We had booked a two bedroom apartment. A family with two older teenage boys. We arrived and found it a little small to what we expected. We found the staff were very approachable and understanding and upgraded us to a premium two bedroom for an additional cost. There was a big difference in the living space which made for a better stay. Parking was an additional cost at $19 per night but was secured and allowed our high vehicle to still enter. Walk to Rundall place was around 15-20 mins. The gym next door was free to use for age 16 and had good facilities. One bathroom to share for the family. Clean condition but a small shower for tall people with a shower curtain rather than glass.

Whilst located close to the city centre, it was at the rougher end of town. Quiet despite the venues around the hotel. Hotel is dated. Bathroom is tiny and lacked a power point. Toilet didn’t flush properly. The second bedroom did not have aircon, this was not listed as such in the details on the bookings site. Parking is an extra $19 a night.

The lift was out of order which was very, very inconvenient. My sister uses a walking frame and she was nervous on the stairs which meant that we limited outings so that we only had to go down and up once per day. It was very difficult to move luggage without lift access. When the accommodation was booked, I requested one queen and two singles. The apartment we were placed in had two queen beds which meant that two of us had to share a bed which wasn’t ideal.

Great place , we stayed 4 nights - my wife and I, good size room , king bed , large shower - great pressure! Everything there that was needed. Nice pool area . Breakfast included - only “continental “ but enough for us. Washing machine area ($5) Highly recommend

Good sized rooms especially for family stay but it's near a noisy part of the area and you can hear screaming and yelling from the public carparks if your room is next to the street. Cheap car park at $19 / day with in and out privileges is nice. Bathroom fitting is a bit dated. No free wifi and also a data limit of wifi when you pay for it (or get it free with Accor status) is just ridiculous in 2023.

The property was clean and comfortable and within easy walking distance to Royal Adelaide Hospital. Staff were absolutely great, efficient and friendly. The only mirror for the 2 bedroom apartment was a small one in the lounge area. There was no mirror or power point in the bathroom for the hair dryer. No full length mirror anywhere.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was exactly as advertised. Room was on Main street which was very noisy throughout the night with people complaining and going to local clubs etc. also lots of knocking on the doors through the night which was a bit off putting.

Convenient location and easy accessibility to public transport, eg trams and buses. We stayed in a premium family room (which is away from the street) and the condition is spacious and great. Before checking in, we were a bit concerned with noise disturbance as mentioned in some reviews but ended up having no issues (perhaps due to room location). The room rate we paid for didn’t include any room service. Would have been nice to have it, even just once during the five nights stay.

The west end of Adelaide is very noisy on a Saturday night, don’t expect much sleep. Also the hotel is right behind a correctional institute, ie prison, if you are unlucky to be right at the back of this hotel, on the laneway, very large spotlights illuminate your room at night, the block out curtains just didn’t do the job.

Excellent property. Great free tram public transport very nearby. Very covenient to be able to cook own meals at the property. Heating with reverse AC great when weather is cold. Location is a street with lots of night clubs and pubs and is a bit rowdy at night and sometimes sidewalks are a bit dirty.

We were here for six nights. Our suite was clean and the bed okay with good bedding. The kitchen had the very basics, no coffee maker. The space felt like it needed new paint on some walls and better ceiling lights to be truly welcoming. Nice coffee shop was just a couple minutes walk away, and we were within walking distance of many restaurants, the tram (trip to Glenelg was about 40 minutes) and the Rundle Mall. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Staff are wonderful and so friendly. The rooms itself are clean and the beds were really comfortable. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was perfect for our 6 night stay for an adult and 3 kids. There can be some noise at times at night due to the layout of the hotel and having a courtyard in the middle. My only issue is there is not a long close to the hotel so when staying with kids you do have to walk a bit for dining options. McDonald’s very close to the hotel for kids and a cute cafe across the road called Peter Rabbit. A lot of eateries seem to be closed down in the immediate area. Overall though, we would stay here again if we were ever in Adelaide.

Great place , we stayed 4 nights - my wife and I, good size room , king bed , large shower - great pressure! Everything there that was needed. Nice pool area . Breakfast included - only “continental “ but enough for us. Washing machine area ($5) Highly recommend

Excellent property. Great free tram public transport very nearby. Very covenient to be able to cook own meals at the property. Heating with reverse AC great when weather is cold. Location is a street with lots of night clubs and pubs and is a bit rowdy at night and sometimes sidewalks are a bit dirty.

Great location and a wonderful apartment started of our adventure in Adelaide. Apartment was easily large enough for four adults with room to relax. Located well and in the developing west-end, and close to thye action. Tram one block away and excellent eating nearby

Staffs were great, but the room was okay. Doesn’t look like the one in the pictures. Also it’s a bit noisy. You can hear your neighbors against the walls.

Overall place was good , Rooms good , surroundings etc , close to shopping and restaurants etc just make sure you have a cash bond and not use the card , major difficulty in getting bond back that was definitely taken out of the account , so use cash for everything , otherwise place is a decent place to stay
