Tres bien. Propre, gentil et agreable. Je recommande. A côté d'un centre commercial au Dock qui est en face. Tres bon sejour. A part les travaux en bas mais ca va ils étaient en fin donc je n'ai pas trop été gêné. Le parking qui est le parking de la gare et pas de l'hotel. Il y en a un petit exterieur mais toujours occupées même les places handicapés sont prises par des personnes qui ne sont pas handicapés mais qui se gare dessus ce que je trouve honteux !!! Qu'ils prennent mon handicap.

Het hotel ligt in een drukke omgeving tegenover het station en is daardoor niet eenvoudig te bereiken met de auto, geen eigen parkeerruimte tenzij in een doodlopend straatje achter het hotel met weinig plaatsen. Verder niet te klagen over het hotel zelf.

Banque d'accueil ressemblant à une table de la salle de co working adjacente avec un réceptionniste devant un ordi portable très occupé avec son téléphone portable... Parking de l'hôtel très petit sans possibilité de réserver une place. Petit déjeuner en libre service pourvu au compte goutte et cher. Par contre les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres mais sans âme. Hôtel in peu excentré pour la visite du quartier Perret. Idéal pour ceux qui arrivent en gare.

Nice staff and easy check in, spacious hotel and rooms. I would definitely not book again if other options, since, like others already noticed, also the carpet of my room was with stains and made an quite dirty impression. TV only in french and no chance to connect chromecast or even mirror my device. That is not ok for the price they are charging, even when reducted. Breakfast is not more or less then standard. Stick to breakfast times, they start emptying the buffet already 30min before breakfast ends. The restaurant is ok, but nothing special. Parking situation behind the hotel on hotels parking is somewhat free but constantly full, if you dare, just park in front of hotel like some others do. Otherwise parking house of train station is an easy option with 250m to walk.

Fräscht hotell med fina och stora rum. Väldigt bra städat rent. Hotellet i sig känns lite som ett stort studentboende men det störde inte oss. Bra parkeringsmöjligheter i garage bakom hotellet. Dock ligger detta lite utanför stadskärnan och man behöver bil eller åka kommunalt/taxi för att ta sig in till centrum.

Tutto bene! Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, Novotel è una garanzia. Posizione comoda vicino al centro per chi vuole visitare rapidamente la città ed attraversare il ponte di Normandia. Parcheggio libero disponibile dietro l’hotel, nel caso altro in zona a pagamento. Hotel pulito e camera abbastanza spaziosa per 4 persone our customer senso uno standard. Consigliato

Nell'insieme una buona opzione per visitare i dintorni. Il parcheggio dell'albergo è piccolo e non c'è disponibilità. Inoltre non è chiuso ne custodito ne controllato da telecamere. Opzione a 9 euro parcheggio al chiuso a 200 m dall'albergo. La camera bene ma la reception meno...

그런대로 만족스런 숙박이었습니다. 다만 자그마한 개미들이 객실에 좀 기어다녔습니다. 에어컨이 계속 틀어져 있는데 방향 조절이 어려워 잠 잘 때 건조해지는 점은 아쉬웠습니다.

Camera non molto pulita sotto al piumino per il divano letto c’era un dolce lasciato da altri, quindi non penso abbiano pulito, davanti la porta della stanza un vassoio a terra con cibo, il personale si è limitato a dire che basta chiedere e rimediano, ma penso che prima si debba pulire una stanza non se uno fa lamentele. Inoltre appena arrivati hanno bloccato/preso 100€ dalla carta come cauzione ma per ora ancora non mi sono stati riaccrediti vedrò nei prossimi giorni, ma in altri hotel dopo due ore da quando lasci la stanza ti fanno il riaccredito ora e’ già sera

The room had a horrible odour and smell. Stale tobacco. Previous guests had been smoking in the room heavily and possibly the room had not been cleaned properly. The staff on reception were very unhelpful and lacked professional customer service skills. Their solution to the problem was to spray the room which would not have worked as the room needed full defumigation and deep clean and would take days/ long time to solve the terrible tobacco smells. We were left waiting for a long time and were advised that the hotel was fully booked, therefore no other options. We asked if we could be moved to another Novotel hotel within an hours drive which apparently was not possible. We asked for a refund under reasonable circumstance but were advised that was not possible too. At one point after one member of staff confirmed on inspection that the room had a terrible odour (the same lady who said the room could be sprayed with chemicals which would have created an awful smell) another staff member appeared and lied to say the room was ok. We eventually left Le Havre and on a busy Saturday night were able to book hotel rooms in Rouen an hours drive away at €270 expense. We will be making a formal complaint to the senior management of Novotel for full compensation and damages. We are a family of 4 (2 young children) it was a very distressing experience and the staff highly unprofessional. We have stayed in many hotels in France but never this before. Disgraceful behaviour.

