Perfekt Hotel! Räumlichkeiten sind ziemlich sauber und gut aufgeteilt. Das Frühstück sehr lecker und vielfältig! Wir wurden von Personal sehr freundlich empfangen auch beim auschecken wurden wir sehr freundlich verabschiedet. Fitnessraum und auch Sauna einfach Einzigartig. Auch Fußball Kicker steht zur Verfügung. Alles in allem „Perfektes Hotel „! Wir kommen nach Möglichkeit wieder!

Sehr schöner Zimmergrundriss und im 9. Stock ein Top-Ausblick. Die nicht nutzbare Parkgarage ist definitiv der Wermutstropfen bei dieser Unterkunft.

Contrairement à la présentation/description de l’hôtel, ce dernier ne possède pas de parking. Il faut se garer plus loin (500-600m) sur un parking non surveillé puis revenir à pied par un chemin à peine éclairé.

Hotel Baujahr 1972 in den ersten 11 Geschossen eines 38 stöckigen Hochhauses, genannt nach seinem Aussehen: Maiskolben. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Parkhaus wurde wegen Einsturzgefahr von den Behörden gesperrt. Das erfährt man erst nach der Buchung in einer Mail. Wenn man keinen Parkplatz am Strassenrand findet muss man 400 Meter laufen.Gute Verkehrsanbindung. Strassenbahnhaltestelle 150 Meter entfernt

Alles rundum gut, besonders das Zimmerupgrade und das Frühstück. Leider wurde ich erst nach der Stornofrist per Mail informiert, das das Parkhaus gesperrt ist und es kaum/keine Parkmöglichkeiten gibt.

Achtung bei später Anreise. Aktuell ist die Parkplatz Situation katastrophal. Parkplatz suche im Wohngebiet und Weg zum Hotel an einem dunklen Park vorbei.

Wir sind sehr oft im Augsburger Dorint; meist mit positiven Aufenthalten. Was wir aber am Samstag erlebten, ist eines 4-Sterne Superior weit weg. Beim WC waren Reste von Urin, überall Staub und Haare - auch auf dem Sockel vor dem Bett, an der Glastüre, auf den Nachttischchen und auf dem Tisch Flecken. Nach der Reklamation wurde es zum Teil in Ordnung gebracht - ohne Entschuldigung. Auf jeden Fall war der Aufenthalt eine Enttäuschung!

Wir sind regelmässige Gäste im Dorint. Unüblich für uns: im Bad war der Abfallkübel nicht geleert, ein gebrauchtes Duschtuch noch drin und auf dem Balkon wurde gar nichts gereinigt. Zuguterletzt mussten wir am folgenden Morgen den Gesamtbetrag vom Frühstück bezahlen, obwohl ich die Reduktion von 20% auf Speisen und Getränke gemäss hotels.com zugute gehabt hätte (es hiess, sie hätten keine Meldung von euch erhalten). Es war trotzdem ein schöner Aufenthalt in Augsburg!

Von den Bewertungen blenden gelassen. An sich ist die Lage zur Innenstadt gut. Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schlafen konnte man auch. Dennoch sehr schlecht das es keine Parkplätze am Hotel gibt, aufgrund behördlicher Vorgaben. Dann hab ich heute Morgen die Gardinen aufgezogen und musste mit erschrecken feststellen, das dort Stinkwanzen waren, absolute Katastrophe!!! Leider auch nur wenig Verständnis vom Angestellten. Prima hotel met voldoende parkeermogelijkheden en lekker ontbijt. Elke kamer beschikt over een ruim balkon. Het is -20 minuten lopen v.a. het centrum. Het enige was dat de airco het nauwelijks deed waardoor het erg benauws was op de kamer.

Wir hatten eine Junior Suite extra mit Badewanne. Das kostenlose Wasser war halb leer gewesen, und benutzte Gläser standen herum. Das Wasser in der Badewanne lief so langsam, dass es eine Stunde gebraucht hat, um die Wanne halb zu füllen, und es kam nur lauwarmes Wasser heraus. WLAN funktionierte nur in der Lobby; in den Zimmern gab es kein WLAN. Abends waren wir im Hotelrestaurant essen; es war das Schlechteste, was ich je erlebt habe. Das Parkhaus ist schon seit Jahren außer Betrieb, und wir mussten ca. 500 m weiter weg parken. Das einzig Positive war das Frühstück; das konnte man essen. Ansonsten ist dieses Dorint Hotel nicht zu empfehlen.

