super friendly staff. wonderfully soft and comfortable pillows and sheets. good breakfast. large clean rooms. Safe parking (actually left my keys in car overnight with no issue-Not that I recommend this.)

Horrible internet connection despite calling tech support. Also bad, stale odor in the room. Had to go to front desk to request odor eliminator spray. They gave the spray to us rather than coming to check out the room. This has the feel of a low budget hotel but the price wasn’t low budget.

Almost every light bulb was partially burnt out (only low levels worked), the light in the bathroom was missing one sconce, random brown pair splattered on the walls. The room was in poor shape, but as a single woman traveling alone I felt safe here.

Rooms were spotless. Staff was very accommodating. We needed a luggage cart on Saturday night, September 13th, and she found it via camera and offered to go and get it. I grabbed it but it was incredibly nice of her to offer. I’m sorry, but I didn’t get the name, but with the parameters I’m sure you can thank her/recognize her. The lady in charge of breakfast was also extremely diligent ensuring the breakfast bar was stocked!

The room smelled very strongly of carpet cleaner. When I went to tell the front desk my roommate took a shower. I was told if we had "already used the room" that we wouldn't be able to change rooms. The smell permeated all weekend and it was horrible to be in the room. I have stayed here for the same weekend for the last 5 years and never had this experience. Very disappointing. Also breakfast has gone downhill. Might stay at the Holiday Inn Express next year.

Very nice room with sitting area. Beds were comfortable. Clean. One suggestion would be to have a swivel bracket on the TV so it could turn towards the beds or turn towards the sitting area.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The hotel itself is very nice. Common areas appear to be clean. However, the service was horrible. Since the hotel requires you to put in a request for room service, I called the front desk the first night for service for our remaining time there. Apparently no one had put our request on schedule, room service never came. When I called reception to ask if someone can come and empty the trash cans, the lady said with a bad attitude "I'm here by myself." I then asked "So you can't come up and do it?" She said "No, I can't! Just leave your trash outside of your door." I then asked if she had trash bags, she said "I can't take it up to you, you can come down and get it if you want." I couldn't go downstairs since I was with sleeping kids by myself, I did what was instructed by the receptionist. I emptied all the trash cans and put the bags in the hallway outside our door, thinking someone would pick up the trash in the next few hours. The trash was not picked up for 2 days. Other guests started to pile their trash on top of ours. It became pretty gross. Anyway, it's a good place to stay if you don't need a lot of interactions with the hotel staff.

The surrounding area was quiet. Easy access from the hwy. Our room was very large and clean. Staff were very helpful in providing information about our visit. They even called to confirm our reservation and check-in time.

Room was good. Staff was great. However there was not many travelers at all staying and I'm not sure why but at about 9:30pm, what I'm guessing was a family checked in and were given a room right next to mine. I was already asleep as i needed to get on the road by 5 and it sounded like they were re-arranging their room, bumping things into the wall, kids running around, stomping on the floor. They easily could've been given a room at the other end of the hall or something.

The room was nice but not what I booked, wasnt told at check in it was a different room. Didnt check in until almost 2 am so I didnt go back down to talk to anyone. When I checked out in the morning the woman who I spoke with was very rude about the situation. Gave no apologies either, just blame it on the other employees.

For the price it was a good hotel. Reasonably clean and quiet and close to the freeway. Not too far from Purdue, about 40 minutes and 70 minutes from IND airport. Staff was friendly and breakfast was basic.