Das Zimmer ist okay, ausreichend für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Allerdings ist der Teppich voller Flecken und das Bett so unbequem, dass wir es kaum abwarten konnten wieder auszuchecken. Sauberkeit war okay, mehr auch nicht.

Nous avons passé un bon week-end dans cet hôtel. Peut être que la salle de bain pourrait être mieux nettoyée, beaucoup beaucoup de calcaire sur le pommeau et la douche… et peut être des joints à refaire. La literie était bonne ainsi que l’emplacement. Le petit déjeuner était bien mais à partir de 9:15, les plats sont pas toujours renouvelés (fin à 10h00), dommage vu le prix du petit déjeuner même si je comprends le fait que possiblement tout ne sera pas consommé d’ici là mais dans ce cas le prix du petit déjeuner est un peu exagéré. Merci tout de même pour le service, nous avons passé un bon moment.

Und obwohl ich es nicht besonders sauber fand (Haare im Bett, fleckiger Teppich, Spiegel verdreckt, Badezimmer Boden fleckig und voller Haare) war es dennoch das beste der 3 Hotels. Das Bett war extrem unbequem, das Schlafsofa für meinen vierjährigen dafür überraschend bequem. Klimaanlage funktionierte super und das Personal war freundlich. Die Lage war ebenfalls gut (super Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in den Docks gegenüber). Parken konnte man in der Tiefgarage im Nebengebäude für 9€/Tag.

There was hair in the shower drain; the fridge did not work, and not only the staff did not fix it, they also did not apologize for it; parking in front of the hotel to load and unload is badly thought out and hazardous; the staff are rude and speak condescendingly, as if I am supposed to know how things work even though this us my first time ever in this city and at this hotel.

The room was far too warm even with the temperature set low. I had paid upfront when booking through hotels.com and this price included breakfast. On checkin i was asked for my card details and to pay the city tax. I left the hotel at 05:30 using the key drop box and 2 hours later receive an email from the hotel with my invoices for charges. I was charged again for the room, for breakfast and for tax. Have tried to contact the hotel bit so far not response.

Tevreden! Heel proper hotel. Propere kamers en vriendelijk personeel en goed eten. Communicatie inzake parking kan wel beter, evenals sneller het ontbijt aanvullen met de benodigde etenswaren. Soms kon men de drukte niet volgen. Maar heel lekker ontbijt en eten!

The room had a horrible odour and smell. Stale tobacco. Previous guests had been smoking in the room heavily and possibly the room had not been cleaned properly. The staff on reception were very unhelpful and lacked professional customer service skills. Their solution to the problem was to spray the room which would not have worked as the room needed full defumigation and deep clean and would take days/ long time to solve the terrible tobacco smells. We were left waiting for a long time and were advised that the hotel was fully booked, therefore no other options. We asked if we could be moved to another Novotel hotel within an hours drive which apparently was not possible. We asked for a refund under reasonable circumstance but were advised that was not possible too. At one point after one member of staff confirmed on inspection that the room had a terrible odour (the same lady who said the room could be sprayed with chemicals which would have created an awful smell) another staff member appeared and lied to say the room was ok. We eventually left Le Havre and on a busy Saturday night were able to book hotel rooms in Rouen an hours drive away at €270 expense. We will be making a formal complaint to the senior management of Novotel for full compensation and damages. We are a family of 4 (2 young children) it was a very distressing experience and the staff highly unprofessional. We have stayed in many hotels in France but never this before. Disgraceful behaviour.

