Area unsafe, hotel on the main and noisy road all night long, staff unwelcome, corridors smell of dogs wee, wifi not working, shower dirty, parking not free, hotel charges guests. Void if possible

There was no physical check-in and the online check-in did not work. Luckily, the customer support on the phone was very friendly and helped us out, but this did take about 30 min extra late in the evening. The rooms itself are fine, quite basic but all you need. However, my room sadly smelled quite much like cigarette smoke....

Correct B&B hotel, east side is a bit noisy as it' s close to the tram, but for 1-2 nights it' s a good value/ price ratio.
