Très bruyant. L'etablissement est bien placé mais les chambres donnent directement sur la rue avec al scène des cocnerts à proximité, et les chambres auraient besoin d'un isolement phonique. La climatisation est mal entretenue et ne refroidit rien du tout et les chambres auraient besoin d'une petite rénovation. Le restaurant est en revanche de qualité avec une belle terrasse et le petit déjeuner très correct.

Ground floor is very pleasant and breakfast was good. Upstairs though it’s very tired. and en suite facilities are very poor. Shower and toilet cubicle are tiny and the toilet has no ventilation at all.

Small boutique hotel near dining and shopping. Room size was big and comfortable. Design was ok vs the price. The AC at my room had issue and had a noise that was terrible. Besides this issue I would recommend this hotel if you are going for one or two nights. Area is great and convenient. Parking is just right across for extra charge. The hotel needs some maintenance in hallways and walls as it looks little bit outdated.

The hotel's location is great. Reception and breakfast area are very nice. We had a room on the second floor and there is no elevator (I didn't read upon booking that there isn't an elevator). The room is nice, however a terrible smell was coming from the bathroom. We have informed the receptionist on our 2nd day, but the smell remained. Breakfast was ok, though not worth €15 per person per day. Parking can be tricky. Staff were very nice.

This property has an excellent location & good prices. However, it’s not very comfortable. There’s no parking. There’s no elevator. Taking luggage up & down the stairs can be challenging. The room is very basic. No mini fridge. No safe in the room. There are no shelves in the bathroom. The size of the room was ok & it was clean. But, it was not comfortable. I’d probably spend a bit more for a more comfortable room next time. The staff was very sweet.

Hotel bien situé dans le centre ville, chambre récemment rénové sympa par contre pas pratique car pas de bouilloire dans la chambre, pour les biberons de mon bébé... 1er hotel que je fais ou il ny a pas de bouilloire! Petit déjeuner classique et service minimum! La chaise bébé n'était pas tres propre!

Dans l’ensemble séjour agréable, chambre et salle de bain peu spacieuses , pas d’ascenseur, escalier un peu raide lorsque l’on a une chambre au deuxième étage. Pensez à réserver votre parking en réservant la chambre ! Sinon parking du port à proximité. Accueil et personnel très agréables et hôtel bien situé.

The hotel itself is an old hotel in a great location. But it hasn’t been updated enough for the price - as there is no fridge in the room and no safe. But worst of all it’s not clean enough and there were bugs in the room

The property is well very well kept. The staff is very courteous. The location is fantastic. Right in the middle of Saint Maxime town center surrounded by restaurantes and shops and right in front of the pier from where you can take the boat to St Tropez.

Leider war das Zimmer gar nicht Schallisoliert und man hat die Nachbarn beide Nächte in der wir im Hotel waren bis 2 bzw 3 Uhr nachts reden und den Geschlechtsverkehr vollziehen gehört. Schrecklich!

OK! Bra läge centralt, skön säng, stort rum, tråkigt utseende på rummet/lite slitet och tyvärr väldigt lyhört. Luktade lite fuktigt/mögligt. Bra AC. Trevlig personal.

Wir waren zuerst im Zimmer 18, welches zur hinteren Gassen (belebte Gasse auch nachts) gerichtet ist. Die Nachbarn gegenüber schauen direkt aufs Bett. Es gibt zwar Vorhänge, dann ist das Zimmer durch die spärliche Beleuchtung dunkel. Die Größe des Zimmer ist so klein, das die Koffer quasi keinen Platz haben. Hier haben uns insbesondere die alten, nicht schalldichten Fenster, die vermutlich deutlich älter als 60 Jahre sind den nächtlich Schlaf geraubt. Dazu kam die Tatsache, dass aufgrund der wahnsinnig dünnen Wände wir die Heimkehr der Gäste aus Zimmer 19 und jedes einzelne Wort gehört haben. Die Unterkunft war sehr zuvorkommend und hat einen Zimmerwechsel ermöglicht, da alle Fenster der Front bereits saniert sind. Hier gibt es zwar nachts Lärm durch die angrenzenden Bars und Hotels, ist aber wie in allen anderen Hotels im Ort und bei geschlossenem Fenster kein Problem.

