We stayed here 1 night on our way to Nantes. The parking entrance is currently under roadworks and is not communicated in advance how to navigate. And lastly the way to the swimming pool is very dangerously slippery, you need to use a stair to the pool. Myself fell off even with the extreme care. Saw also other people fall close to the pool. For the rest breakfast was more than sufficient. Hotel very close to shopping center Vélizy 2 and a tram which can bring you closer to Paris.

Parking payant, annoncé à l’arrivée alors que celà n’est pas mentionné lors de la réservation, le portail de l’hôtel est cassé, on paye donc une prestation pour un parking non sécurisé, Je l’ai signalé à l’hôtesse lors du départ qui ne s’est pas du tout sentie concernée. Chambre à la décoration datée, les papiers peints se décollent; salle de bain datée, la baignoire a été repeinte mais la peinture s’écaillent…. En bref une expérience vraiment pas satisfaisant pour le niveau de gamme et de prix pratiqué.

Very good in general. The pool was closed The aircondition in the fitness room didn't work. It was only fan, not cooling. I took half board. The menu doesn't offer many choises and it is the same menu for all week.

We only stayed one night, and whilst the dining area was great and the breakfast was truely wonderful, I feel that the pool was not serviced correctly which is why the 4 instead of 5 stars.

Albergo fatiscente, vecchio, senza manutenzione ma, soprattutto... SPORCO!!! Sporca la hall, le stanze, i corridoi e la sala colazione, con tavoli, e suppellettili assolutamente indecenti: piatti e bicchieri sporchi, posate inguardabili, vassoi e tavoli del buffet che grondavano... insomma davvero difficile fare colazione. I bagni delle stanze erano pari a quelli che trovavo negli ostelli quando viaggiavo a costo zero da ragazzo, anzi, ne ho trovati di migliori. Senza contare la qualità del cibo: scadente. La piscina, poi, è in realtà una pozza d'acqua lurida. Infine il personale: improvvisato e mal disposto. Da dimenticare!!! Ci ha salvato solo la bellezza di Parigi.

L’hôtel est vraiment dans son jus. La moquette est tachée et n’inspire pas confiance. Les joints de salle de bain sont moisis, la paume de douche fuit, le flacon rechargeable de gel douche est sale. La salle de sport est un plus mais courir face à un mur avec une tv éteinte n’est pas très enthousiasmant. Bref. Il serait temps de faire des travaux!

We liked the cleanliness as when we came back to our hotel room the bed sheets were changed and clean and so was the room. However the tv remote didnt work and the heating wasnt working. Also at the food area downstairs it was only breakfast there wasnt lunch , dinner or a bar to have drinks.

In general the hotel is fine, beds are comfy. The bathrooms are tired and well used, our bath looked like it was peeling and had LOTS of long black hair in it. Generally the hotel is clean, the pool area left us feeling a bit grubby. There is lots of construction around the hotel. It’s a 30 euro taxi to the Eiffel Tower or a 25 min drive. Overall we were ok with the stay for the price.

We have stayed at hotel for three nights when we entered to hotel they asked for £200 deposit which we haven't awere of. When we got our room we find out that fridge doesn't work and tv has only french channels. The rooms window wasn't close properly despite our report to the receptionist they haven't done anything to sort out problems. We couldn't communicate the receptionist girls because they can't speak enough english. For the cleanliness the room was full of dust everywhere, everything has dirt on it. The pool is very small and also it was dirty too. The breakfast doesn't have any selections only croissants and some jams. In the restaurant all glasses and plates wasn't washed properly,there was dirt's everywhere.Don't recommend this hotel at all. Its not 4 star for me its like 2 star hotels

Room was clean and spacious. Despite bath inside has sone plastic hard stone coming off which can be dangerous. Internet did not work in my room Breakfast was generous they have plenty of tables which is great. Staff has been kind and helpful Thank you (527)

Our stay here was fine. The staff were almost entirely extremely friendly and helpful except for the only man on the late shift who clearly didn’t want to talk to a client for the simplest reason (my card needed to be reprogrammed—for the second time, so maybe I get to be annoyed and not him?). All the women were lovely people. The building is very old and not well maintained and in a fairly industrial business section. But due to the very negative reviews of the restaurant we left the hotel and found wonderful restaurants and boulangerie in a few minutes walk. Great food nearby. The pool was decent enough for a relaxing dip. Very old but still enjoyable. The grate from a ceiling vent fell and made a loud noise during the night. Luckily nobody was under it. They fixed it right away but no comment. I recommend if you get it off the app at a discount. Probably nicer places on the same block.

