Lovely parador and location. Friendly efficient reception staff. Unfortunate interaction with one member of staff at the bar who seemed unwilling to engage with people would could not speak Spanish.

I’m actually surprised that this hotel only has 4 and not 5 stars. Absolute luxury!! It might be because there is no pool. At dinner, I felt uncomfortably under dressed in shorts. Very fashionable and amazing food. Not at all what I expected taking the location into consideration. The only negative was that the head waiter appeared a bit snobby. She definitely didn’t appreciate what I was wearing - and that I didn’t need a starter 😅

Pleasant historical Parador, with nice garden. Comfortable room with nice bathroom, no view as in standard room at the back. Helpful and friendly reception and bar staff.
