Stayed here for 2 nights as an emergency place to stay as I had mechanical problems on my bike. The staff were absolutely superb. The receptionist was delightful and very helpful making recommendations on where to visit and how to travel on the excellent, cheap and frequent bus service into town. Car park was very large and felt secure too. There is a big retail park next door which was very handy too. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows and bedding superb. A good hot shower and large towels were very much appreciated. Rouen is a spectacular town and 2 days was really insufficient to appreciate everything it has to offer. Would I stay here again ? Most definitely YES !

Le personnel est très accueillant et souriant cependant les chambres sont beaucoup trop mal insonorisées. Le parking est assez grand, l’environnement extérieur est calme. L’état du sol de la chambre où j’ai séjourné laisse à désirer (il est très tâché), le lit grince au moindre mouvement, le ventilateur ne fonctionne pas, les poussières sont mal faites, et il y avait des traces d’un précédent client dans la douche. Accueil très chaleureux de la part de la réception : m'a demandé si j'avais besoin d'une serviette pour mon chien s'il montait sur le lit, ou s'il avait besoin de gamelles... J'avais tout prévu mais les demandes sont honorables. Chambre propre et nuit calme. Bouilloire avec portions de thé ou café. Télé fonctionne bien même si je ne la regarde pas. Une petite rénovation de la douche de ma chambre (5) serait peut-être la bienvenue mais ça n'a pas gâché mon séjour. Peut-etre aussi indiquer le fonctionnement de la clim (j'ai voulu essayer mais n'ai absolument pas compris comment cela fonctionnait). Je recommande.

Au niveau du confort de la literie nous apprécions la qualité du matelas ainsi que les oreillers. Linge très propre. La salle de bain n'était pas du tout au top, des nombreuses traces noires au niveau de la douche. De plus l'eau avait du mal à s'évacuer du bas de douche. Le côté agréable serait la puissance du jet. L'étagère qui se trouve au niveau de l'entrée était toute poussiéreuse. Les choses positives se trouvent dans le petit plateau avec café et thé, la grande télé au mur. L'hôtel est calme et permet de prendre le repos nécessaire. Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux pour gourmands. Fruits frais, yaourts divers, fromages, jambon, oeufs brouillés, viennoiseries, pains différents.

Check in was great, and all the staff very friendly. We had a very nice meal (my wife’s veggie dish was amazing) , and the breakfast was pretty good too. Do try squeezing you own oranges. The place is a little dated in places but they are in the middle of renovations, which did not affect us in any way. Could do with some usb charging points. We asked for some more pillows, which they took from an unoccupied room and they smelt a little musky. They were very comfortable though, as was the bed. We found the location was good, quiet and easy to find. Over all good, and good value for money. I shall stay here again on our next trip.

Coté douche couche de calcaire sur la grande vitre et la colonne de douche. Vitre du vélux très sale. Petit plus la télé le soir qui a déconné écran noir.

Disappointing have been using as a stopover for over 10 years. It appears to be under new management, on arrival the person at the desk was on a computer but made no attempt to acknowledge us until she had finished what she was doing. The quality of the food in the restaurant has dropped and the prices increased for both dinner and breakfast. The main light in the room was faulty and the shower drain was smelly.

Check in was great, and all the staff very friendly. We had a very nice meal (my wife’s veggie dish was amazing) , and the breakfast was pretty good too. Do try squeezing you own oranges. The place is a little dated in places but they are in the middle of renovations, which did not affect us in any way. Could do with some usb charging points. We asked for some more pillows, which they took from an unoccupied room and they smelt a little musky. They were very comfortable though, as was the bed. We found the location was good, quiet and easy to find. Over all good, and good value for money. I shall stay here again on our next trip.

Nur mit der Anfahrt hatten wir Probleme, da es keine Angabe der Straße gab, wie unser GPS verlangte. Somit mußten wir mehrmals Bürger fragen, ohne Erfolg. Nach einer Stunde leitete uns ein freundlicher Franzose zum Hotel.

Stayed here for 2 nights as an emergency place to stay as I had mechanical problems on my bike. The staff were absolutely superb. The receptionist was delightful and very helpful making recommendations on where to visit and how to travel on the excellent, cheap and frequent bus service into town. Car park was very large and felt secure too. There is a big retail park next door which was very handy too. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows and bedding superb. A good hot shower and large towels were very much appreciated. Rouen is a spectacular town and 2 days was really insufficient to appreciate everything it has to offer. Would I stay here again ? Most definitely YES !

Accueil très chaleureux de la part de la réception : m'a demandé si j'avais besoin d'une serviette pour mon chien s'il montait sur le lit, ou s'il avait besoin de gamelles... J'avais tout prévu mais les demandes sont honorables. Chambre propre et nuit calme. Bouilloire avec portions de thé ou café. Télé fonctionne bien même si je ne la regarde pas. Une petite rénovation de la douche de ma chambre (5) serait peut-être la bienvenue mais ça n'a pas gâché mon séjour. Peut-etre aussi indiquer le fonctionnement de la clim (j'ai voulu essayer mais n'ai absolument pas compris comment cela fonctionnait). Je recommande.

Au niveau du confort de la literie nous apprécions la qualité du matelas ainsi que les oreillers. Linge très propre. La salle de bain n'était pas du tout au top, des nombreuses traces noires au niveau de la douche. De plus l'eau avait du mal à s'évacuer du bas de douche. Le côté agréable serait la puissance du jet. L'étagère qui se trouve au niveau de l'entrée était toute poussiéreuse. Les choses positives se trouvent dans le petit plateau avec café et thé, la grande télé au mur. L'hôtel est calme et permet de prendre le repos nécessaire. Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux pour gourmands. Fruits frais, yaourts divers, fromages, jambon, oeufs brouillés, viennoiseries, pains différents.

Disappointing have been using as a stopover for over 10 years. It appears to be under new management, on arrival the person at the desk was on a computer but made no attempt to acknowledge us until she had finished what she was doing. The quality of the food in the restaurant has dropped and the prices increased for both dinner and breakfast. The main light in the room was faulty and the shower drain was smelly.

Arrived at 19:00 with 3 kids (17 9 2) after a 6hr car ride from the south of France and we were very happy with what greeted us! The rooms were massive and perfect for a couple of nights. Fantastic staff welcomed us (anyone reading this from the UK and staying there soon - the lovely guy on reception is after a silver sixpence for his collection!) Arrived later than expected due to delays at the Channel Tunnel but staff kept the restaurant open so we could get some dinner. Rooms were good and shower hot. Breakfast was nice with a mixture of cereal, bacon & eggs, toast/breads, cheese/meat, croissants/pain au chocolat, etc. Good place for us to stay the night to break up our jounrney
