The staff was incredibly welcoming and ensured we had what we needed to have a wonderful stay. Summer months include very warm days and the rooms are often hot. We simply purchased a fan to help with circulation and it made all of the difference - especially for sleep. We would certainly stay again!

The staff were very accommodating to our American family. They worked with our needs for an early breakfast start time due to a soccer tournament for our son. The manager spoke English very well and was patient with my broken French. The rooms were clean and bright. The location is nice for walking Pontivy and accessing the part of the city across the water. We will stay again if we are fortunate enough to revisit Pontivy.
