Very lovely renovation of an original hotel from early 19th century… really comfortable place to sit on comfy couches in lounge area and dining room with amazing European gardens. We stayed in modern cabins but hotel also has gorgeous rooms.

Stunning gardens, delicious breakfasts and Christmas lunch. Absolutely beautiful place to stay right near Hepburn springs and short drive to Daylesford. Staff were warm, welcoming and went out of their way to help with annything. Spa on site lovely. Amazing experience. Definitely recommend.

A magnificent property. Our room is nestled out the back amongst beautiful gardens. The room has wonderful high ceilings, fabulous decoration, is very comfortable and lovely. The main building is an art deco building that is incredible. The mineral springs are not to be missed….this is the perfect stay. The staff cannot do enough for you, they are exceptional.

The property is generally excellent - a beautiful building with on site spa facilities overlooking an extensive Italianate garden. Comfortable rooms - however cleaning staff need to be more aware of guest comfort. Lovely having an 11.00am checkout but our comfort was marred a little by the very loud conversation and inappropriate language of the cleaners working in the room next door.

The hotel includes breakfast, and it was a pleasant surprise to see kangaroos in the garden. However, the soundproofing of the garfen deluxe room is very poor, and we can hear the sound of people walking on the second floor and the noise of cars outside the balcony. The chairs on the balcony are covered with dust.

Service was great, they called to check arrival time which was nice. Checkin was easy, though it was booked as pay at venue but they charged the card the day before. The room was adequate but had some shortcomings. One being the toilet was child size and very low for a mature guest. There was a large fake plant which is very dated and it was so dusty! Our main complaint is that the unit was not level. This made me very uneasy on my feet as I have fallen over previously and so very conscious of maintaining balance which was unnerving here. It also meant the bed was on a decline towards the head, so we were not level for sleeping. Odd that it was clearly built this way as you can see from the photo at the door As a footnote, the rug was almost glassy in its slipperiness and both of us had to catch ourselves on it.

Peppers was lovely but unfortunately the power went off during our second day and as it was extremely cold we decided to head home earlier than intended. The meals in the Argus room were exceptional both dinner and breakfast were amazing. My only criticism was that our bed was a bit small.

The team at Mineral Springs Hotel made or wedding anniversary wonderful. The room & facilities were nice, especially considering the original character of the building was maintained, however the treatment we received was magnificent. We were welcomed and cared for as if we were royalty, and the food was exceptional. We had a lovely dinner in the Argus Restaurant in which the Chef prepared a very tasty & generous meal, but it was the timely attention received by the staff that made the meal perfect.

EXCELLENT service. We had a fantastic 4-day weekend escape. The staff were truly excellent - personable, attentive...just lovely. Nothing was a bother. My wife was offered a free coffee when departing for a very early morning walk. Seriously, this place has lifted to become a destination of choice in Hepburn.

We had a smooth check-in and our room was ready so able to get in half an hour ealier. Room great , very comfortable. Spent time in the spa and lovely meal i the Argus dining room. Slept well , very quiet. Great breakfast ..a lovely stay

Stay was lovely. Had a soa and it was great. Breakfast was disappointing and bizarre. Asked for a toasted cheese sandwich with tomato and told they can’t do that. Saw cooked tomato on another offering and asked if I could have toasted cheese with cooked tomato. Can’t do that. When the dish arrived, it was a toasted cheese and tomato sandwich. Go figure! Far cry from the previous breakfasts of croissant, yoghurt, fruit, juice and coffee all BEFORE the cooked brekky when this property was part of Accor.

Always wanted to stay at this hotel usually stay in villas across the road. I was a little disappointed at the amount of dining options closed in Hepburn Springs in the hotel itself. The dining room was closed. Also we had a one bedroom villa and we’re able to prepare our own meals, but for someone who has a bit of a disability, the stairs were a . Buffet breakfast was nothing special one toaster allwaiting for it
