The location was great, and the staff were very friendly. However, the room was much smaller than the one we stayed in previously at Arcachon Gujan-Mestras. There also weren’t any plug sockets near the bed. I had to use an extension cable to connect my CPAP machine, which was quite inconvenient. The out-of-hours check-in process could also be improved. Perhaps using a QR code would make the process quicker and easier, as the current method took a little longer than expected. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but these improvements would make the experience even better.

Looks can be deceiving. The hotel looks nice from the outside, but the parking was behind the hotel, up a hill and across the street in the grass. You needed a code to get in and out. You had to get of the car to input the code. The room was much smaller than it looked in the photos. The beds need replacing. The shower gel/shampoo wasn’t enough to wash yourself and not nearly enough to shampoo your hair. The location was good.
