Pour le prix payés, nous sommes plus que satisfait de notre week-end dans cet hôtel. Les bebe et les chiens sont acceptés et chouchouter ce qui est un gros plus. On se sent vraiment alaise là bas c’est très familiale. Le personnel est au petit soins c’est top. La chambre était très spacieuse et tout à été aménagée pour notre bébé (lit, baignoire, grande chambre) et notre chien (jardin) vraiment merci et nous reviendront avec plaisir. Petit déjeuner très très bon. Et gros la navette gratuite très pratique.

Rent o fräscht, vänligt. Låg högt upp på en stor kulle. Fanns en bra shuttlebuss man kunde boka för drop off el hämtning i city el på stranden på dagtid. Låg en bit fr stranden men funkade att gå. Jobbigare hem än därifrån. Poolen var ok för barn o bra stolar för vuxna.

Really nice view from the room - and spacious room, which was good. Also - front desk staff was helpful and professional. However, there is nothing else indicating this is a four star hotel - breakfast very mediocre (don't buy it, not worth it!) , pool seemed very old and not clean (we didn't try it) homepage says there is free shuttle to the city/train station, that is however not the case is arriving/leaving before 09.00 or after 18 - and between those hours, we never managed to book the shuttle, it was fully booked, we had to walk. Would never go back.

Vi havde booket 4 nætter, men tjekkede allerede ud efter 1 nat. Hotellet har måske engang været 4-stjernet, men det er mange år siden. Et slidt og beskidt hotel, som slet ikke er vedligeholdt. Vi havde skimmelsvamp i badeværelset og gangene lugtede mærkeligt indelukket og jordslået. Parkeringsforholdene var kaotiske, slet ikke nok kapacitet til antallet af gæster - et helt at slippe uden buler. Eneste positive var udsigten fra altanen og personalet var venlige og høflige.

Unfreundlicher Empfang, keine Infos über Zimmerstandort, Frühstück usw. Pool sehr schmutzig, Frühstück eine grosse Enttäuschung, alles heruntergekommen und lieblos. Sehr schlechte Werbung für San Remo!!!

Très bon établissement propre bien fréquenté et agréable en famille. Seul bémol, le parking et ses places limitées. Le personnel parle Français, Anglais et Italien. Piscine superbe et saine (travaillant dans la piscine) À 5 min en voiture du centre de SanRemo. Nous reviendrons c’est évident !

El alojamiento necesita urgente una reforma. Pasillos sucios (polvo,pelo de animal...) Para ir de recepción a nuestra habitación teníamos que caminar bastante,y coger dos ascensores El estado de la habitación correcto,pero el baño horrible.Muy viejo,la mampara de la ducha llena de moho. La piscina una maravilla,con tumbonas y parasoles. El desayuno muy correcto.

Hotel ist im guten Zustand, nicht ganz modern aber die Zimmer sind im guten Zustand Frühstück typisches italienische Art, viel süsses Gebäck, entweder man mag diese Art von Frühstück oder nicht. Pool sehr sauber und grösser als gedacht Personal ist sehr freundlich, sehr gutes Reinigungspersonal, das sich sehr mühe gibt und richtig Sauber macht

Prix de la nuit (200€) excessif pour la qualité de la chambre. Ménage à désiré (araignée dans la douche et toile d’araignée sur les lustres). Dans l’ensemble nous avons passé un bon séjour. Le personnel parle bien français ce qui facilite nos échanges.

The property is generally old, we had black mould in our room, shower was disaster with trying to get any pressure and setting water temperature where we could only have cold or boiling hot. Location of the hotel was not great as we had to walk up stip hill to get there which wouldn't be an issue if we wouldn't have to take shower evertime... Food was same everyday unfortunately and I had to wait for about 20min to get clean mug to make hot drink as noone looked to top them up. The only positive things were gentlemen in the reception who let us check in a bit earlier, staff who were cleaning the rooms and life guards. Other than that I would avoid.

Wir haben das Hotel für 10 Tage gebucht, aber es war für uns kein 4 Sterne Hotel, nachts oder sehr früh am Morgen war es oft sehr laut, das Hotel ist nicht mehr das neueste und das große Frühstücksbuffet was wir gebucht haben war leider nicht so groß, die Auswahl an Speisen war sehr klein

Bellissimo hotel, piscina grande e tranquilla. Pultroppo abbiamo dormito solo una notte. Camera quadrupla molto spaziosa, con terrazzino. Colazione buonissima! con tante tipologie di dolci e salato. Torneremo sicuramente!

L accueil à notre arrivée par Adriana était excellente, elle est d une gentillesse et d un professionnalisme qui est rare de nos jours. Elle est très souriante et agréable.Nous avons été surclassés avec une vue mer , merci encore cela nous a ravie. Le service navette pour aller au centre ville était top. Le petit-déjeuner était très varié et de qualité. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans votre établissement. Merci à tout le personnel ( les 2 chauffeurs) et Adriana pour leur sourire et gentillesse.

Rent o fräscht, vänligt. Låg högt upp på en stor kulle. Fanns en bra shuttlebuss man kunde boka för drop off el hämtning i city el på stranden på dagtid. Låg en bit fr stranden men funkade att gå. Jobbigare hem än därifrån. Poolen var ok för barn o bra stolar för vuxna.

Not even close to 3 star very old hotel bad beds and pillows. Nice view from top floor rooms good pool bar but everything is really in the need of maintenance the bottom of pool is getting lose broken toilet and sink in room , breakfast was mostly cakes the eggs were powder eggs with to much water! Long walk to everything 1/2 hour to downtown and very steep hill to walk home!

Hotellet bærer preg av å være litt gammelt og utdatert. Fra vårt rom var det en merksnodig passasje ut til bassenget. Frokosten var grei men ikke mer enn det. Ligger litt avsides til men vi klarte helt fint å gå til og fra sentrum. De har transport man kan bestille via hotellet, både til og fra strand og flyplass/ togstasjon men det måtte bestilles dagen før.

Accueil sympathique et les équipes du restaurant sont à votre écoute. Les plats y sont variés et très bon. Pour nous les deux soirs ont été très bien. Merci à l'équipe. Nous avons passé un bon séjour à l'hôtel Nyala. Les chambres sont plutôt agréables bien que la salle de bain soit un peu dans son jus... La piscine est très agréable, bien entretenue. Petit bémol sur l'offre de restauration. Le petit déjeuner est assez fourni mais peu de qualité dans les produits proposés. Le restaurant sur le rooftop est assez cher pour la qualité des plats servis (salade caesar avec quelques morceaux de poulet trop cuits et une quantité énorme de sauce industrielle)

However, there is nothing else indicating this is a four star hotel - breakfast very mediocre (don't buy it, not worth it!) , pool seemed very old and not clean (we didn't try it) homepage says there is free shuttle to the city/train station, that is however not the case is arriving/leaving before 09.00 or after 18 - and between those hours, we never managed to book the shuttle, it was fully booked, we had to walk. Would never go back.
