Godt hotel der ligger ca 30 min med tog, RER, fra centrum af Paris- man skal gå 800 m til togstationen. Flere restauranter tæt på - også et supermarked rundt om hjørnet. Hyggelig café i receptionsområdet og god morgenmad med fint udvalg. Vi boede der i 2 nætter sammen - to voksne og et barn i et 3 personers værelse med dobbelt sovesofa og Queen size seng - fungerede fint og ok plads på værelset.

Lage: Bushaltestelle vor der Haustüre. RER Haltestelle 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt (schöner Blick auf die Marne und den Hafen von Joinville le Pont) Hinterhalb des Hotels befindet sich ein Supermarkt. Im Umkreis von 500 m gibt es einen täglichen Straßenmarkt, viele kleine Geschäfte aller Art und Restaurants zu entdecken. Die Hauptstraße ist Tag und Nacht gut befahren. Ausstattung: Hotel modern ausgestattet (entspricht mindestens dem angegebenen 3 Sterne Standard) Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage limitiert vorhanden. Die Stellplätze sind für normale Pkw (bei uns VW Passat) ausreichend lang und breit. Der Hotelbereich des Parkhaus ist mittels Zahlencode und extra Tor gesichert. Direkter Zugang von TG über Lift zum Hotel. Unser Superior-Zimmer befand sich im 4, Stock auf der Rückseite mit Blick in den Innenhof (dadurch kein Lärm von der Straße und dem Irish-Pup wahrnehmbar - sehr gut). Fernsehempfang nur auf französische Sender beschränkt. Bad mit Wanne inkl. Dusche. Kleine Kitchenette mit Herdplatten, Geschirr, Mikrowelle und Nespresso-Maschine. Kein Safe im Zimmer. Betten (auch Schlafsofa) waren bequem. Klimaanlage hat leider nur unregelmäßig funktioniert. Essen: internationales Frühstücksbuffet mit warmen und kalten Speisen, diversen Säften, Heißgetränken. Mehr als erwartet. Gemütliche Atmosphäre. Service: Sehr hilfsbereit. An der Rezeption wird auch Englisch gesprochen.

It's pretty ok. Clean overall, parking (fee) is ample and you can bring your dog (fee). The room itself is well laid out and there is decent space for a couple to stay with 1 kid. I think it would be challenging to have 2 or more kids with you. The kitchen facilities are very limited and you don't get a starter pack to help with washing up etc. There is no dining table - just a little curved desk area in the main bedroom which has a coffee machine and kettle on it so you can use it for eating, but, again, max 3 people and it's a squish. Worst of all, the hotel does not let you eat in the common area downstairs unless you're eating food you buy from their cafe. So, have fun being squashed upstairs or eating a sandwich for dinner so you can sit downstairs. The local area is great with restaurants and shops next door on the main road. RER is about 10-15 mins walk (some is uphill) and the botanical gardens are about a 15 mins walk. Central Paris is about 30-40 mins on the RER, depending on the day/ time.

Prisvärt hotel i Paris. Bra service, parkering i garaget för bilen. God frukost stora och moderna hotelrum. Gångavstånd till resecentrum för tåg till centrala Paris. Kommer gärna tillbaka vid nästa besök

L'hôtel est bien situé et facile d'accès avec un parking sécurisé payant. La chambre était grande avec un lit très confortable et une salle de bain spacieuse. le personnel est accueillant et l'enregistrement a été très rapide;

Belle adresse à 2 pas du bois de Vincennes et des autoroutes pour l'idf ou paris. Confort assuré, chambre spacieuse et calme. Mention spéciale pour la salle de sport hyper équipée et non visible sur le site.

Enjoyed the hotel, it was clean and updated. Was outside the city of Paris but easy to take train to get there. Joinville had some great restaurants and waking along the Marne river was relaxing. It was nice we were able to wash our clothes before we left as well

The staff where very helpful, bar was open till 11 which allowed you to bring drinks to the room, Place was clean, and easy to get to from train, The room was great from myself, Daughter and her baby

A nice, clean property with friendly staff able to also speak English. We had a car and found this hotel to be a to 40 min drive from the Eiffel Tower. It has a safe keycoded underground parking area.