Was only here for one night during a hot summer. The air conditioning would turn off after an hour. We would have to turn it back on. During the night we basically slept without an air condition so it was really hot in the room.

Super location. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Room very basic, no safe or fridge but it was all we needed to have a relaxing fun time. Close to shops, beach and harbor.

Bon accueil, hôtel très bien situé car près de tous commerces et de la plage, tout se fait à pieds. Chambre vétuste, literie moyen et très mauvaise isolation phonique, on écoute les clients des chambres adjacentes, décevant pour un 3 étoiles.

The young lady at check in was kind and caring and immediately made us feel comfortable. One tall slender waiter helped us out on several occasions. Amazing, helpful attitude. The young lady at the front desk on our last day was also as helpful as she could possibly be. We cannot thank your staff enough!!

Location is excellent.. right across the port.. the best.. staffing is poor, during breakfast only 1 staff doing everything . We have to wait for the cup and coffee itself for few minutes . This girl was doing the reception job as well.

Super location. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Room very basic, no safe or fridge but it was all we needed to have a relaxing fun time. Close to shops, beach and harbor.

Hotel bien situé dans le centre ville, chambre récemment rénové sympa par contre pas pratique car pas de bouilloire dans la chambre, pour les biberons de mon bébé... 1er hotel que je fais ou il ny a pas de bouilloire! Petit déjeuner classique et service minimum! La chaise bébé n'était pas tres propre!

Small boutique hotel near dining and shopping. Room size was big and comfortable. Design was ok vs the price. The AC at my room had issue and had a noise that was terrible. Besides this issue I would recommend this hotel if you are going for one or two nights. Area is great and convenient. Parking is just right across for extra charge. The hotel needs some maintenance in hallways and walls as it looks little bit outdated.

The property is well very well kept. The staff is very courteous. The location is fantastic. Right in the middle of Saint Maxime town center surrounded by restaurantes and shops and right in front of the pier from where you can take the boat to St Tropez.

Très bruyant. L'etablissement est bien placé mais les chambres donnent directement sur la rue avec al scène des cocnerts à proximité, et les chambres auraient besoin d'un isolement phonique. La climatisation est mal entretenue et ne refroidit rien du tout et les chambres auraient besoin d'une petite rénovation. Le restaurant est en revanche de qualité avec une belle terrasse et le petit déjeuner très correct.

Ground floor is very pleasant and breakfast was good. Upstairs though it’s very tired. and en suite facilities are very poor. Shower and toilet cubicle are tiny and the toilet has no ventilation at all.

The hotel's location is great. Reception and breakfast area are very nice. We had a room on the second floor and there is no elevator (I didn't read upon booking that there isn't an elevator). The room is nice, however a terrible smell was coming from the bathroom. We have informed the receptionist on our 2nd day, but the smell remained. Breakfast was ok, though not worth €15 per person per day. Parking can be tricky. Staff were very nice.

We enjoyed our stay in this typically French hotel that retains its old world charm. Everything worked even if everything had its slight eccentricities. The breakfast is poor and the ‘hot’ choices should be avoided entirely. Restaurant is located on the adjacent terrace and we enjoyed the food as it was well presented of good quality, and charged for at a reasonable price. Our enjoyment was somewhat spoiled as we were located near a table of chain smokers who created and shared their fog. Very convenient for the St. Tropez ferry and it would have been helpful to receive parking instructions before arrival and given the parking exit card before we left the hotel.

Bon hôtel de centre ville, pas très bien insonorisé, sans parking, sans ascenseur La literie est bonne. Le descriptif prévoirait un balcon , ce qui n'a pas été le cas.! !
