Very nice hotel in the center of the city. The breakfast is quite limited, not many opinions. And long waiting time for the lift as the breakfast is on the top roof floor 7 (great idea and nice view). No stairs access to the restaurant. Very expensive parking space (presume because of the central area). Understaffed for summer time

Good Hotel but to say the parking is tight would be an understatement particularly if you are directed to the lower floor via the cae lift !!! Restaurant is superb and more than makes up for the parking

Great location in Reims only downside was hotel parking was shocking tiny spaces and so arkward to try and get a car in and very limited I would park elsewhere

Hotel bien situé pres du centre ville. Dommage qu unascenseur en panne sur 2 vous oblige a attendre tres longtemps pour vos déplacements. Un bruit incessant dans la chambre jusque 23 h venant d une machinerie de l ascenseur vous gache votre soirée.....signalement fait a 19h pour lequel on vous repond a la réception nous ne pouvons rien faire.......

Super godt beliggende midt i byen. Morgenbuffet var absolut bedre end forventet, og indtages på toppen af hotellet med en flot udsigt over byen. Hvis parkeringskælder skal bruges, så skal man være god til at bakke. Det foregår med elevator i en meget snæver kælder.

L’hôtel est parfaitement situé à proximité d’un piétonnier et du centre. L’accès en voiture est aisé. Il y a de nombreux restaurants, brasseries et commerces. Attention….seulement 2 bornes de recharge pour véhicule électrique (dont une hors service lors de notre visite) !!!!

The property is in middle of the city centre and not easy to drive to, but ok. Also, parking is not possible in their car park for most of the car because is underground and narrow . Otherwise, the hotel is clean and lovely

We stayed at this hotel because it’s the only decent one in Reims that can accommodate 3 ppl in a room. In terms of location it is wonderful. Walkable to train station and all around Reims Centre. The hotel is advertised as renovated, however that is outdated now. Rooms are tired and getting very worn. Upon arrival the room we were given was dirty, and not properly turned over (towels were not replenished in bathroom). Our room was switched. It was better however when we went to shower, the shower gel was completely empty. When I called down to get some more, I was placed on hold for 3 minutes then hung up on. When I called back they said they were too busy and could only come up in 15 minutes. So I went down to get it myself. I stayed in this hotel last year and loved it which is why we went back. Not sure if there was a turnover in staff or management, but the overall could use a refresh. I would not stay here again.

I really appreciate it the spacious rooms and the central location. Unfortunately we found a large piece of glass under the bed which means the cleaning crew did not do a thorough job. If anyone had accidentally stepped on it, it would most likely have ended up in a trip to the hospital to get stitches. I showed it to the staff at the front desk and all I got was an “oh, I am sorry “.

Hotellet var rent, nyrenoverat, städningen var utmärkt, frukosten var utmärkt, personalen tillmötesgående, middagen var utmärkt. Läge tvar utmärkt, nära till restuaranger, shopping och sevärdheter, centrum. Priset på rummet var bra.

Clean and comfortable room. The rain shower had great pressure. The elevator was slow so plan ahead. The location is the best! Walkable to the city center, cafes & restaurants, the cathedral, grocery store (small bottle of water is.67) and the train station. Staff was very pleasant. The water in the room is €3!!! Coffee station in the room is not plentiful, but there is a Starbucks around the corner. I would stay here again! 🙌🙌🙌

This hotel was a huge disappointment. From the moment we walked in, the room smelled strongly of sewage, making it extremely unpleasant to be in. We had booked two rooms, and one of them — for some reason — was an accessible room, even though we hadn’t requested one. I'm not sure why we were assigned it, but it was in terrible condition. The bathroom had a shower that was full of black mold. It was shocking and completely unacceptable for any hotel to allow guests to stay in such conditions. When I approached the front desk to ask for a room change, I was told the hotel was fully booked and there was nothing they could do. No apology, no real effort to resolve the issue. Later, the manager came with me to inspect the room. Instead of taking the situation seriously, she claimed the black mold was just something stuck in the caulking — clearly trying to downplay a serious hygiene issue. To make matters worse, she offered us two glasses of champagne on the rooftop, as if that would make up for being placed in a moldy, foul-smelling room. It felt dismissive, unprofessional, and completely inadequate given the circumstances. The entire experience was frustrating, uncomfortable, and far below what you'd expect for the price. The lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and how our concerns were handled made this one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. I would never return and definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Stayed in a room with separate living area. Hotel was very conveniently located, close to main station and a supermarket, as well as shopping and dining options. Staff were friendly. Room was very spacious. Decor rather drab. Hotel air conditioning was not effective. Possibly a central system not yet switched over to cooling mode for the pending summer months?