Only the receptionists were nice and friendly. However housekeeping services were really poor, never cleaned the room, didn't take the bin away. No phone service from room, no secure locker, lift is open for everyone without any security means any strangers can get access to the property without authorisation. Room was same as it was advertised....not really happy with the overall experience

I was only able to stay here for few hours (to sleep) - wish I could have stayed longer because it is really clean, well kept, pretty, polished. Spacious room, clean and new. I would definitely stay here again.

I stay 5 nights n non of the day they change our bed sheet or clean up.

Nous sommes un peu deçus ce coup ci, la house de coquette plein de tâches avec la réponse: ca peut arriver, même pas d’excuses!!! Le mittoir de maquillage/se raser manquait , juste la fixation de mur restait. Pour la reste comme d’habitude: bien.

En las 10 noches que estuve hospedado aqui JAMAS, si Jamas hicieron la limpieza. Bajé a quejarme de que no hacian la limpieza y me dijeron que solo hacian la limpieza general los lunes y viernes. Y que los otros dias solo cambiaban toallas, sacaban la basura y ponian papel. Cosa que solo cambiaban las toallas y para el papel habia que bajar a recepcion porque tampoco dejaban. Y los dias lunes y viernes tampoco hicieron el aseo, por lo que tambien procedi a quejarme en recepcion y el chico de la recepcion me aseguró que si lo habian echo cosa que jamas pasó ya que seguia igual de sucio que los demas dias. Por si buscan un "hospedaje que por lo menos esté limpio" no lo recomiendo.

Nettoyage mal effectué, le lit était avec des miettes de croissants. Papier wc pas placé en suffisance. Chambre pas chauffé avant octobre Deuxième jour le nettoyage a été fait, mais le sol était collant. service ok

Location great 10min walk to train station takes you to city centre. Not very clean - hair from people all over the room including beds. Check in was at 2pm waited a while for the room to be ready. Not the room i booked/requested. Overall stay was just okay

Still having cleaning issues with cups, but overall a nice place to stay. Accessible transportations nearby, pub and restaurants close.

The hotel was nice. We had a queen room and it had very good facilities. It wasn't completely sound proof though, and we could hear people in the hallway.

Alojamiento muy agradable, parcialmente reformado. La atención del personal muy correcta (especialmente la recepcionista que mejor hablaba español). Lo único que sí echamos de menos fue material para la limpieza de los elementos de la cocina (al menos un paño para secar, por ejemplo, y un poco de detergente). Sugerencia para una próxima mejora de las instalaciones: insonorización hacia el exterior (ventanas) y pasillo (estábamos justo frente al ascensor y se escuchaba). Aún así, muy recomendable, tanto por instalaciones como por ubicación y comunicaciones con París centro y Disneyland.

We did not have a great experience. Right after checking in we turned on the AC (Air conditioning) and it did NOT work. They first said it might take a day and then said it’ll take a few days to get fixed. They had a lot of fans in the storage and provided the same to us. They did not provide enough cutlery and supplies in the kitchen in the room. Surroundings are very noisy too.

It is very nice hotel with very big and clean rooms. The location is between Paris center and Disneyland. It is just 10 minutes walking distance from Joinville-Le-Pont train station. Perfect for a family stay. I will definitely choose it again in the future.

Excellent front end staff. The things that took away from our experience are: Inexplicably, we were not allowed to turn on our air conditioner because it wasn’t warm season yet. We had to sleep with the window open because it was hot in our room and all of the outside noise came in as well. Never have I experienced this before. We stay 4 nights and got two coffees. We were told those two were a complementary welcome gift. After that we were on our own. Absurd. It is the little things that ruin an otherwise great experience.

Très bon séjour. Chambre moderne et propre. Kitchenette avec le nécessaire pour deux. Seul petit bémol nous avions une chambre sur la rue et nous entendions chaque voiture passer….

Pour la première fois on a utilisé la citchenette . Appareil Nespresso top, mais juste une tasse et juste pour une fois du sucre. Pour le thé il n’y a pas. Un couteau au lieu de deux. La parti congèle du frigo cassé alors plein de glace. Des petites choses qu’on a dit à la réception. Pour la reste c’était bon. On retourne.

