Shannon Oaks Apartments

There was no one on site to help with issues, and no one answered phone. There was no hot water, some doors were totally unlocked upon arrival. There were dogs running free and barking. There was junk bikes laying in the walkway. There was no elevator, only steps. The outside was rundown and messy. Although this was supposed to be a “Holiday Hotel,” it was apartments where low income families live. There were no other hotels, etc., in the area where we could go stay instead. The pictures on the sites show the interior, but not the exterior areas. This “hotel” was/is misrepresented on the booking site. I contacted the location through Hotels.com; however, no one ever contacted me back. Some guys were working on their cars outside. The whole place was creepy. Worst part was no help from the location, and/or Hotels.com. This wasn’t in the country where I reside, so I’ll try and contact Hotels.com again when I’m back home from my trip. Run, don’t walk away from this place.

Clean room, could not connect to WiFi. Tried contact number and left a message and no one called back.

No toilet roll on arrival. Dirty nappy left under the sink.

Avoid this. Black mold covering the dishwasher, and one of the blankets. Wifi never worked.

It was good place and we enjoyed our stay
