Wyndham Garden Charlotte Airport Southeast

Would only allow me to stay more than 7 days that is their policy. Put me in a non accessable room had to get maintenance to come and plug the phone back into the wall the outlet was directly behind the bed and the tv got all the channels except for the CBS station and wht en I brought it to their attention they had no idea on how to fix it. I decided to stay just 2 nights and asked them for a late check out ( which is in a their website as a free amenity for 1 pm they said that they could not do that and when I brought it to their attention that it was on their website they decided to give me a 12 PM check out.

It’s an outdated hotel, but it provides fair value for the money.

The room was clean and looked nice. The staff was very pleasant and answered all of our questions. We will stay there again next trip to Charlotte.

Little food, cars broken into.

Breakfast is simple. Other than coffee everything feels unappetizing
