This is a well located central hotel for visiting Perigeux. Everything is easily within walking distance. We were lucky to use the free parking across the road alongside the river, otherwise parking could have been an issue. Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful and spoke good English. The room was an ok size and we were lucky to have an openable window overlooking the river. Our room was third floor and it was quiet. However we found the bed very uncomfortable and had little sleep! This would deter us from staying there again.

Hôtel très bien situé, heureusement des box de disponibles pour stationnement, sinon parking extérieur hôtel saturé. Bonne présentation dans l'ensemble, restauration de bon rapport (un peu cher avec les prestations de service fournies), enfin si le service de table suivait cela serait correct. Personnel accueillant et sympathique, petit déjeuner très bien. A conseiller, faire attention aux périodes. N.B. : ce serait bien d'avoir des toasts avec le fois gras.

Our parking was a garage @ 15€ per night. The free parking could be difficult. The hotel is well situated to the old town. Good restaurants and an interesting city. Our bedroom was tired and had no extra facilities such as a kettle and the bathroom was small. Breakfast was good and meet the needs. Staff were very helpful.

Parking was difficult, bedrooms tired but adequate as we only stayed one night, no kettle for tea or coffee. Restaurant was basic but the staff were very friendly and spoke English. Périgueux was a very nice picturesque place to visit.

Reception were friendly. Although free parking is advertised there are only a couple of spaces but with help from receptionist we found a space virtually next door- but did then have to lug all our cases around to the hotel. Room perfectly adequate for a short stay, and close to the city centre

Lovely city. Lots to eat, see and do. The usual Ibis offering is great for an overnight stay /stopover. Helpful staff and nice breakfast. Parking is easy over the road from the hotel at the river. It’s free too.

A marvellous stay right opposite the river. Very welcoming, friendly & efficient staff. A nice quiet room overlooking the cathedral behind the hotel. We had a good dinner in the restaurant after a drink on the terrace. Good bed linen & towels.

We stayed overnight and chose the hotel because it was easy to walk into the town centre. We had a room at te back of the hotel and it was quiet. The property was clean and well equipped and staff friendly. The room was small, as expected but was perfect for what we needed

Der Manager war sehr nett. Frühstück wurde trotz mehrfachem Hinweis nicht aufgefüllt.. Zimmer,insbesondere Bad war n ht wirklich sauber und sehr abgenutzt

O time do hotel é muito dedicado. Ele atende as solicitacoes com muita simpatia e carinho. O café da manhã é muito bom com bastante variedade na comida e nos pães. Pena o suco ser industrial e não fresco. A parte da recepção do hotel é do restaurante sao muito aconchegantes e a vista pro rio é bem legal. A localização do hotel é ótima porque bem central sem o incômodo do barulho do trânsito. Agora na parte das acomodações, deixa um pouco a desejar. Os quartos são bem pequenos, a decoração é vintage barato, a pintura está descascando e o espelho do nosso quarto está delaminando. O chuveiro tem um degrau muito alto pra entrar, o que dificulta o acesso para idosos ou deficientes e o chão é bastante escorregadio. A água não corre muito e a temperatura pode variar repentinamente. Por ser um 3 estrelas do grupo accor, não se enquadra no padrão dessa categoria de hotel. Pelo mesmo valor de diaria (em torno de 100 euros com café da manhã) ficamos hospedados num 4 estrelas da rede Vincci em Lisboa. As prestações nem se comparam. O hotel precisaria passar por uma boa reforma para se encaixar melhor no padrão 3 estrelas.

Wonderful staff, nice and reasonably priced restaurant, large room (for France). Fabulous location. Only complaint was that there was no way to cool the room except opening the window.

The rooms were very hot because they decided that it was winter so they turned on the heat. We could not regulate the temperature in our room. So they told us to open the window to cool the room down. That was okay until nighttime when it seemed everyone was in the partying mood and we couldn’t sleep. Room service cleaned our room the first night but not the second night so the front desk staff had to do it.
The rooms were very hot because they decided that it was winter so they turned on the heat. We could not regulate the temperature in our room. So they told us to open the window to cool the room down. That was okay until nighttime when it seemed everyone was in the partying mood and we couldn’t sleep. We found the women who work at this location very patient and helpful. The men who work the reception and bar were rude. If you work in the hotel business and you advertise that you speak different languages, why would you act rude and impatient when customers (travelers) didn't speak French? It's unnecessary. Again, this was just the men. The women who helped us were patient, kind, v and helpful.

Reception were friendly. Although free parking is advertised there are only a couple of spaces but with help from receptionist we found a space virtually next door- but did then have to lug all our cases around to the hotel. Room perfectly adequate for a short stay, and close to the city centre

We stayed overnight and chose the hotel because it was easy to walk into the town centre. We had a room at te back of the hotel and it was quiet. The property was clean and well equipped and staff friendly. The room was small, as expected but was perfect for what we needed

globalement établissement de qualité et bon accueil . Mais une chose nous a choqué c'est que ce"t établissemnt recevait des groupes qui passaient une soirée , mangeaient et occupaient toutes les places et nous résident régulier (4 nuits) étions refoulé, complet ! nous disait , et le lendemain matin comme ils partaient tôt le petit déjeuner était dévalisé on mangeait ce qui restait . Alors essayez de penser aux clients fidèles de plusieurs nuits , je pense que c'est la moindre des choses ! A part ça comme je vous dis c'est très bien ; alors pensez y à l'avenir ! O time do hotel é muito dedicado. Ele atende as solicitacoes com muita simpatia e carinho. O café da manhã é muito bom com bastante variedade na comida e nos pães. Pena o suco ser industrial e não fresco. A parte da recepção do hotel é do restaurante sao muito aconchegantes e a vista pro rio é bem legal. A localização do hotel é ótima porque bem central sem o incômodo do barulho do trânsito. Agora na parte das acomodações, deixa um pouco a desejar. Os quartos são bem pequenos, a decoração é vintage barato, a pintura está descascando e o espelho do nosso quarto está delaminando. O chuveiro tem um degrau muito alto pra entrar, o que dificulta o acesso para idosos ou deficientes e o chão é bastante escorregadio. A água não corre muito e a temperatura pode variar repentinamente. Por ser um 3 estrelas do grupo accor, não se enquadra no padrão dessa categoria de hotel. Pelo mesmo valor de diaria (em torno de 100 euros com café da manhã) ficamos hospedados num 4 estrelas da rede Vincci em Lisboa. As prestações nem se comparam. O hotel precisaria passar por uma boa reforma para se encaixar melhor no padrão 3 estrelas.

The hotel is In an ideal location and the staff were most welcoming. We chose to dine in as the meals were excellent and reasonably priced and the service good. Our room was good and the rate fair. It could however benefited from a small kettle to make a hot drink.

The staff are very welcoming and professional. The lobby and restaurant were nice but the room was horrible. It was so small we couldn’t walk past each other. There was very little space between the end of the bed and side of the bed. The walls were like rough concrete, painted in a dark rust colour. The window was small but at least had a nice view. The bathroom was terrible. The toilet bowl had a brown stain in the bowl. The floor covering was old and decaying. The walls were scraped. The cistern wall cover was old and scraped. The toilet door was old and had clearly been mended more than once. The whole room and bathroom urgently needs to be refurbished.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I inadvertently left a small item in the room upon departure. Housekeeping discovered it even before I knew of my mistake, the desk called me and kindly arranged to have it sent to me by post. (I paid for postage expenses, of course.)
