Room was lovely with spacious bed and modern, clean bathroom. However, the staff and service was disappointing for a hotel of this price. Staff were rude and seemed like they were trying to avoid our concerns or get rid of us. Especially bad in the restaurant where staff were very rude and service was bad. Food was sub par for the price. Sauna is nice however pool is uncomfortably cold. Very disappointed as we were really looking forward to our stay following walking and camping the TMB.

Staff were extremely helpful and could not do enough. Room very clean and amazing views. Not too close to local lifts but just put your name down the day before and their own mini bus was ready and waiting and bang on time and just a 5 min trip to the main lifts. I hear people moan about the pool being too cool (get a life!) for me the temperature was perfect and very clean. Breakfast was plentiful and included fresh squeezed orange juice, eggs and bacon. Chamonix short bus ride to main town but plenty to do in this lovely resort of les Houches. professional and pleasant stay. Thank you to all the ladies on reception. I will return! Dr Stokes.

Quite simple room, could add 1 or 2 chairs and lights in the room, no tissue/napkin in the room. Even the swimming pool feels dark. The cuisine of the restaurant was great, very delicious. Good location.

Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und die Zeit ist stehen geblieben. Service Kräfte sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Dringend renovierungsbedürftig für deutsche Verhältnisse nicht empfehlenswert. Alles in allem Aufenthalt überteuert. Küche okay.

Très bel hôtel avec une vue magnifique! Chambre très propre et agréable, literie confortable et salle de bain super. Petit balcon avec très belle vue. Restaurant avec une salle superbe et où on mange très bien. Petit dej le matin nickel! Petit bémol parce qu’on a pas pu profiter de la piscine car suite à un petit soucis, un peu trop fraîche pour nous. L’hôtel dispose également d’un sauna auquel nous n’avons pas été étant avec un bébé. Il y avait des travaux dans une chambre au dessus ou à côté de nous ce qui a été un peu embêtant pour faire dormir bébé. Mais sinon personnel extrêmement gentil, c’était un très beau séjour!

My husband and I stayed here prior to setting of on our Tour du Mont Blanc trek. It was a very comfortable stay. The room was quite basic, but had everything we needed. Centrally located in Les Houches, within 5 min walking distance to a big supermarket. Also about 20 min walk to the Bellevue Cable Car station, where we started our TMB trek.

A lovely base for our stay. The view from the room was incredible. Staff lovely and friendly. Pool and sauna was a lovely addition. I did expect a kettle in the room so was a little disappointed to not have one . In my opinion the bar also lacked atmosphere. I would stay again.

It’s a small town, hotel is centrally located. Clean, friendly great food. You can hear traffic but I am on the road side ! Most hotels are situated the same. Definitely would return again.

Hôtel parfaitement situé, à proximité de Chamonix bon standing, personnel sympathique, piscine au top, mais bémol : il n'y a rien dans les chambres comme une bouilloire et une cafetière… Dommage sinon, c'est parfait la vue sur le Mont-Blanc : WOAH

Room is comfortable, the view is fantastic. We rent skiing gears in the store cross the street, the sports owner is nice and professional. We have breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant, and it is good and delicious. Recommend.

Great hotel with comfy rooms and plenty of space which was good for skiing. Hotel shuttle to the lifts which was good as long as precooked the evening before. Quiet area with a few restaurant choices within walking distance but easy access to the bus stop to get to Chamonix village. Not always someone on reception and quite quiet in general if you are looking for something a bit more lively!

Nice place to crash after the TMB. Liked our room, including the next that opened to the mountains. The staff was friendly and helpful, they just seemed a little unstaffed the night we were there. We sat in the lounge and had a bottle of wine, the bar tender was doubling as the receptionist, she was really friendly and helpful when available. Felt bad she was doing both jobs.

Péssima experiência neste local. Pessoas mal educadas, rudes no tratamento, péssimo local para quem vai esquiar ski pois possuem inúmeras restrições aos equipamentos, negaram um copo no restaurante para levar ao quarto, chuveiro não esquentava, nem o heating. Parece que te fazem um favor ao te receber.

