Very seriously overpriced for what is offered (especially by comparison with another Paris airport hotel the day before). The room was really tiny, cramped and gloomy. Really tiny bathroom and a shower you could barely turn round in (the water in which came out of the inexplicable holes in the door). For £150 a night you might expect for instance tissues and at least shampoo. But the worst bit was the restaurant and breakfast. The evening meal was a cramped and not very good quality buffet with tiny plates but the breakfast was worse a complete zoo. Queues to get in, fights for the cramped together tables, no bowls for cereals (without anything to put on them like yoghurt, just a bit of apple compote). People using cups for cereals so no coffee cups after you queued 10 deep at the machine. No cutlery for a while. Hotel should be charged with misleading adverts re pics in the lift of a " full English ". No bacon, no beans, no sausage at all ie wasnt there, hadnt run out, a scrappy amount of scrambled egg. People two deep all around. Staff having to perpetually bring out the ridiculously small plates. Whole hotel really unrelaxing with hordes of people and cases everywhere. Oh and did I mention the dedicated walkway from the terminal has electricity turned off on travelators to save energy and lifts out of order with steps at both ends. If this was the standard Ibis God only knows what the Ibis Budget next door was like. One to be avoided...

Really good value for money and so handy to Orly where you can just walk over the bridge… Paula in particular was amazing at reception. Yes the rooms are small so perfect for solo traveller, perhaps a bit small for a couple… but if it’s only for layover and one night, it’s totally fine
