Não sei como são os outros quartos, mas o número 10 é muito ruim, a janela não escurece totalmente, é de madeira, entra muita luz no quarto, o chuveiro é péssimo! E se precisar de algo, ou alguma dúvida, eles demoram dias para responder.

Excellent location! Rooms were clean. Shower was small.

It was clean, well priced, and in a good location. The room was small, however be prepared that there is no housekeeping or service of any kind. We stayed for three nights, and what you see is what you get. There is no staff on site. We had two bath towels and two hand towels in the room, and that’s all you get for your stay. No fresh service at all. The pillows were flat as a pancake, and when I asked for an extra for my pregnant wife’s back, they ignored my request. After a second request, their response was: “We don't carry extra pillows, do you not have 4 already?” If you have any special needs or are staying longer than a day or two, I may suggest looking for somewhere with daily housekeeping or staff on site. The location is good, and about a 5-10 minute walk downhill to the main waterfront.

Very convenient access to downtown Oban. We did not interact with any staff other than through emails.
