. Je n’en dirais pas de même de ceux du Check in and out. Regrettable. Quartier très sympa. Cadre touristique très apprécié.

Everybody was incredible nice and friendly. Just one incident ruined a "5 start review" We wanted to leave our bags in the hotel after our check-in. Something complete normal we thought, and more in a 5 Start hotel. Instead, it was a big problem!!! The woman on the reception was incredible unfriendly and uncooperative... They left our luggage completely unattended! So, that when we came back for them, we took them and nobody noticed it!!! Quite sad to have this behavior on the last minute of our staying... because everything else was amazing!!!

Staff is amazingly friendly. The on-site restaurant features award-winning chefs and a great breakfast buffet featuring local foods. We had an apartment off to the side of the main building and other than having 3 doors to lock and unlock, everything else about it was fantastic!

Hotel was precious! The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially when it came to helping me find and understand the parking. The breakfast was delicious and the dining room was a delightfully romantic. The location was a beautiful setting with a view of the river and steps away from downtown. I can’t wait to go back!

The hotel is a lovely old building close to the town centre. We found all the tourist attractions easily accessible on foot. The hotel is about 10 to 15 minutes on foot from the train station.

Outstanding room and the greatest nights rest I have had during a week long trip at several other hotels. The location can not be beat. Our room was above the canal/river and central to old town and the Christmas market. Huge TV is you like French TV. Wonderful cross breeze to cool off the room, huge bathroom with an everything you need. It had a separate room with a closing door for our child for privacy. Tons of room. We will be back and reserve this room again. The Town of Colmar is beautiful and the local people warm and friendly. A simple fabulous holiday spot. It gets my highest recommendation. Ask for Loan. He was very helpful and spoke English for this American.

Excellent facility right in the heart of the city. Restaurant was looking at the river. Very helpful staff who can speak english properly. Lovely reception area. The only letdown was the small room, considering the high price.

A beatifull hotel on a beautifull location in Colmar. We were surprised that the Michelin restaurant was closed in spite of the fact it should be open 7 days a week. Breakfast - Eggs and eggs was running out twice......in spite of the high price

Lovely old hotel in petit Venice. Fantastic restaurant on site, L'Echevin. Need reservations. Very small room with tiny bathroom but quiet and clean. Matress for 2 was 2 twins pushed together so you sank a bit near the middle. Breakfast was underwhelming but ok. Service was very good.

Colmar and this hotel were actually the highlight of our 3 weeks trip to France. The hotel had a great location, amazing decor and great breakfast. We had a family suite in the annex and LOVED it. I have read that people were disappointed sometimes not to stay in the main hotel, but we did not mind at all. We have 2 rooms, one of the strongest AC in the whole trip (heatwave:(), nice decoration and great bed! The hotel staff was amazing! My husband has to work there, and they allowed us to stay till 12 and after that gave him a room to work till 3 pm. It was a life saver for him. We reserved parking upfront and it was 10 minutes' walk from the hotel, however, how I understood you can park across the hotel. Breakfast was great (still pricey in my opinion but it seems that it is a regular price this summer). Highly recommended this hotel!!

Fantastisk Hotel og beliggenhed og enormt charmerende hotel. Bedste placering i Colmar. Vi havde fået værelse i Annex og det var lidt slidt og træt, værelset størrelse var super perfekt, men der mangle lige de sidste detaljer. Seng var lidt lille og todelt. Ellers kan jeg jun anbefale hotellet. Smukt og virkelig hyggeligt
