The hotel was beautiful but there were issues with staff, especially at the bar and restaurant. We were not able to control the temperature in our room so it was uncomfortable to sleep.

A very odd hotel. Staff was not super service focused, the room was musty, and though it was great to have a restaurant on site because it was pouring rain, the food and service were quite sub par. The pictures look much nicer than the reality!

The breakfast buffet was excellent, lots of choices and everything of good quality. Bed was very comfortable. The rooms need more electrical outlets, I had to unplug lamps to charge my phone.

Nice hotel but a charge of 15 euros for a bottle of water in the room was just outrageous. Please revisit this policy. Spoilt the whole experience I'm afraid

No coffee in room restaurants to far to walk to after long day