Great hotel. Renovated as described. We had a family suite which was very comfortable for 3 adults. FANTASTIC location. 5 minute walk from Reims Centre train station. Just down the street from the famous Place d'Erlon which is full of food and shops. 10-15 minute walk to all the famous sites such as the Cathedra, Opera House, Place Royal... and major shopping district. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel. Renovated as described. We had a family suite which was very comfortable for 3 adults. FANTASTIC location. 5 minute walk from Reims Centre train station. Just down the street from the famous Place d'Erlon which is full of food and shops. 10-15 minute walk to all the famous sites such as the Cathedra, Opera House, Place Royal... and major shopping district. Would definitely stay here again.

Fine as a quick stop-over but otherwise quite basic and despite claiming to have been recently renovated, for the €€€ paid, it’s very basic and already quite tired looking. They do offer convenient family rooms, and the beds were fine, but I’d only return if there wasn’t another alternative.

The room was very hot and the air conditioning in the room wasnt working so we had to have the window open. There was a lot of noise from the street outside as it was a Saturday night - people shouting and screaming outside our window till 5am In the morning when I complained about the air conditioning the receptionist said that they turn it off during winter! Tried all settings and had it on minimum but it kept pumping out hot air. Issue with hot water too. Took ages to warm up and was only luke warm after running for 10 mins. My daughters room also had issues. Shower was blocked so overflowed and the room smelt damp so this obviously wasnt a one off event.

Loved this hotel. Very convenient to the main pedestrian walk, cathedral and restaurants. Parking is a little challenging bc the spots are VERY small but our little car made it in. If not, there is a larger municipal structure a few doors down. Room for 3 was tight with the pullout couch out but manageable. We had a terrace which was delightful for a glass of wine and cheese. Bed was excellent, bathroom clean and modern and worked. Separate toilet which is nice. Breakfast was fabulous - up on the top floor overlooking the rooftops and the cathedral in the distance. Great offerings - eggs, cheese, meats and many breads. Fruits, juice. Only complaint was the croissant wasn't so great but that's minor. Staff was wonderful and helpful and very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel because it’s the only decent one in Reims that can accommodate 3 ppl in a room. In terms of location it is wonderful. Walkable to train station and all around Reims Centre. The hotel is advertised as renovated, however that is outdated now. Rooms are tired and getting very worn. Upon arrival the room we were given was dirty, and not properly turned over (towels were not replenished in bathroom). Our room was switched. It was better however when we went to shower, the shower gel was completely empty. When I called down to get some more, I was placed on hold for 3 minutes then hung up on. When I called back they said they were too busy and could only come up in 15 minutes. So I went down to get it myself. I stayed in this hotel last year and loved it which is why we went back. Not sure if there was a turnover in staff or management, but the overall could use a refresh. I would not stay here again.

Could not have been happier with my stay! Convenient location, clean and quiet room, great breakfast, the staff was amazing~ a special shout out to the lady who works at the breakfast Buffett, made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay there again!

They have to improve the care of the services that you may need. I stayed for five days, and in that time, nobody could fix the air conditioning, and nobody offered to change the room. Just like I left laundry, and they never washed it.