We had to ask several times but the reference person replied that he did not know what to do because the manager was not available. In the end she left without saying anything and we asked her replacement that she finally gave us the room but even in this case the courtesy and availability was not in her soft skills. Finally, the parking was reported at a cost of 6 euros per day on the reservation, instead they asked for 9 euros per day at a nearby facility Struttura confortevole e pulita, check in molto deludente. Il check in previsto alle 14, per avere la camera abbiamo dovuto attendere fino alle 16 circa. Abbiamo dovuto sollecitare diverse volte ma il riferimento rispondeva che non sapeva cosa fare perché il manager non era rintracciabile. Alla fine è andata via senza dirci nulla ed abbiamo chiesto al suo sostituto che finalmente ci ha fornito la camera ma anche in questo caso la cortesia e disponibilità non era nei suoi soft skill. Tres bien. Propre, gentil et agreable. Je recommande. A côté d'un centre commercial au Dock qui est en face. Tres bon sejour. A part les travaux en bas mais ca va ils étaient en fin donc je n'ai pas trop été gêné. Le parking qui est le parking de la gare et pas de l'hotel. Il y en a un petit exterieur mais toujours occupées même les places handicapés sont prises par des personnes qui ne sont pas handicapés mais qui se gare dessus ce que je trouve honteux !!! Qu'ils prennent mon handicap.

Het hotel ligt in een drukke omgeving tegenover het station en is daardoor niet eenvoudig te bereiken met de auto, geen eigen parkeerruimte tenzij in een doodlopend straatje achter het hotel met weinig plaatsen. Verder niet te klagen over het hotel zelf.

No geral um hotel bom e bem localizado. Staff amigável e solícito, quarto espaçoso. Sempre acho desconfortável demais tomar banho em pé dentro de uma banheira e preferia um chuveiro, mas não é justo julgar o hotel negativamente por isso, pois é padrão na Europa, é cultural. Mas recomendo esse hotel. Fácil de estacionar, tem um shopping mall em frente e opções de restaurantes ao redor.

Fräscht hotell med fina och stora rum. Väldigt bra städat rent. Hotellet i sig känns lite som ett stort studentboende men det störde inte oss. Bra parkeringsmöjligheter i garage bakom hotellet. Dock ligger detta lite utanför stadskärnan och man behöver bil eller åka kommunalt/taxi för att ta sig in till centrum.

Excellent confort. Le personnel de l'hôtel au top, accueillant et à l'écoute. Rapport qualité-prix raisonnable et très bon emplacement. Le seul bémol était le restaurant - le menu du jour de 2 repas était quelconque. Pour le prix, je m'attendais à qqc de plus fin. Je suis presque certain que l'escalope de poulet "mariné au citron" n'avait jamais vu de marinade au citron. Le filet de saumon était oubliable. Desserts plutôt bourratifs et anodins - dignes d'une cafétéria de supermarché.

I would definitely not book again if other options, since, like others already noticed, also the carpet of my room was with stains and made an quite dirty impression. TV only in french and no chance to connect chromecast or even mirror my device. That is not ok for the price they are charging, even when reducted. Breakfast is not more or less then standard. Stick to breakfast times, they start emptying the buffet already 30min before breakfast ends. The restaurant is ok, but nothing special. Parking situation behind the hotel on hotels parking is somewhat free but constantly full, if you dare, just park in front of hotel like some others do. Otherwise parking house of train station is an easy option with 250m to walk.

Overall a good stay. They advertised gluten free bread at the breakfast buffet. When I asked for some, they said it had to be offered and would take 10-12 minutes. Turns out they had it frozen and needed warm it up. It has over done and rock hard. Otherwise a good stay.

Nous avons passé un bon week-end dans cet hôtel. Peut être que la salle de bain pourrait être mieux nettoyée, beaucoup beaucoup de calcaire sur le pommeau et la douche… et peut être des joints à refaire. La literie était bonne ainsi que l’emplacement. Le petit déjeuner était bien mais à partir de 9:15, les plats sont pas toujours renouvelés (fin à 10h00), dommage vu le prix du petit déjeuner même si je comprends le fait que possiblement tout ne sera pas consommé d’ici là mais dans ce cas le prix du petit déjeuner est un peu exagéré. Merci tout de même pour le service, nous avons passé un bon moment.

Staff is not amazing, long waits for checkin, sleeping couch was not made. Asked 3 time, never got bedding, slept with 3 in a bed as we could not be bothered. Very clean and comfortable. Room is spacious with a bath tub. Receptionists are incredibly friendly and helpful. The only drawback might be the waitress who cleans tables and fulfills food during breakfast, looks mad all the time, very unfriendly. The location is excellent, 3 minutes by walk to train station. A shopping center just across the river. Lots of bus available and tram.
