Das Hotel ist sehr verwohnt. Sollte Mal grundsätzlich Renoviert werden. Der Duschschlauch war undicht und an den Wänden könnte man ablesen was schon alles in dem Zimmer passiert ist.

Overall an adequate place to stay. Some instructions would have been helpful. The kitchen was not stocked well and was very cramped. It was nice to have a suite.

Excellent place to stay, quiet village, close to Geneva by bus/tram combination. Aparthotel was fully equipped with full kitchen equipments. Lovely staff.

Bon accueil chambre pour 4 personnes séparées en 2 pieces avec 2 toilettes. Par contre cuisine très mal équipée peu de vaisselle et pas de table pour manger à revoir pour un apparthotel. Moins cher en passant directement sur le site de l'hôtel

It’s our 3rd time at this hotel. It’s ideal for us visiting family and makes us independent to come and go as we need. Having your own cooking facilities is a bonus also. Close to everywhere you might want to go and visit.

Le cadre de l’hôtel n’est pas incroyable mais nous voulions juste passer une nuit le soir du 31 décembre et cela a fait l’affaire. L’entrée et les couloirs sont un peu vieillots, un ascenseur hors service et on a eu du mal à entrer dans la chambre (la carte d’accès ne fonctionnait pas), mais on a été agréablement surpris par le confort du studio. Joliment décoré, spacieux et très fonctionnel. La literie nous paraissait très ferme, mais là encore, agréable surprise, nous avons très bien dormi. Nous n’avons pas utilisé la cuisine mis à part le frigo qui a été bien utile. Le petit déjeuner était basique, mais pas mauvais. Le seul problème, c’est qu’il y a trop peu de tables donc on attend debout qu’une d’elles se libère. On est arrivés tard donc il manquait aussi bcp de choses (plus de jus de fruits par exemple). Bref, un court séjour plutôt agréable. Je n’y passerais pas forcément des vacances, mais pour un petit séjour ou pour le travail, c’est parfait ! Nous gardons cet hôtel dans nos favoris si nous revenons séjourner dans le coin.

Kurzfristige Buchung war problemlos möglich. Großes Zimmer mit Küche. Es fehlte an nichts. Kühlschrank Herd, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Geschirr, Besteck... Alles da. Begehbarer Kleiderschrank. WC vom Bad getrennt im extra Raum. Bad mit Badewanne.

Très bon accueil, logement propre. Chambre calme. Cela fait plus de 3 fois et même problème, en 3 chambres différentes même problème !!! porte partie congélateur disparu !! lave vaisselle en panne, et surtout surtout casseroles inutisable !!! Car en très mauvais état car rayé, plus de téflon.

Otel konforlu ve temizdi. Kahvaltı da oldukça doyurucuydu. Yatak rahattı ve büyüklüğü yeterliydi. Sadece saç kurutma makinesi biraz eskiydi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü. Otele ulaşımı otobüsle sağladık, festival olduğu için otobüsler azdı ama yine de ulaşımda problem olmadı. Fiyat olarak oldukça iyiydi. Kalmanızı kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Comodo perché vicino a Ginevra a prezzi abbordabili, ma purtroppo non molto pulito. Le ragnatele in corridoio e sul soffitto della stanza sono un brutto vedere. Il pavimento del bagno non è pulito come dovrebbe. Buon buffet per la colazione

Une énorme déception. Des cheveux par terre, les fenêtres moisies, la table sale, la vaisselle collante... Nous sommes parti acheter des produits d'entretien de façon à pouvoir passer la nuit. Ajoutez le bruit de voisins éméchés et l'odeur d'alcool et de canabis. Pour le petit déjeuner, entre l'absence de pain, les viennoiseries brûlées, la salade de fruit baignant dans un jus nauséabond ou les machines à café hors service, il est plus sain de s'abstenir. Accueil et service inexistant Hôtel à éviter.

