L'hôtel est très propre. Mais inondation dans la salle de bain à chaque douche : pas de joint entre le bac de douche et la parroie vitrée, donc c'est une pataugeoire... Odeur d'égout dans toute la chambre pendant tout le séjour... c'est pestilentiel et c'est très difficile de dormir dans ces conditions là.

Excellent room, very clean, large comfortable bed. Very good bathroom. Restaurant was excellent food and service. Perhaps more expensive than usual Campanile food but much superior to the usual. Will certainly stay there again.

La marge faite par Hôtels.com sur le montant de la facture est injustifiée, anormale et du coup inacceptable. L’accueil a été très bien, mais le confort par rapport au prix est en dessous de mon attente. Problème de chauffage, sas d’entrée manque d’herméticité. Gros point noir pour moi, la gêne occasionnée par les odeurs de cigarettes provenant des chambres voisines via la salle d’eau gâche totalement le séjour.

Accueil très agréable de la part du réceptionniste. Chambre en étage comme demandé, lit grand et trés confortable ainsi que les oreillers. La télévision est un peu basse mais ça n'est qu'un détail, salle de bain avec baignoire. Double porte d'accès à la chambre. Par contre les cloisons sont minces. Petit-dejeuner très copieux. Nous reviendrons.

Hotel bien situé, proche du centre ville de Millau et sortie d’autoroute. L’accueil du personnel est très bien. On nous a régler le souci de porte rapidement et conseiller sur les visites à faire. Personnel accueillant. Dommage qu'ils ne font plus le restaurant... mais le petit déjeuner était de très bonne qualité, varié et pour tout les goûts. Par contre, l'endroit est calme et reposant. Et nous avons trouvé un très bon restaurant pour le dîner et très abordable.

Le séjour était plutôt correct. Dommage toutefois de se faire refouler du restaurant de l'hôtel qui n'a plus de tables libres pour dîner, il aurait fallu nous proposer de réserver a notre arrivée. L'hôtel est de première génération, l'isolation très insuffisante, nous entendions les pas de nos voisins du dessus, leur douche, leurs commentaires... Le petit déjeuner était moyen, il manquait des jus de fruits, les deux machines a café en panne, et les yaourts manquaient de fraîcheur.
