The room was lovely and clean,breakfast was adequate, air con was wonderful. The young man that welcomed us was very good. We asked for a ground floor room as we can't make the stairs easily as my husband has arthritis in his knee and I have neuropathy. He was so kind and although we had been allocated a room he changed it to the ground floor. He deserves praise for his kindness. We really did appreciate it.

This hotel was adequate for our purposes. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good but dinner was expensive for what we received.

Breakfast was poor, croissants undercooked as were pan au chocolate. Not the selection there used to be. The room was lovely, newly decorated and clean, air con worked. Staff were pleasant . Easy parking. We have been staying at Ibis Lucé for about 15years and this was the best yet. There is one problem, no lift and we are old people and it was very difficult climbing 3 flights of stairs to our room.It would be very helpful if you put us old folk on the ground floor. Apart from that our stay was great.

Room was not clean,blood stains on the carpet which could have easily been cleaned off. The hotel which we have used many times has definitely gone downhill. We always enjoyed staying but now it leaves a lot to be desired. The breakfast is lacking as it used to be very good.