Stayed Here For 6 Nights, On Arrival They Wanted Proof That Breakfast Was Included As They Said Our Booking Didnt Show It On There System, So Showed Them The Expedia Reservation. Anyway Next Morning Requested For An Iron, They Couldnt Provide This, Kept Promising They'll Have One For Us Each Day, Throughtout Whole Trip; No Iron. Each Member Of Staff Telling Us Different Things Each Day. Lack Of Communication & Reliability. Anyway, No Housekeeping, Not One Day Out of 6 Did We Get Any Change of Bedsheets, Towels etc. Had to Ask For Towels. The Lady Said Everyone Has To Pay For Daily Housekeeping But Our Reservation Comes With One Housekeeping For Free, Didnt Even Get That. Bins Were Not Changed, Toilet Roll Not Provided etc etc. Room Lights Were Glitching, No AC, Just A Fan. Breakfast Was Meh, Just Pastries, Tea Coffee, Toast Fruit. Wouldnt Recommended For Stays 1 Night

Terrible hotel. Air condition is broken, they do provide floor fans thougb that just blow the hot air around. The room smells. Open the window and breath the smoke of the people smoming outside. We arrive after midnight and would have left to look fo another hotel but it was just too late. Everyone in our group complaining so it was not enjoyable.

Cela faisait longtemps que je n’étais pas venu dans cet établissement : quelle déception Salle de bain salle, il manquait le câble d’alimentation de la TV, murs tachés et pour terminer Petit déjeuner très léger au niveau de l’offre : pas de thé vert, pas d’œufs brouillés…en fait pas grand chose. Et la pancarte annonce établissement de tourisme 4 étoiles ???

Super établissement. Le staff est super sympa et serviable. Les chambres sont assez grandes et très bien équipées. Le parking gratuit est très arrangeant (il est assez grand) et le restaurant… Il est excellent. 👌 Très bonne carte avec des plats de qualité à un prix raisonnable. Le staff du restaurant est vraiment à la hauteur. Un super week-end. Je pense revenir dans cet établissement. 👌

Older facility. A lot of money spent in the 80’s marble but is quite out of date now. Asked for a family room which was spacious but room was not heated well. Was in a separate wing of the hotel and took 10 minutes for hot water to show up for a proper shower

Super établissement. Le staff est super sympa et serviable. Les chambres sont assez grandes et très bien équipées. Le parking gratuit est très arrangeant (il est assez grand) et le restaurant… Il est excellent. 👌 Très bonne carte avec des plats de qualité à un prix raisonnable. Le staff du restaurant est vraiment à la hauteur. Un super week-end. Je pense revenir dans cet établissement. 👌

Que dire …. Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 5 avec nos 3 jeunes enfants… surprise à notre arrivée… la chambre n’était pas faite! Malgré la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Nicolas, nous avons dû nous loger dans 2 chambres séparées! La proprete était douteuse … les équipements (couverts) absents ou défectueux. L’hôtel n’est pas entretenu, une honte pour un établissement du groupe accor!!!

Stayed Here For 6 Nights, On Arrival They Wanted Proof That Breakfast Was Included As They Said Our Booking Didnt Show It On There System, So Showed Them The Expedia Reservation. Anyway Next Morning Requested For An Iron, They Couldnt Provide This, Kept Promising They'll Have One For Us Each Day, Throughtout Whole Trip; No Iron. Each Member Of Staff Telling Us Different Things Each Day. Lack Of Communication & Reliability. Anyway, No Housekeeping, Not One Day Out of 6 Did We Get Any Change of Bedsheets, Towels etc. Had to Ask For Towels. The Lady Said Everyone Has To Pay For Daily Housekeeping But Our Reservation Comes With One Housekeeping For Free, Didnt Even Get That. Bins Were Not Changed, Toilet Roll Not Provided etc etc. Room Lights Were Glitching, No AC, Just A Fan. Breakfast Was Meh, Just Pastries, Tea Coffee, Toast Fruit. Wouldnt Recommended For Stays 1 Night

Helt ok. Det som var negativ var att de erbjud gratis laddning av elbil på plats så sa personalen att laddaren aldrig har fungerat de senaste 1åren. Mycket tråkigt när man talar osanning i telefon när vi ringde de och planerade vår resa.

