Very Clean. Comfortable bed and good shower. I did not partake in the bar but it looked decent-free breakfast basic -scrambled eggs toast bagels apple juice coffee. One trade-off is there was no elevators to my floor so that might be consideration for some people but didn’t bother me. Only other thing to know is even though you can see it from the highway it’s not exactly the easiest to get to there are signs and your GPS will get you there but it’s a little bit of a detour!

Clean, conveniently located, pool was clean, room was decent. Amenities as described. Can do better with the breakfast selection. No one eats corn beef hash, should be replaced immediately.

The staff was wonderful m, the hotel was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very good, but the coffee was weak. The only disappointments were that we specifically booked this hotel because it had a bar and grill on site. We were looking forward to coming back to the hotel for dinner and drinks after our event. We weren’t told, nor was there any information online that the grill was closed due to not having a chef on staff. We were very disappointed but adapted by going to the local diner for dinner and figured we just have drinks back at the hotel after. When we returned we found out that the bartender was a no show/no call and there was no other staff to run the bar so it was closed. Having specifically booking this hotel because of the food/bar on site, it was extremely disappointing that neither was available for our stay! The staff was very apologetic and disappointed themselves but there wasn’t anything they could do to fix the situation.

Hotel was surprisingly comfortable, and pleasing to the eye. My only issue was there is no elevator to get to the 2nd floor.

A little hard to find at night, had to circle the area a couple of times until we went down the correct street. No elevator was a small problem, good thing we didn't have heavier bags. otherwise the place was fine.

Access road is in very poor condition. It looks like the road is private and has been forgotten. Really needs to be torn up. The hotel sits right on the highway. There is no front yard, no landscaping, just weeds & a highway. Inside the hotel looks fairly new and is okay as long as you don't need an elevator. Bedrooms are vinyl flooring over concrete. Breakfast was of poor quality both days. Scrambled eggs dry & few options. No orange juice, no juice of any kind the 2nd day. Beds were ok. For the price, overall quality was poor.

I like the room, it was spacious and very comfortable. I also enjoyed the pool area. The breakfast was ok. Something fast to start your day. I would recommend and stay again.

Everything went well. My only caution to prospective guests would be to request a first floor room, as there are no elevators on the property. If anyone has difficulty climbing or descending stairs, that could be a concern if you get an upstairs room.

Staff was courteous. Room spacious & clean.

The floors were dirty. There was a hair ball by the foot of my bed. My daughter found a random hair in her bed.

Checked in and floor was still wet sink had water on it and hair like it was used to mop floor nice in room coffee set up BUT NO cups no glasses in the bathroom and no wash cloths night stands were filthy still had water rings from previous guest

This was one of the dirtiest hotels that we've ever stayed at. There were hairs all over the sheets. The bathroom floor was wet. The cups in our room were used. The front desk staff was very pleasant.

“Stayed one night, barely used the room. The bathroom smelled like marijuana and wasn’t clean. Still haven’t received my deposit back, and I wasn’t even told there’d be a deposit until check-in. Really disappointing overall.”

My room was not clean with hair on the floor and in the tub and on the sink. The toilet was not flushed and there was residue in the tub. If I had the time I would have changed hotels but it was late and I was so tired. Externally the hotel was fine and the check in was seamless. Will not go back.

I always check the bed and sheets for bed bugs wherever I go to a hotel. I didn't find any bed bugs but I DID find hair on the pillowcases so that tells me the pillow cases were not changed from the last person in the room. The shower head was leaking and there was mold around the bottom of the shower. It was a quick stop over to go to see the Iron Pigs at Coca Cola Park, but I would never spend more than 1 night there.

Room itself was clean you can tell they did some upgrades, bathroom had brown stains on the floor, looked like there was mold in the corners in and around the bathtub was dirty.

I came in the room to the shower being wet, a big chunk of hair and dirt balled up on the carpet, a pillow full of hair and phones not working. TV would also cut out constantly. Also at 3am someone was trying to get into our room. They changed our room in the system when we never asked for that and assigned someone else to our room. The manager Kenya was great and accommodated us properly but I would never be coming back to this hotel my next stay in the area.

We had a wonderful stay here. The room's clean, but there're stains on the blanket. We didn't use the blanket. The staff are also nice and friendly.

The first night we were awaked by some *extremely* noisy neighbors, to the degree that I was actively searching for a different place to stay at 7:30 in the morning. I reported it to the desk, who took it seriously and confirmed the issue. They moved our room to the 2nd floor, where it was quiet the rest of the stay. Kudos to Kenya, who really took care of us.

Brand new rooms, location was ok

Liked the location. Near the things I wanted to be near. Shower was great, super hot water. Room was very humid though. Cool - cool enough that we didn't want to crank the A/C, but very damp.

The hotel is next to the highway but not easy to get there. The room is with minimal sound proof material means very noisy if close to the highway. The heat/air conditioner is also noisy when turns on. It is for deep sleeper or don't care about noise travelers.