Péssima experiência neste local. Pessoas mal educadas, rudes no tratamento, péssimo local para quem vai esquiar ski pois possuem inúmeras restrições aos equipamentos, negaram um copo no restaurante para levar ao quarto, chuveiro não esquentava, nem o heating. Parece que te fazem um favor ao te receber.

Was greeted by the most kind and handsome young man after a long trip from the US. Everyone from the front desk staff to the restaurant staff were so welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. Will definitely return, next time with others!

My husband and I stayed here prior to setting of on our Tour du Mont Blanc trek. It was a very comfortable stay. The room was quite basic, but had everything we needed. Centrally located in Les Houches, within 5 min walking distance to a big supermarket. Also about 20 min walk to the Bellevue Cable Car station, where we started our TMB trek.

It’s a small town, hotel is centrally located. Clean, friendly great food. You can hear traffic but I am on the road side ! Most hotels are situated the same. Definitely would return again.

Sehr sauber. Das Zimmer war gross und mit dem Nötigsten ausgerüstet. Sehr feines Frühstück optional erhältlich. Gute Busverbindung nach Chamonix.

Chamonix hotels were full due to UTMB event. This hotel was quiet, peaceful with a good view of Alps. Very relaxing after a day of long hikes.

All the staff were very welcoming. Large selection of food at breakfast, and the dinners were very tasty. Handy for the buses and the train.

Room was lovely with spacious bed and modern, clean bathroom. However, the staff and service was disappointing for a hotel of this price. Staff were rude and seemed like they were trying to avoid our concerns or get rid of us. Especially bad in the restaurant where staff were very rude and service was bad. Food was sub par for the price. Sauna is nice however pool is uncomfortably cold. Very disappointed as we were really looking forward to our stay following walking and camping the TMB.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast. Shuttle bus to lifts. Bar & restaurant on site (need to book). Bathroom was modern lots of fresh towels. Rooms a little rustic, storage space, but no drawers.

Staff were extremely helpful and could not do enough. Room very clean and amazing views. Not too close to local lifts but just put your name down the day before and their own mini bus was ready and waiting and bang on time and just a 5 min trip to the main lifts. I hear people moan about the pool being too cool (get a life!) for me the temperature was perfect and very clean. Breakfast was plentiful and included fresh squeezed orange juice, eggs and bacon. Chamonix short bus ride to main town but plenty to do in this lovely resort of les Houches. professional and pleasant stay. Thank you to all the ladies on reception. I will return! Dr Stokes.

Quite simple room, could add 1 or 2 chairs and lights in the room, no tissue/napkin in the room. Even the swimming pool feels dark. The cuisine of the restaurant was great, very delicious. Good location.

Très bel hôtel avec une vue magnifique! Chambre très propre et agréable, literie confortable et salle de bain super. Petit balcon avec très belle vue. Restaurant avec une salle superbe et où on mange très bien. Petit dej le matin nickel! Petit bémol parce qu’on a pas pu profiter de la piscine car suite à un petit soucis, un peu trop fraîche pour nous. L’hôtel dispose également d’un sauna auquel nous n’avons pas été étant avec un bébé. Il y avait des travaux dans une chambre au dessus ou à côté de nous ce qui a été un peu embêtant pour faire dormir bébé. Mais sinon personnel extrêmement gentil, c’était un très beau séjour!

The Wi-Fi didn’t work in the rooms, and both the hand soap and shampoo dispensers were empty. I also had a very poor experience with communication. I accidentally booked this stay and contacted the property within an hour through both the Hotels.com app and email to request a cancellation. I received no response or acknowledgement until the last day, when I suggested an alternative arrangement. Overall, the lack of basic amenities and especially the poor communication made for a disappointing experience.

Very good hotel . Happy to stay. Only issue is that staff only available before 9pm. We arrived late due to flight delay and custom. They left my room key at front door and we got in finally.
