La ubicación del hotel es perfecta a unos pasos del centro. El hotel es un poco viejo y necesita remodelación que ya comenzaron, mucho ruido debido a esto. Las camas son de un tamaño que nunca hacía visto demasiado pequeñas por lo tanto incomodad. El personal muy amable.

Hotel ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, was man hier und da merkt. Dennoch ist der Service und die Lage super! Man ist sofort im Zentrum und kann alles fußläufig erreichen. Die Tiefgarage bietet auch für größere Autos genügend Platz, sodass man nicht nebenan parken muss. Nur es gibt keinen Aufzug direkt zur Tiefgarage, man muss immer über die Treppen gehen.

The rooms are tired and little dated. Some functions did not work lights/sockets. There is no A/C and the hotel had heating switched on in the corridors which heated up the room. I mentioned this to reception who stated "Open the Window". The reception staff on the whole were good however breakfast staff a little indifferent. There is a nice atrium layed out for eating but for some reason on the first morning I was not allowed to use the room. On the second morning food was laid out and I assumed it was for guests, no it had been booked by a corporate client! It appears paying guests are treated as 2nd class citizens! Finally parking is underground with no elevator so be prepared to carry bags up a flight of stairs.

The hotel belongs to a well-known French group and that is a guarantee. Staff was helpful and the laundry was so efficient to get my clothes ready for the day after. My room was quiet and they have a private car park down the lobby. A good address for those who want to stay downtown without spending a fortune

I couldn’t find anything to complain about, which makes a change. I had the best breakfast and the best night’s sleep of my entire trip to the south of France and the man on reception tried to communicate properly with me. The TV worked and my room had a sofa for me to lounge about on. I’m going to look for a room here the next time I go to nimes.

L'hôtel est très bien situé juste a côté de arène. Le check in était parfait avec de l'avance et une chambre plus grande. Les personnels du restaurant du soir était parfait La seule chose à améliorer est la qualité de petit déjeuner, très décevante au niveau de la qualité et la variété. Les œufs brouillés était comme de faux œufs (poudre), les pancakes et les crêpes sont froids et durs. Le jus d'orange n'est de jus frais mais genre low cost supermarché. Pour un petit déjeuner qui coût 19.90€, c'est très cher, on dirai qu'on est à Ibis - à améliorer svp !

Tan pronto como hicimos la reserva nos dimos cuenta que nos habiamos equivocado de fecha, no nos quisieron hacer canvio de fecha, hubieramos pagado mas si nos lo hubieran pedido, se desentendieron totalmente , perdimos el dinero. Pocas ganas de facilitar las cosas. Creo que nos podian haver dado opciones puesto que havia habitacions llibres.... En fin, allá ellos, no puedo recomendarlo...

This is a nice hotel in an easy access location about a 10 minute walk from Nimes Centre Station. It is also about a 10 minute walk from the hotel to the Amphitheatre. Close to nice restaurants and all the touristy bits.

Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff, amazing location moments walk from the amphitheater and excellent breakfast (free for children!). Rooms need some modernising but they were clean and comfortable.

L'hôtel est très bien situé juste a côté de arène. Le check in était parfait avec de l'avance et une chambre plus grande. Les personnels du restaurant du soir était parfait La seule chose à améliorer est la qualité de petit déjeuner, très décevante au niveau de la qualité et la variété. Les œufs brouillés était comme de faux œufs (poudre), les pancakes et les crêpes sont froids et durs. Le jus d'orange n'est de jus frais mais genre low cost supermarché. Pour un petit déjeuner qui coût 19.90€, c'est très cher, on dirai qu'on est à Ibis - à améliorer svp !

Hotel correcto-bueno, céntrico muy bien ubicado, desayuno bueno y variado, zumo de naranja de bote, podíaser natural. Tenían de reformar un poco las habitaciones, le daría un toque de mayor calidad. No obstante, muy buena opción para alojarte en Nimes por calidad-ubicación-precio

The hotel is centrally located, useful for sightseeing and finding restaurants/cafes. The rooms are clean and generally ok. The shower was slightly broken in the room which was annoying. I would avoid the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. It was overpriced, not great choice and it was badly managed. Overall I would not stay here again. There are better Novotel hotel. This one was disappointing.

Restaurant was pitiful, airport style, waiter was too worried about queening to serve properly and threw the food on the table, yet wanted an extra tip ( service was already included). 2 star at most. Location perfect though!