Had to call Expedia because hotel wasnt aware of our reservation. Parking was closed so had to park my car incl roof suit case outside. We arrived at 1.00 in the morning with 3 kids. Our room was dubble booked so when we entered the room their were other people sleeping 🙈 We had to wait for more than an hour with kids in the middle of the night before we finally had the correct room. Disaster! Could only sleep a few hours because we had to continue our holiday trip.

Had to call Expedia because hotel wasnt aware of our reservation. Parking was closed so had to park my car incl roof suit case outside. We arrived at 1.00 in the morning with 3 kids. Staff was actually very kind. However, as far as room service, which was limited, as we were told they would exchange our towels/sheets day three, didn’t happen. When we requested at least fresh towels, the staff seemed far from pleased to provide this service. The rooms are adequate, nothing special. Th bartenders were great as well as the breakfast staff. The hotel is Bear public transport and the staff was great calling for a taxi. Overall, a pretty good stay.

An der Rezeption war eine etwas gestresste Kollegin, die uns zuerst abgewiesen hatte, weil es noch nicht 15 Uhr war. Der andere Kollege hatte nachgesehen und unser Zimmer war schon frei, konnten kurz vor 15 Uhr doch einchecken. Zimmer waren ruhig, bequem. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Frühstück gute Auswahl, wenig Wurstaufschnitt. Am Sonntag kamen 300 Frühstücksgäste, das war schon sehr chaotisch und stressig. Schade, dass es kein richtiges Restaurant im Hotel gibt. Wir hätten gerne zum Hochzeitstag gemütlich im Hotel gegessen. Alles in allem aber ein gutes Hotel.

Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer im 3. OG Richtung Park. Das Bett war sehr bequem, das Zimmer und das Bad waren überraschend groß. Insgesamt war ich sehr positiv überrascht, auch davon, dass ich weder Zimmernachbarn noch Hotelgäste auf dem Flur gehört habe. Meist sind Hotels ja sehr hellhörig, das war hier nicht der Fall. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Super Hotel mit top Personal, klasse Frühstück. Nur die angrenzende Bauruine des Parkhauses und dann noch mit dem Hotelnamen dran, grausam. Trotzdem komme ich gerne immer wieder zu Euch. Danke

Das Zimmer,das Personal , alles war top. Ich habe extra angerufen und um einen früheren check in gebeten da ich auf einer Veranstaltung war die um 16 Uhr begann. Das Zimmer war nicht fertig. Und viele Gäste die nach uns kamen haben Zimmer bekommen. Das fand ich sehr schade und hat mich etwas gestresst. Da ich extra nachgefragt habe hat mich das etwas gestört.

Best hotel in this area. Great view from the rooms on high floors. Can see the entire city even. Very quiet and right next to the great park for families. Very close to the train station as well. Excellent room cleanliness.

Hotel Baujahr 1972 in den ersten 11 Geschossen eines 38 stöckigen Hochhauses, genannt nach seinem Aussehen: Maiskolben. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Parkhaus wurde wegen Einsturzgefahr von den Behörden gesperrt. Das erfährt man erst nach der Buchung in einer Mail. Wenn man keinen Parkplatz am Strassenrand findet muss man 400 Meter laufen.Gute Verkehrsanbindung. Strassenbahnhaltestelle 150 Meter entfernt

Hat alles bestens funktioniert und ist gut vom HBF zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wichtig ist die Lage des Zimmers, denn zum wenn nachts am Kongresszentrum ein LKW beladen wird... ist's nicht so schön.

The hotel is excellent in general, the reason of four stars is because the location. On the map, it seems to be close to the train station, however is a solid fifteen minutes walk.

An der Rezeption war eine etwas gestresste Kollegin, die uns zuerst abgewiesen hatte, weil es noch nicht 15 Uhr war. Der andere Kollege hatte nachgesehen und unser Zimmer war schon frei, konnten kurz vor 15 Uhr doch einchecken. Zimmer waren ruhig, bequem. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Frühstück gute Auswahl, wenig Wurstaufschnitt. Am Sonntag kamen 300 Frühstücksgäste, das war schon sehr chaotisch und stressig. Schade, dass es kein richtiges Restaurant im Hotel gibt. Wir hätten gerne zum Hochzeitstag gemütlich im Hotel gegessen. Alles in allem aber ein gutes Hotel.
