This hotel is not brand new but the bed is comfy, air conditioner works and the staff were fantastic. The hotel pool is nice, the gathering area/patio is nice and the hotel is super close to lots of things. (Car required though)

Always pleasant stay here. They allow my pet to stay here. She is happy here and never any issues.

Great stay! Wonderful patio and pool

En primera el microondas y el refrigerador no servían tuve que desplazar al primer piso para calentar unos alimentos. Segundo la máquina se hielos no servía y se necesita hielo para enfriar las bebidas y nunca pude hacerlo.

Staff was nice, building is okay but once you enter rooms it’s so humid. My room was sweating from the floors walls. Air conditioning unit was leaking water. Dusty. Swimming pool area was dark no lights turned on.

It was good the only issue I had was the pool they had was a bit dirty would be nice if it’s clean on a daily basis overall everything else was good

Great facility comfy beds and clean

We came to town for the rodeo in Los Fresnos. Could not even shower due to hairs in the shower and hairs throughout the room. Windows have black mold on them and I did take a photo. After seeing all this we decided to not eat the breakfast if it was served. When arriving it was dark and cold not real welcoming.

When arrived and checked in..original rom given had wet floor…sheets had food crumbs and stained…had to request room change ..the new room had stained sheets…key didnt work had to request assistance for someone to open door for me each time i went out…

Breakfast was horrible. They didn’t have any scrambled eggs. They only had hard boiled eggs. They mainly had waffles, but even like that there was a big line for the limited amount of machines to make it. One person would make about 7 pancakes then another 5 pancakes. By the time we ate an hour had gone by. I asked for a towel and this man came in telling me they had no towels. How the hell do you not have any towels. Our sink was leaking so I had to brush my teeth in the tub. The water from the sink was white! Not even clear. Don’t be fooled by the pictures you see here. The bed was warped in the middle. There was no tv channels and the remote wasn’t working. If you pull up all the bed sheets, you will see a yellow bed with stains that look like drops of blood or rust. Oh and one of our towels had a stain which is why I asked for a new towel, but they told me they didn’t have any. The latch on the door was broken and so was the window. Really felt like I was in the ghetto.

No limpiaron el cuarto ni sacaron la basura del baño !! Olía horrible cuando volvimos, no cambiaron las toallas del baño aun y cuando pedimos el servicio de limpieza !! Muy mal !!

Me dieron una habitación donde en el baño estaba goteando del techo, la puerta del baño no cerraba por la humedad que hay ahí y el baño estaba sucio con arena aún me supongo que del anterior cliente las sabanas de la cama estaban sucias, la verdad que en limpieza no está nada bien, deberían checar bien las instalaciones y la limpieza gracias

The only complaint I had was the bathroom needs a deep cleaning and the floor was cracked and unleveled. The sleeping area was nice and clean and comfortable

The room itself was great, but the location is next to a highway and some scrap metal place that gets deliveries in the morning which are extremely loud if you have a room on the backside of the building. Other than that the stay was pleasant and the staff are very friendly.

First off staff was super friendly and helpful. But we stayed in room 107 and as soon as we walked in there were light bulbs missing so the room was dark. The restroom has lots of mold on the ceiling and on the door frame, that is probably due to the fact that the room get completely wet from moisture during the night. The night stand had water droplets all night long from the moisture the ac created. The floor was like a skating ring and was completely wet. Adjusting the ac temperature did not make a difference. Even the blankets and pillows felt wet.

We had a mostly good stay here. The owner seemed to have a bit of an issue with me but it wasn’t a big deal, the people at the desk were very kind and helpful. The room was very clean and nice. We had no cell service at all in the room and the Wi-Fi wasn’t much help, but appreciated when it did work. Close to the end of our stay, we saw a large bug on the wall, not sure if it was some sort of beetle or a roach. Thankfully, we saw no other bugs during our stay. The pool was nice, it’s small and relaxing but there’s no shade at all so we only used it once, as I get sun burnt very easily. I was making waffles one morning in the lobby (they were delicious) and I used the tub butter to grease the pan and some lady walked around the corner and told the owner I was using butter. The owner came around the corner and was telling me not to use the tub butter, but the spray instead as the tub would mess up the pan. Not an issue but why not put a sign or something? I also don’t get why the other lady felt the need to “tattle” and not just inform me directly lol. They do allow pets for a fee which sounds like a good idea, but we did hear a dog barking a bit at different times. Anyway, it’s a fine place to stay if you’re staying for a short while. We probably just won’t pick it next time we’re in the area.

