Went to meet up with a friend, very comfortable bed, great sized room and balcony but housekeeping failed to clean up white dog hair on the floor. Parking lot surrounds the Inn, I heard car doors slamming all night along with conversations. Fell asleep but was woken by clanking from the bathroom. Didn’t see anything that could’ve fallen onto the floor but sounded like it a few times, could not sleep. Room 216, nice but not quiet.

Floor was flooded when I arrived from refrigerator leaking. Lady that works in laundry room immediately cleaned it and apologized. Refrigerator was full of food from previous occupant and wasnt cold. Tried to turn it up to make it cold but there was no knob. Phone in the room was broken. Door jam was busted apart so I didn't feel safe and secure. There was no fresh juice in the lobby as website states. The only ice maker on the property was out of order which is a bummer because the drinks in the over priced vending machine ($1.75 per can) are room temperature. Housekeeper and Laundry Room attendant were kind.

Good neighborhood and parking was easy. Room was mostly clean. Looked like it was freshly painted. Tv and room amenities were horrible and AC/Heat was like sleeping next to a diesel engine, it still turned on and ran even though it was turned off. Completely overpriced.

This place is beyond run down. They have minors under 16 working there. There's paint patches through out room, carpet peeling, staples sticking out of floor and wall, tv remote had no batteries, closet door off hinge, holes in screen door. Room spells like soiled towels. The side table between the beds literally came off the wall as soon as I placed my Togo container from dinner. I noticed it was already a bit slanted when we checked into the room but didn't think it would completely come off the wall with me placing a container on it. There's minimal amount of parking. They charge too much for the place being as run down as it is. This hotel should be well under $100, even like $75 and under. I would've had a better experience at a motel 6 or something. I will never stay here again, I rather sleep in my car

Found a rat and it ran out and got ran over in the parking lot. Bed had urine stains all over it and the bathroom smelled like sewage. Room right next to a noisy bar and drunks walking all over the place did not feel safe. Will not be going again. Parking was a nightmare and staff could not care less about my concerns.

It was up stairs no elevator, no comfy chair or couch. The bed was Great and staff were helpful and friendly. All in all our 2night stay was good and I would recommend it for younger adults not seniors

The building smelled really bad, like a wet ashtray. The flooring in the halls looked to have never been vacuumed and the fake plants in the lobby were dusty and faded. Our non-smoking room was clearly used for smoking and we don’t think it’s just cigarette smoke. The door frame had been recently busted off with what we could only assume was crowbars and maybe police raid materials. There were bugs in the shower and once you turned on the shower, the bugs seemed to multiply! The drain in the shower was broken so it looked as if you could cut your foot. The neighbors in the next room were long term stay patrons who stayed up til 3 am playing loud obnoxious music and probably smoking crack.

The room smells like cigarettes even on the Non-Smoking room. The AC doesn’t get cold immediately. Wifi Sucks. Tv isn’t working. Sink’s broken and lastly The Towels got other people’s hair. Good staff though!

The entrance to the rooms the carpet was filthy, the room was old, chipped paint, sticky floor, bed was very used, pillows were terrible and flat, blanket had lil burnt holes, closet door had graffiti, the pole had chipped paint, the hangers fell apart when trying to hang, I was afraid there were going to be bugs. No customary items what so ever. This was the worse hotel I have ever stayed in I would have not stayed but I was so tired from my flight I didn't have the strength to go somewhere else but I did check out the next morning.

I will be looking for a refund. The room smells like someone is smoking in it. It reaks of cigarettes. The sheets are stained along with the pillow cases. The bathroom is dirty with napkins or toilet paper on the floor. Their is stains on the drapes the door looks like it was kicked in multiple times the molding in falling off the wall. Their is holes in the wall. We are sleeping fully clothed. This is awful.

This place was dirty, trashy and filthy. Rooms were poorly maintained, very old carpeting and bedding. Minimal furniture in bad condition. Shower and bathroom was soo bad I didn’t even want to use them. There was at least 2 inches of open spacing to the outside where the air conditioning fit poorly. Would never, ever stay there again!

Our room smelled of a terrible odor,floods were sticky and market up. Blood on the walls in bathroom. Towels were stained and walls marked up and nails on wall. TV not hanging straight. Doors on closed broken. Hallway smelled and use toilet paper and used cigarettes all the way down the hallway. Your company really need think of taking them off your list and report there lack of cleanness and health concerns.

Our room had obviously had the door kicked open with a very makeshift repair. The adjoining room door was just a single thin door, could even hear people whisper in the next room. Shower had black mold, we chose not to even use it. Bed was fine. Thin walls and loose door made sleep impossible, left at 4 AM.

Hottest shower temp was just above luke warm. Looked like someone flicked boogers up on the ceiling, only had a partial roll of toilet paper, no extras. But all in all for $116 on a Saturday night can’t complain too much. Bed was comfy.

It worked for what we needed - a place to sleep on a road trip but I wouldn’t stay more than a night. The bed was comfy. The room was in bad shape - adjoining room door closed with tape. I literally pulled our table and chair in front of the door as a blocker. One Electric outlet was not covered, no hangars, needs a paint job, etc.

I was in town for a memorial service and needed an inexpensive option to stay one night. The property is located across main street from an exclusive country club area, so I expect this is the reason the property was quiet. The trim on the doors could use replacement (it was cracked and peeling and there were visible gaps at the bottom of the door). The water pressure was a little weak but tolerable. The bed was very comfortable. The freezer compartment in the fridge could use defrosting. The room had dirty looking towels and felt run down. The shower looked like it hadnt been cleaned in forever, so passed on that. At checkin the man at the front desk was extremly rude and would not take my passport as valid ID.

This was my first time staying in this hotel with some family and my service dog and I had a great experience. I was accommodated to check in earlier than the check-in time. Also, I asked the staff member at the front desk if I could change rooms since our door was difficult to open and close and she considered this matter right away. The staff member's name is Pita and she was extremely friendly and understanding during my entire stay here. There was also another Hispanic/Latinx woman who was doing the cleaning outside and she was also very friendly and helpful. The one thing I didn't like is how some of the rooms need a lot of repairs and smelled a lot like cigarettes. I asked for a non-smoking room and I was still able to smell it inside the room. Another thing I dislike was how some guests were trashy and noisy. I saw some people throwing trash in the parking lot and others making some noise throughout the night. Other than that, its a good hotel if you are just planning to rest and explore the area.

The management is very unprofessional. There both rude and unreasonable. When i needed more towels they told me that i would have to wait until housekeeping came the next morning. The room wasnt even clean and when i asked for a different room they told me they were booked and didnt have one available. I knew tney were lying because there was no one there the parking lot was empty. I went online and checked to see if i could reserve another room and it said they had more then 5 rooms available. I was not happy at all that place is the most dispicable own right discusting i will never get a room there again even if its the only place that has vacancies.

Online and while booking this hotel, it said that there was breakfast included, that was not true as they do not offer any type of breakfast. Property could definitely use some updates old carpet and burn holes and blankets