For a recently renovated hotel, it was upsetting to find our bathroom door wouldn’t close because it was completely water warped. Fridge in one of our two rooms didn’t work, and two lights had burned out bulbs. Small details but things that shouldn’t be missed.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and were always available to help. The location was ideal, close to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Broken toilet paper holder that was just on the ground. Booked a king, got a 2 queen

The staff is so friendly. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are large. The bathroom is a bit small but we really enjoy staying here.

Beds were not comfortable. Felt like we were sleeping on metal sheets. Our room was next to an exit door, so we heard the door banging allllllll night. Hotel needs to fix that asap.

Hard to find with no street signs.The driveway is a mess with bunch of pot holes.My room was very noisy from the highway and people talking and getting ice from the machine could not go to bed until midnight when it quite down.

the main reason i booked here was it was advertised you had a restaurant . It did not I took pictures of a blanket on the bed it had 5 cigarette burn holes at the blanket. I showed the desk attendent she made a note of it and said she would tell the manager and they would contact me They never did I am very dissapointed in the customer service

Not a great place to stay and not friendly reception staff

From the moment i walked in to an extremely friendly front desk clerk named Kenya, i felt like i walked into a 5 star hotel. Being in customer service most of my career, i would hire this woman on the spot. She is the epitome of customer service. Very friendly and helpful. A lovely person. I could see myself being friends with her instantly. This hotel was a very welcome surprise on our 2500 km drive. The rooms were very clean. The bed was comfortable. The lobby was welcoming. All aroud it was an excellent experience. 5 stars to Kenya!!!

The woman who checked me in was very kind and courteous. I believe her name was Ashanti. She was very personable and a pleasure to speak with.

The computer system your staff must use for check in/check out of customers is dreadfully slow. Check in took at least 15 minutes because of the slowness of computer. The updated rooms at this property are nice. Update the equipment and systems your employees have to use as well

Kenya was super helpful, and very friendly. The newly renovated rooms are cozy and clean. The staff are polite and they will respect you're belongings if they come in to clean or replace towels while you're out of the room.

Front desk , Michael was amazing and so helpful. The variety of places to eat within a 10 minute drive was mind boggling.

Looking for Noise, Rudeness, and Zero Help? This Hotel Has It All! If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to stay at a place where the reception staff couldn’t care less about your comfort — congratulations, you’ve found the perfect hotel. One peaceful evening (well, not really), the room next to mine turned into a full-blown party — shouting, loud TV, the works — after 11 PM. I made the mistake of thinking reception might do something. Silly me. The receptionist told me it wasn’t her problem and that she couldn’t do anything. Customer service? Never heard of it. The next day I asked a different receptionist if a package had arrived. Her well-informed answer? “I don’t know anything.” Truly inspiring levels of helpfulness. Rooms are cleaned once a week — because why would guests want clean towels or floors more often, right? Breakfast is a culinary adventure featuring... an omelet. And maybe something else if you’re lucky. The café? Open only on weekends. The advertised barbecue? Doesn’t work — apparently they forgot to hire a cook. But hey, at least they advertise it! If you’re planning a weekend stay, bring earplugs, nerves of steel, and maybe the number of the local police — because reception won’t lift a finger. Staying here was a masterclass in how not to run a hotel. Avoid at all costs — unless you're into frustration and sleep deprivation.

Property is difficult to find especially at night. The entrance looks like you're heading down a pot-holed alleyway and really isn't well marked

The room was clean and spacious. Kids enjoyed the pool outside while I played back and relaxed. My only thing was the fridge on the room was not working. But they accommodated me with a discount for the inconvenience. Also breakfast was decent . And the hotel is nearby the highway and main strip. Only thing is there is just one way out and in from the road. Not bad of a stay.

Hotel and room in very good shape - don't know if hotel is new or has been re-modeled. Very good value - less expensive than hotels in the airport area. Very convenient to US 22 and restaurants on MacArthur Road. Definitely will stay there again.

Didn't like the entry way to the property(from the street)

Hotel was very good. Staff was excellent at handeling our late check in. Access to the hotel was poor. Very narrow bumby road that was poorly lit at night. The hotel deserves better signage and better access road.

Just an average room and hotel. Decent location. Very affordable price for last minute stay. Room was clean. Hotel provided free breakfast in the morning.

How do I go about getting a refund? My room is currently flooding from the air conditioner. Also, I can’t have a full breakfast. The pancake/waffle machine is broken.

Although advertised there is no restaurant & no bar which was the main reason I chose this place.

We booked this hotel for a week of training in the area. We liked the idea of a bar/grill in the hotel for the conveinience. The first night of the stay we had the bar but the grill was only serving fired appetizers and they tasted like a knockoff brand of Banquate frozen appetizers. The seond night the grill was not open and on the third night neither the Bar or Grill were open. As far as the newly rmodled that appears to be only the lobby and bar area.

Hotel was nice, clean and updated. Breakfast was so-so- it wasnt really "bad", just didnt have any meat and not big variety. BUT it was good! Staff was wonderful, housekeeping polite and helpful.

Everything was great, only issue was the last day breakfast had some issues, juice and pancake machine where out of service, but these things happen.