Everything was fine, except the WiFi was terrible

Comfortable hotel, clean but they really need to work on the WiFi. I wasn’t able to do any work from the hotel. Also, the breakfast is kind of basic for $75, it would be better if it had more hot items

Although the motel is somewhat rundown, it is clean. The staff are friendly. My room was spacious and clean and the bed was large and comfortable. I was somewhat disappointed in the breakfast items offered, but I'm not that big of an eater and the coffee was OK. I do not like that everything is styrofoam or plastic, even though that seems to be the norm in that part of the country.

The walls are super thin and noise was terrible in the hallway all night long. Our AC also didn’t seem to hold temperature well.

Very Easy, No Hassle, Check In. The Manager Erica was Amazing when she attended me! Would definitely return to this hotel and Use Expedia!

Worst experience ever!!!!!! Employees doesn’t deserve to have that job; don’t go there, they don’t now hot to treat a customer, treat very rude.

BUENAS INSTALACIONES EL PERSONAL MUY ATENTO

Staff is rude. Since the moment we tried to check in the man who was at reception was very condescending and would talk over me when I would try to speak. They charged me TWICE and he kept saying my card declined. I had to end up disputing through my bank. I would never stay here again. The picture look nothing like in person and the place is in fact very dated and not clean. Our first room had pillows that seemed to have makeup stains on them. And the door was crooked with the screws all loose. They ended up switching us and that room wasnt any better. I took pictures to show.

The staff was great. Especially the cleaning ladies.

We were visiting for granddaughters graduation and overall experience was awesome mr william was very nice and funny well all staff was awesome our fridge was knocking and they fixed so we were happy with our stay very clean and all want to thank everyone that made our stay amazing

We have stayed here several times. Staff has always been helpful and nice whenever we need it.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. I particularly enjoyed the lady who made the waffles every morning. She was so sweet. So fun. Made my day!

Muy buen lugar para visitar Brownsville y la Isla del Padre, recibes lo que pagas, cómodo lugar, muy amables los que atienden, pero lo mejor es que el hotel está helado!! Los aires acondicionados funcionan excelente, el desayuno continental es muy básico pero bueno, las habitaciones cómodas, limpias, en general disfrutamos mucho la estancia. El único pero que le pondría es la distancia con las tiendas que estan a unos 10 min ( máximo) y a unos 40 min. de la Isla , pero de ahi en fuera si lo recomiendo mucho. Y con la reservación con tiempo me salio en $50 dlls la noche de jueves a lunes, super bien!!!

I love this hotel it's a top favorite for me. Only thing I don't really like is the streets surrounding it. It's filled with holes

Un poco lejos caminando a tiendas y restaurantes pero si tienes carro 5 minutos del mall y restaurantes

el lugar esta bien, tenía buen precio a comparación de otros por la temporada de spring break, la ubicación esta en las afueras de Brownsville pero todo muy cerca, buen lugar para llegar de paso.

Ya me he hospedado varias veces en este lugar y siempre es muy cómodo y rápido el check in, las habitaciones en muy buen estado como que las remodelaron hace poco y el aire acondicionado siempre bien frío, excelente para el calor de la zona. Además el desayuno es una buena opción aunque no es muy variado se agradece. El precio es muy bueno y muy cerca de Brownsville y de Harlingen.

Fui en viaje familiar, la atencion de Wiliam excelente, esta bien solo para llegar y dormir el desayuno esta pasable, lo que les falta es mas limpieza; si me vuelvo a hospedar si quiero ahorrar unos pesos. Ojo no hay tiendas alrededor.

Basic place to lay down for a couple hours. Shower takes forever to get hot and not many breakfast options.

Excelente servicio en todo y sobretodo en el desayuno. No tengo ninguna queja.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Bed had a smooth comforter and blanket. Not those garbage fuzzy blankets at other hotels. Waffles were good. Coffee was smooth and decent. All in all, a solid 8.9 out of 10. Will definitely stay again If I need too.
