Mills Court, Quirky seaside house at Smiths Beach, bring the surf boards!

The property had absolutely everything you could possibly want for a beach holiday.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great property and great stay. Key pickup annoying in this day and age, keypad with pin changed daily makes sense. Only negative is power outage common in area we were told by neighbours (particularly on hot days as was labour day weekend) so not sure if owner can improve on that but very frustrated to have the hottest night in 20 years with no power from 4pm - 1 am. Thus no A/C, no power fan, no fridge. Maybe a battery operated fan may be purchased. But just on that there were no candles with any wax thus apart from food loss we also had to drive to a shopping centre to get candles. So maybe owner could supply candles if such events are a frequent occurrence (which neighbours stated they are). The torch was handy but the second touch went flat very quickly. But this was the only whinge in an otherwise wonderful accommodation experience. Actually, one more whinge, ALL the hire sites state in capital letters that there is NO Linen, when the site should be upgrade to say YES Linen. Annoying to pack bags of linen that are not required. Again, minor complaints in a great stay.

The decorations and furniture were fun and added interest.The house was very clean and fully equiped with everything we needed.We had a fun stay.
