A clean and tidy motel in a location handy to shops and restaurants, and just across the road from the beach. There is currently a building being demolished next door so it was noisy and dusty during the day, but this wasn’t a problem in the evening and night. The parking was easy and many spots under cover.

Was in a great position, near tram and buses. Very clean, good value. Stairs to car park probably needed some cleaning. Staff were friendly.

Location was the best thing with this property. There was no mention of stairs so please be aware that there are quite a few stairs to climb which can be an issue for some people with heavy suitcases. Parking is VERY tight.

Reception staff very helpful. Our plane was delayed, He rang at 10.00pm to make sure we were still coming, made check in easy. Perfect location. Only complaint, no lift, so have to carry luggage up quite a few steps.

Negatives- loud inside the room as the bus stop is directly out the front No elevator And carpark car spaces are way too tight. The positive was the location is right in the heart of Glenelg beach and cafes.

The actual motel room was nice, bathroom a bit on the older side though. Nice and clean in room. In the hallway of motel there was a water leak in Stairwell. The carpet needed replacing and no money had been spent on the gardens. The outside had been let go I think it may be demolished soon. Very convenient location and free parking was good

Location is excellent and convenient. Cleanliness and maintenance let them down. Mould on the bathroom ceiling and thick built up dust in and around sections of the room. Plus the pillow was stained.

Receptionist at arrival was unfriendly. Room was freezing, heater was ineffective even set at 26 degrees. Doors were grubby around handles, leftover unidentifiable food left in bar fridge. Net curtain had brown stains. Spare blanket smelled very musty. Bathroom had mould with the flyscreen and exhaust fan very dusty. Overall quite dated. When we arrived the old wind out window was open and the room stank of bitumen from a carpark being built next door. Stayed two nights with both mornings be woken before 7am by workmen and machinery. Our room was right near hotels storage cupboards so we were disturbed several times by banging cupboard doors and staff rifling through the cupboards.

Property was a bit run down. The room wasn't cleaned to a satisfactory standard. No lift, had to stagger up the stairs with heavy cases. the cooling system was noisy. We were given an upgrade apparently but it was a good job we were as I don't like to think what the room would have been like otherwise.

Fantastic location! Only a few mins walk to lovely Glenelg Beach. Older style motel with everything you need. Probably one of the cleanest properties we’ve ever been in!

Very good location, close to Jetty Road and in walking distance to shops, beach and tram to city. Beds are on the harder side and quite uncomfortable, premises could do with a freshen up, especially the gardens. Staff friendly and helpful.

A well-priced stay for the location. However, the bed only had a single blanket and sheet on it when it got down to 6 degrees overnight. I had to put the heat on at 22 degrees to stop shivering under the sheets. The bed was reasonably comfortable, and the staff were all very lovely. There are a lot of stairs involved in getting into and out of the Inn, so this is not a good place to stay if you have trouble with steps. Overall, a decent place to stay if you're in the area and don't want to fork out for the nicest spot.

The photos in the ad are definitely a misrepresentation of what the actual room was. Nowhere near this much space and the room was called executive. Could not open the room door fully as it hit the end of the bed. En-suite way too small. Toilet almost touching shower and wall. Definitely no view from the room. Disappointed with room. Wont be staying there again. Only good thing was its location to the beach and restaurants.

Our few days were very enjoyable except that the fan in the bathroom is far too noisy!!!! On one night during our stay the fire alarm was triggered causing mass disruption. That is to be expected. What was NOT expected was that no management representative was onsite overnight which meant that I was the one dealing with emergency services. I also tried twice to ring the emergency number posted on the door with no success. Fortunately the fire services arrived and were able to isolate the source of the problem but management took another 15 minutes to arrive at the property. This is very alarming!!!! On asking if there was any compensation for a disturbed night, the answer was very bland - no. Not even an acknowledgment that one of the guests had dealt with the problem!!

Place hasn’t been updated or worked on since it’s inception by the looks of things. Water damage an mold on ceiling above bed. Fire alarms went off at 2:30am, no on had a clue what to do. We waited in the car park for the fire brigade. No fire was found. They couldn’t turn the alarms off though. Had to wait for management to eventually arrive 2.5hrs of war piercing alarms. Checked out the next day, not even a single mention or sorry for the inconvenience. Pretty crap guys. Won’t be back

Upon booking for a room which the booking website indicated that it “sleeps 3” and paying, I was advised by phone that there were no applicable rooms that slept 3 and I would have to pay extra for an upgrade. I explained that this was not only unfair but false advertising for the product. The initial front office staff member wasnt the slightest bit interested in my case and upon asking to speak to her manager she simply said they were not available and they were not going to do anything about it anyway. Additionally I was interrupted by the cleaning lady who said I was a bit rude. She seemed to confuse honestly and a different opinion to hers as rudeness. Whilst the second front office staff member was lovely, I could not recommend this place to anyone. They should not treat customers with such contempt and indifference. Absolutely deplorable!

Staff were unfriendly on checking in. No after hours number for a young guest locked out of her room - very concerning as she slept on the couch in the reception area until early morning shift staff arrived. Staff informed me motel is not bein staffed or updating any facilities as moving to other premises soon. Not good enough people.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, they put us on the top floor and ss i have a phobia on heights (i failed to mention this when we booked) when i went down to explain my situation they didn't hesitate to put us on the ground floor, the rooms were a good size and extremely clean and comfortable, when staying in Glenelg again we will definitely stay there again, as its location is perfect to look around the area.

Glenelg is a nice suburb, right by the beach, with plenty of shops and dining options. The tram is an easy option to reach the CBD. Ensenada is very conveniently located for everything.

Comfy room with basic but acceptable amenities. There is no restaurant or room service but it's not a problem since it's a stone's throw from Jetty Road and its myriad restaurants and cafes. Good value for money given it's prime location and a good place to stay even if you don't have a car.

I was pleasantly surprised as it is a terrific location in Glenelg with goodd eateries within an easy walk. Close to the tram and offers free parking. The room was spacious but the bathroom was compact with the WC being very close to the shower. Had a mini bar at reasonable prices and TV had Foxtel.

Situated nicely walking distance to shops restaurants and of course the beach Staff friendly and helpful Room although not large, is enough for eating and sleeping 😴 road noise a bit excessive but due to idiots reving v8s on roadside nothing hotel can do about that Will definitely 💯 be coming back

Property was not in great condition and grubby. The staff were not inviting or friendly. Only plus was it’s location, much nicer hotels in the area in the same price range. Don’t let the pictures of the rooms fool you.

The actual motel room was nice, bathroom a bit on the older side though. Nice and clean in room. In the hallway of motel there was a water leak in Stairwell. The carpet needed replacing and no money had been spent on the gardens. The outside had been let go I think it may be demolished soon. Very convenient location and free parking was good
