Not the best stay. For a start they had booked the wrong rooms (2x2) even though they accepted the booking for 5 through hotels.com. We got the rooms anyway, that was good. The rooms wasn’t entirely clean, dirty inventory on bathroom, unknown substance on bedframe and besides the fridge. A smell of curry throughout the 3 nights stay. No roomservice, and when we asked for it we got a very fast one, and one of the bath towels was dirty and with brown and black stains. The pool is boring, too many rules, and the area is messy, old inventory, sofa’s etc. stashed in the corner and very dirty. No parasols even at the tables. When we checked out at 10.30 our cards didn’t work, so go stuck in the elevator and couldn’t get to parking garage. Even though check out is at 11.00.

Γενικά οι χώροι, δωμάτιο, μπάνιο, κλπ, πολύ καθαροί και τακτοποιημένοι. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και εξυπηρετικό. Διαθέτει υπόγειο Parking (βασικό εαν είσαι με αυτοκίνητο η μοτο) με μιά μικρή extra χρέωση. Δεν γνωρίζω εάν όλα τα δωμάτια είναι ίδια, αλλά το δικό μου είχε μιά μικρή κουζίνα και ψυγείο. Η περιοχή είναι καλή, έχει κοντά διάφορα μαγαζιά, σουπερμάρκετ κλπ, και επίσης 25-30 λεπτά με τα πόδια, από την παραλία.

L'hôtel ne vaut pas son prix à la nuitée. Dans notre studio des serviettes sales laissées derrière la porte de la salle de bain et les verres idem. J'ai pris une boisson chaude 1,50€ et le lendemain 2€. Les tasses du petit déjeuner à 17,90€ archi sales aberrant. Le pediluive de la piscine est à attraper des saletées tellement il était trouble et sale et on ma repondu (mais il y a du chlore), l'eau de la piscine n'est pas propre. L'hôtel ne vaut que 2 étoiles ! Cet hôtel à besoin d'un grand ménage !

Pessoal antipático. Parecia que estava fazendo favor ao hóspede. Não gostei, me senti mal. O café da manhã foi básico, muito básico, apesar de caro. Havia barulho de reforma ao lado da piscina. A água da piscina extremsmrnte gelada...16 graus...quem entra nessa água? A calçada na frente do hotel merece reforma e limpeza urgente, pois cheia de defeitos e sujeira, me causou péssima impressão assim que cheguei. Na saída, enquanto esperava o Uber, veio um prestador de serviços varrer a calçada na minha frente, levantando o pó imundo. Um horror. No mínimo falta de conceitos básicos de hotelaria. Foi a pior estadia de minha longs viagem.

L'accueil est très bien, l'appartement est propre et assez confortable en revanche quelques petites choses font que nous ne reviendrons pas ... Un fil pour étendre le linge au dessus de la baignoire est censé se dérouler à la demande mais le nôtre ne fonctionnait pas, je suis donc descendu à l'accueil pour le signaler ils étaient déjà au courant mais n'avait pas d'étendage à me prêter je me suis donc dit que j'allais étendre sur des chaises sur la terrasse mais celle ci est le terrain de jeu, et les toilettes des pigeons qui viennent chaque jour vérifier si vous n'avez pas laissé un peu de votre repas ! D'ailleurs ne pas laisser de nourriture sans surveillance sur la terrasse car ils viennent littéralement dans votre assiette ! Passons ensuite à la piscine qui est bien trop petite pour le nombre d'appartement et qui n'a pas assez de transats.. Et alors si vous tombez comme nous sur des vacanciers qui ne respectent pas les autres et mettent leur serviette pour réserver les transats toute la journée sans mettre un orteil dans l'eau ça peut vous gâcher un peu le moment... Pour le cadre il n'y a pas vraiment de jolie vue la résidence est dans une rue calme excentrée de la ville donc on ne fait pas grand chose a pieds. Il faut également payer le parking car pas de place dans la rue. Sur la description c'était écrit "proche de la mer" nous n'avons pas la même définition du mot proche.. il faut 15min en voiture quand tout roule et 45 min à pied ..

Vi hade en jättefin övernattning här. Fint rum med balkong, litet pentry. Vi nyttjade aldrig poolen men läget var perfekt för oss, smidigt att parkera bilen i garaget. Vi är överens om att vi gärna kan stanna fler nätter här nästa gång vi besöker Cannes!