L’hôtel se fait vieux et n’est pas du standing des mercure. Côté points positifs on retrouve la literie : un lit immense et confortable ainsi que le petit déjeuner qui est très varié. La petite salle de sport dépanne bien également. Par contre il y a bcp de clés qui se démagnétisent et obligent à repartir à l’accueil, ma douche était dans un sale état il y avait très peu de pression particulièrement le matin et se dessoudait du mur. Le lavabo était très rayé, la tv est situé en décalé par rapport au lit

From check in the experience was exceptionally poor. Had to wait 55 mins to check in as the member of staff was dealing with the family before me and taking forever. Then at check-in, gave my booking number and was ready to pay the fee confirmed with Expedia but staff member advised I had to pay an extra €60 per night of stay = €360. Told staff member this was not mentioned when booking the hotel and I did not have and extra €360. The staff member was ready to leave myself and 3 children on the road with nowhere to sleep as we disnt jave the extra money. After 1 hour negotiations we were allowed to check in. 3 kids were in tears as we had just landed and they were scared we didnt have anywhere to go. The room smelled constantly of urine, especially bathroom. Bath did not drain. Towels were dirty. Pool area was dirty, broken furniture in the very small, dirty outside area. Very limited menu in restaurant that smelt like sewage. Will never stay there again.

Personnel adorable et très compétent. Personnel de réception au top (gênés par un groupe de touristes bruyants, le problème a été pris en charge et réglé très vite par le personnel). Même lorsque le restaurant est fermé, il est possible de dîner au bar et les plats sont très bons, le service impeccable. Environnement calme et très bonne literie. Nous reviendrons probablement.

Our stay here was fine. This hotels reception area is lovely, but don’t be fooled, the money spent on this hotel stops there!! The rooms are lovely and big for a family of 4 however we Arrived to an unclean room, keys wouldn’t work for the new room, the window was hanging off its hinges and we were on the 5th floor, construction works in immediate surrounding area so noisy, lifts are temperamental, dirty pool, never any staff at the bar or restaurant for drinks, snacks etc. spent a fortune on Ubers due to location of hotel. No staff at the desk when wanting towels or to ask about transport etc.

Abzocke PUR!! Über Expedia gebucht, dort 40€ mehr verlangt. Für 2 Zimmer 640€ Kaution auf Kreditkarte blockiert die immer noch in Bearbeitung ist. Keiner kann uns sagen wieso. Dazu 250€ extra abgebucht. Keine vernünftige Rezeption sondern ein Tisch mit Laptop, Personal hat über alles keine ahnung. Beim Check- in wurden wir auf Babybett versichert. Nach 5 min wo wir schon in Zimmer waren hieß es "ja wir haben keine mehr, wir können kein Geld zurückgeben, halten sie die 1 nacht durch, unsere Chef ist in Brasilien, wir sind nur Arbeiter, wir können nichts machen". Leider waren wir nicht die einzigen, da draußen haben sich auch andere beschwert und richtig diskutiert das die sein Geld wieder haben wollen. Wäre es nicht 2 Uhr Nacht nach 12 std. Fahrt mit dem Baby -wären wir auch nicht geblieben. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder nach Paris aber NIEMALS ins dieser Hotel.

Noisy with roadworks outside. Very dated interior. Most staff moody as sin witht he exception for one guy thst others were also commending. Many people had issues with the rooms Miles away from central paris too. The only good thing is its right next to the huge westfield centre

The bathtub/ shower was not nice. It was peeling and the water did not drain properly. The bedding was clean and the staff were pleasant. There is major road construction in the area so it is difficult to find and get into. The elevators are slow and small so getting out in the morning takes a long time.

Alt i alt et fint ophold, med en god service og et pragtfuldt morgenbord. Det var svært at finde for kørende og selve området trængte til en hånd. Super fine indkøbsmuligheder med et stort shoppingcenter Westfield 3 min. gang fra Hotellet. Eneste minus var at der var en god times kørsel med offentlig transportmiddel ind til Paris Centrum.

Verouderd hotel. Geen receptie maar een tafel in de gang. Het eten was superslecht. Koud, een uur moeten wachten na voorgerecht. Kamer was verouderd. Raam kapot, deurposten kapot, en kapotte tegels in badkamer. Alle wegen ernaar toe waren afgesloten. Je moet een doodlopende zandweg in.

Heureusement on y est allé dans le jour férié, c’est plutôt calme. Si non comme les autres commentaires, il y a des travaux autour, ça doit être très bruyant et perturbé la circulation ! Il y avait une ampoule dans la chambre qui ne marche pas, et il n’a pas non plus les ponchos pour aller à la piscine. Le petit déjeuner est pauvre, ne mérite pas au prix 12e/personne !

Pænt rent hotel, med venlige medarbejdere, skønt med mulighed for at hente koldt vand i receptionen til værelset ellers sin tur ud i byen. Gode parkeringsmuligheder. Beliggenheden var rigtig fint, med et flot shoppingcenter tæt på, og nemt transport ind til Paris. Kunne sagtens finde på at booke det igen.

L’entrée de l’hôtel était vraiment très beau . Chambre un peut passée mais tout à fait correct car propre malgré tout avec un très bon chauffage . Piscine chaude et belle salle de sport . Personnel pas chaleureux mais professionnel. Petit déjeuner très bien mais le chaud était froid même quand sa arriver dés cuisines ( œuf brouillé /patate /lard… et les 2 jours se fût pareil. Nous avons quand même était agréablement surpris car j’avais eu peur avec tous ses avis récents négatifs . Juste à coter du grand centre commercial. 15 min en voiture du parc des princes 25 min de la Tour Eiffel et 35 min du musée grévin donc super