Très bon séjour. La 1ère nuit nous étions en chambre 618... Nous avons signalé au matin que le matelas était mauvais, on nous a de suite proposé de changer de chambre, parfait ! Attention cependant, le pub qui fait l'angle est bruyant, si votre chambre donne vers ce côté vous risquez d'être gêné par les boum boum sourd de la musique. Mieux vaut avoir une chambre dans les côtés droit en sortant de l'ascenseur. Alors même si l'hôtel est super, en fonction de la où est votre chambre...cela peut être pénible... Dommage et malheureusement c'est indépendant de la volonté de l'hôtel. Service, personnel, propreté, équipements, parking etc... Tout est au top ...

Our stay at Tulip Residences was pleasant. The room was spacious and clean. The kitchenette, although small, was adequate enough for snack preparation. The early shift front staff personnel was very friendly, but the evening staff less personable. The hotel is a short walk from the metro making it easy to get into Paris. Overall, enjoyable stay.

Our overall experience was fantastic. The hotel is conveniently located with restaurants, shops next door. The staff was helpful, the rooms were spotless and the beds were comfortable. The walk to the metro was only 10 minutes away.

I wish they had helped me upstairs with my bags and wheelchair since I am disabled. One of the housekeeping staff saw me struggling and helped. Other than the lack of help with my bags at check in it was a perfect stay. The room was nice and clean and affordable, the breakfast bar was lovely, staff was friendly and it was quite affordable

A lot of the staff was very rude and didn’t not speak any English. Looked at you like you were irritating them when u asked a question.

Établissement correct. Les : Le personnel de nuit très gentil et est intervenu rapidement suite à un problème technique. Petit déjeuner très bien et complet, bon rapport qualité prix. Bar et salon agréable. Service de bagagerie. Les - : Erreur dans ma réservation, la chambre que l'on m'a attribuée ne correspondait pas à ma réservation, grosse déception à l'arrivée sachant que j'avais réservé plus d'un mois à l'avance. J'ai demandé s'il y avait une autre chambre mais hôtel complet, aucune suite de la part du personnel pour s'excuser de cette erreur. Les 2 lits avaient des housses différentes, la chambre n'est pas bien entretenue, présence de tartre sur toutes les robinetteries, traces de coulures sur les murs des salles de bain ainsi que dans les communs. Isolation des fenêtres moyen, on sent l'air passer. Du coup un peu déçu de mon séjour et étrangement lors de mon départ personne ne m'a demandé si je l'avais apprécié, ce qui ne m'a pas permise de faire part de ma déception directement. À pars cela, la décoration et l'agencement de l'hôtel est très beau, confortable et chaleureux. L'équipe de l'après-midi était plus souriante que celle du matin.

Decent location and easy freeway access. Staff is friendly. Area is a little walkable.

Amazing hotel and receptionists. Very comfortable rooms, added benefit of kitchenette. Sofa bed is actually huge and 2 teenagers were very comfortable there. 10 minutes walk to train station (zone3) or 2 minutes for the bus bringing you to the underground station. Grocery shop around the corner as well as burger place. And at the same time far away from the tourist crowd

It was a great hotel, location is very good and close to a Metro. It is a new hotel in a residencial area, close by a Metro. Will stay here again.

Es un lugar que te permite estar muy cómodo, el baño es amplio, todo está muy limpio. Cuenta con refrigerador en la habitación. Hay muchas tiendas y restaurantes cerca, está ubicado en un barrio tranquilo

Chambres rénovées, très jolies, mais le hic pas du tout insonorisées, les chaises grincent de toutes part, même la notre dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment limité en choix..

Nice location. Room was larger than I expected. Clean! Lovely experience and appreciated the lobby's bar.

Très bon accueil. Petit problème de chauffage (général) mais équipe très réactive et il faisait vraiment bon dans la chambre grâce à un radiateur d’appoint mis à disposition par l’hôtel (dans toutes les chambres!). Petit déjeuner très varié. Au top!

Accueil professionnel, communs vastes et ambiance très agréable. Chambre spacieuse très bien décorée très bonne ambiance coin cuisine fonctionnel salle de bain au top. Petit dej varié mais à la hauteur du reste. bon petit dejeuner mais pour le prix il pourrait être plus varié et plus qualitatif (ex : thé lipton, confiture en barquette, ...)
