Property was clean and well maintained. Breakfast area was constantly stocked, but felt crowded at times. Even though we asked for service on all days we didn’t receive cleaning for 1 of them. Our in room coffee pods were not refilled, there is 24hour coffee in the lobby though. Not a huge deal. Loved the staff-very helpful and the choice of activities were great!

Large rooms, lovely view of river from deck. Lobby is charming with a little play area for kids and fireplace - also great view. Appreciated daily room freshening if we needed, Friendly front desk. Hae kayaks and pool open 24 hours (did not use). We stay there mainly because it is right on a bike trail. One day we cycle to Harbor Springs, the next to Petosky. Serves a servicable continental breakfast: waffles, cereals, oj, bananas, oatmeal, bagels, yogurt (protein = hardboiled eggs, no hot eggs or meat.)

Great experience! Such a beautiful place and setting. Relaxing and just the place to relax and recharge. Hot tub was nice and hot and had a nice pool with waterfall. The only negative is they let pets stay on the first floor rooms so we had a loud barking dog below us one day for a few hours but other than that was the best place we've ever stayed!!

Rooms clean and staff very courteous and helpful. Only complaint was the noise from stampeding guests in room above us.