This hotel was a huge disappointment. From the moment we walked in, the room smelled strongly of sewage, making it extremely unpleasant to be in. We had booked two rooms, and one of them — for some reason — was an accessible room, even though we hadn’t requested one. I'm not sure why we were assigned it, but it was in terrible condition. The bathroom had a shower that was full of black mold. It was shocking and completely unacceptable for any hotel to allow guests to stay in such conditions. When I approached the front desk to ask for a room change, I was told the hotel was fully booked and there was nothing they could do. No apology, no real effort to resolve the issue. Later, the manager came with me to inspect the room. Instead of taking the situation seriously, she claimed the black mold was just something stuck in the caulking — clearly trying to downplay a serious hygiene issue. To make matters worse, she offered us two glasses of champagne on the rooftop, as if that would make up for being placed in a moldy, foul-smelling room. It felt dismissive, unprofessional, and completely inadequate given the circumstances. The entire experience was frustrating, uncomfortable, and far below what you'd expect for the price. The lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and how our concerns were handled made this one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. I would never return and definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel was in a great location. Near restaurants, bars e.t.c. We couldn’t park at the hotel as it was full but the staff directed us to parking nearby that wasn’t too expensive. The only downside was that there was not hot water in the mornings to shower. But there was hot water in the evening.

Great hotel. Renovated as described. We had a family suite which was very comfortable for 3 adults. FANTASTIC location. 5 minute walk from Reims Centre train station. Just down the street from the famous Place d'Erlon which is full of food and shops. 10-15 minute walk to all the famous sites such as the Cathedra, Opera House, Place Royal... and major shopping district. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel in the center of the city. The breakfast is quite limited, not many opinions. And long waiting time for the lift as the breakfast is on the top roof floor 7 (great idea and nice view). No stairs access to the restaurant. Very expensive parking space (presume because of the central area). Understaffed for summer time

The say it’s working but it’s not, it was miserable. The breakfast buffet is just terrible. One morning the eggs were way over cooked and the next day they were raw and loose uneatable. One day the sausage and bacon were literally burnt and the next day the sausage was good but the bacon was raw and undercooked. By our last day we could hardly get ourselves to go down and eat before we left the hotel. We are long time loyal Holiday Inn customers. This was far from what we usually experience. This place was dirty and really unkept. I was surprised that Holiday Inn folks allow this place to be a part of their group. While there we

This property is great. The breakfast buffet is very good with a variety of food. The hotel is close to shopping, restaurants and has a public parking near by. The pedestrian street near the hotel makes it attractive. We booked 2 rooms with a connecting door. We felt like home.

Breakfast was fine, but the only complaint was they go to clear up the food prior to 10am. Other things we weren't satisfied with was at check-in, we went to an elevator then noticed there were 2 options. We asked the front desk, and only then did she indicate to use other one. Really?our toilet didn't flush well, shower head would fall down when using the shower. Location very good but not good value for what we paid per night.

This is a very basic hotel. Very few amenities. The hotel only issues one electronic card key opposed to the standard two cards. The room was okay. The closest was ridiculously small about 10-12” of space for hanging clothes. The closest was too short for dresses…. There was no dresser. The room only had a couple of shelves. In the tiny cabinet. The towels were old and scratchy. The sheets were nice though. Our room didn’t have any decorative pillows or a throw on the bed (very plain). The room didn’t offer robes or slippers. The bathroom didn’t have hair conditioner or hand lotion…. There weren’t any amenities kits. The rugs were dirty. My socks look filthy after walking around without shoes in the room. The room needs a refresh paintings chipped everywhere…. Instead of a coffee machine, there is an electric kettle? We were very sad. Breakfast was pretty good. Not a great value. There was a good variety of food types. The location was good. The hotel is a few streets away from the main shopping strip. It’s 10 minutes away from Notre Dame and 30 minutes from Reims cathedral.

First the good things, staff was great. Breakfast was good and they keep restocking it. Very clean hotel. Easy to get to. Right in the heart of the town. The bed after four nights caused our backs to hurt. But the worst was we were in the room below the kitchen on the top floor. Room 607 you hear doors slamming and the kitchen above you. Also there was a smell from the bathroom I can only guess coming from the kitchen? When we opened our window to try to air it out, it smelled as if someone was smoking. A different room and better beds would easily jump them to 5 stars. If you receive room 607, ask for another room.