Très bon accueil, logement propre. Chambre calme. Cela fait plus de 3 fois et même problème, en 3 chambres différentes même problème !!! porte partie congélateur disparu !! lave vaisselle en panne, et surtout surtout casseroles inutisable !!! Car en très mauvais état car rayé, plus de téflon.

It’s our 3rd time at this hotel. It’s ideal for us visiting family and makes us independent to come and go as we need. Having your own cooking facilities is a bonus also. Close to everywhere you might want to go and visit.

Nice place! Its out of the way of city busy lifestyle. If you're using public transport (bus line 66) to get to/from the Geneva Airport it takes about 40 minutes and only one bus line has a stop on the rural road nearby.

Comodo perché vicino a Ginevra a prezzi abbordabili, ma purtroppo non molto pulito. Le ragnatele in corridoio e sul soffitto della stanza sono un brutto vedere. Il pavimento del bagno non è pulito come dovrebbe. Buon buffet per la colazione

Le cadre de l’hôtel n’est pas incroyable mais nous voulions juste passer une nuit le soir du 31 décembre et cela a fait l’affaire. L’entrée et les couloirs sont un peu vieillots, un ascenseur hors service et on a eu du mal à entrer dans la chambre (la carte d’accès ne fonctionnait pas), mais on a été agréablement surpris par le confort du studio. Joliment décoré, spacieux et très fonctionnel. La literie nous paraissait très ferme, mais là encore, agréable surprise, nous avons très bien dormi. Nous n’avons pas utilisé la cuisine mis à part le frigo qui a été bien utile. Le petit déjeuner était basique, mais pas mauvais. Le seul problème, c’est qu’il y a trop peu de tables donc on attend debout qu’une d’elles se libère. On est arrivés tard donc il manquait aussi bcp de choses (plus de jus de fruits par exemple). Bref, un court séjour plutôt agréable. Je n’y passerais pas forcément des vacances, mais pour un petit séjour ou pour le travail, c’est parfait ! Nous gardons cet hôtel dans nos favoris si nous revenons séjourner dans le coin.

Une énorme déception. Des cheveux par terre, les fenêtres moisies, la table sale, la vaisselle collante... Nous sommes parti acheter des produits d'entretien de façon à pouvoir passer la nuit. Ajoutez le bruit de voisins éméchés et l'odeur d'alcool et de canabis. Pour le petit déjeuner, entre l'absence de pain, les viennoiseries brûlées, la salade de fruit baignant dans un jus nauséabond ou les machines à café hors service, il est plus sain de s'abstenir. Accueil et service inexistant Hôtel à éviter.

Cela faisait longtemps que je n’étais pas venu dans cet établissement : quelle déception Salle de bain salle, il manquait le câble d’alimentation de la TV, murs tachés et pour terminer Petit déjeuner très léger au niveau de l’offre : pas de thé vert, pas d’œufs brouillés…en fait pas grand chose. Et la pancarte annonce établissement de tourisme 4 étoiles ???

The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which really enhanced the overall experience. We travelled as a family of five—two adults and three children aged 9, 4, and 2—and found the hotel generally accommodating for families. Breakfast wasn’t included in our reservation, but the pricing structure worked well for us. For each paying adult, one child could eat free, and children under 3 were free anyway. This meant we only paid for the two adults, coming to a total of 30 CHF for all five of us, which felt like good value for what was on offer. There was a nice range of pastries and cereals, though the hot selection was quite limited. The availability of halal options was a pleasant and unexpected bonus. That said, the breakfast photos online felt slightly misleading compared to the actual spread. Our room was decent and reasonably clean, although it could have benefited from a bit more maintenance. The pull-out bed wasn’t particularly comfortable, which is fairly typical. There was also an odd smell in both the corridor and the room when we first arrived, which wasn’t the best first impression. We also noticed a few maintenance issues—two standing lamps were provided but only one had a shade, and the thermostat didn’t appear to work, although we only realised this on the final night of our stay.