Great hotel in a great location. Rooms are spacious with a hob, fridge, microwave and cutlery. There is also a laundry room downstairs. Location? Amazing. Close to bus stops going up Le Cannet or down to Cannes.

Det ligger et hyggeligt og roligt område, lidt langt fra vandet, men bussen kører heldigvis ofte. Hotellet er fint til prisen, man får lov til at passe sig selv og man kan handle det mest nødvendige i nærheden. Vi følte os godt hjemme. Der bliver ikke rigtigt gjort rent og skiftet håndklæder, men det står i deres beskrivelse. Der er trods alt håndklæder til liggestolene ved poolen. Vi var der en uge og kunne godt finde på at tage tilbage.

Very quiet and nice view on the sea and the mountains. The room was reasonably sized and the bed was comfortable. The shower could be improved though. It's quite small, the pressure was not that great and there were temperature variations when showering, which is not very pleasant. The breakfast has a reasonably good number of options but for the price (€16) nothing extravagant. However, the freshly pressed orange juice was a good surprise. Very quiet and nice view on the sea and the mountains. The room was reasonably sized and the bed was comfortable. The shower could be improved though. It's quite small, the pressure was not that great and there were temperature variations when showering, which is not very pleasant. The breakfast has a reasonably good number of options but for the price (€16) nothing extravagant. However, the freshly pressed orange juice was a good surprise. So overall I was quite happy with my stay.

The staff were so lovely and welcoming to us. The view from our hotel was more than we could imagine and all of the other features of the room such as the kitchen, the ironing board and iron and balcony made the stay so comfortable. It was fairly easy to get to and from the hotel too and there’s an amazing bakery just a stones throw away which was one of the highlights of our trip . I would definitely come back again !

Not the best stay. For a start they had booked the wrong rooms (2x2) even though they accepted the booking for 5 through hotels.com. We got the rooms anyway, that was good. The rooms wasn’t entirely clean, dirty inventory on bathroom, unknown substance on bedframe and besides the fridge. A smell of curry throughout the 3 nights stay. No roomservice, and when we asked for it we got a very fast one, and one of the bath towels was dirty and with brown and black stains. The pool is boring, too many rules, and the area is messy, old inventory, sofa’s etc. stashed in the corner and very dirty. No parasols even at the tables. When we checked out at 10.30 our cards didn’t work, so go stuck in the elevator and couldn’t get to parking garage. Even though check out is at 11.00.

Hotellet er fint til prisen, man får lov til at passe sig selv og man kan handle det mest nødvendige i nærheden. Vi følte os godt hjemme. Der bliver ikke rigtigt gjort rent og skiftet håndklæder, men det står i deres beskrivelse. Der er trods alt håndklæder til liggestolene ved poolen. Vi var der en uge og kunne godt finde på at tage tilbage.

Vi havde et værelse mod baggrund/sidegade med balkon som var slidt og beskidt. Meget larm fra byggeprojekt. Det tager 20 min. med bus til centrum, dårlig beliggenhed og langt fra alt. Pessoal antipático. Parecia que estava fazendo favor ao hóspede. Não gostei, me senti mal. O café da manhã foi básico, muito básico, apesar de caro. Havia barulho de reforma ao lado da piscina. A água da piscina extremsmrnte gelada...16 graus...quem entra nessa água? A calçada na frente do hotel merece reforma e limpeza urgente, pois cheia de defeitos e sujeira, me causou péssima impressão assim que cheguei. Na saída, enquanto esperava o Uber, veio um prestador de serviços varrer a calçada na minha frente, levantando o pó imundo. Um horror. No mínimo falta de conceitos básicos de hotelaria. Foi a pior estadia de minha longs viagem.

The hotel was nice, quite bit far from town (there is a bus stop around the corner). But the hotel staff was very helpful, we came around 1pm and were able to use the pool while waiting for the check-in. It was very clean, the room had a kitchen and fridge so we could buy our own breakfasts from the shop.

We arrived at 1130pm with my disabled mother, and the hotel was closed it was very upsetting after a long journey, we had to access a card and telephone number to contact a hotel employee, there wasn’t any water in the rooms and no information about anything!! The next morning I spoke to the receptionist and she was extremely rude, she was very unhelpful. The pool area needs maintenance so does the outside area of the hotel, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel !
