Second stay at St. Mark’s Hotel and I would highly recommend it! The staff is some of the nicest and attentive people I have ever encountered at a hotel. There is an amazing spa on site and the restaurants offer a wide variety of good food. The rooms are nice and very comfortable.l Lovely rain shower head.

I stayed for one week at St. Mark’s hotel in Bangalore and I was absolutely impressed! The entire staff was enthusiastically helpful, professional and polite. The room was comfortable and spacious and worked well as an office when I wasn’t in the actual office I was visiting. The on site spa provided for a relaxing massage as well. The hotel location is close to many restaurants and bars. I could not have been happier with my choice!

I think I’ve been coming to this hotel for 20 years on work trips. It is reliably comfortable and clean; the staff is always helpful and it has the cutest little fitness room up a Harry Potter circular iron staircase. Lots of good shopping and restaurants within walking distance too

We hadn’t stayed at St Mark’s for six years due to not travelling to Bangalore. Upon our return we were delighted to see nothing had changed. Still a fabulous location in the heart of Bangalore. Spacious rooms that are impeccably clean. The yummiest food both for breakfast and a delightful dinner in their new rooftop restaurant. But most importantly is the staff. They are so friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. My sister had a facial in the in house spa and said it was one of the best she has had in India. They also ordered us a taxi for two hours to visit our favourite shopping spot, Raintree. Our driver was wonderful and the fare very reasonable. Thank you St Mark’s. We’ll be back soon.

Occasionally there was very loud music from the street. Also, some cooking odours are vented into the room. So, you get used to cooking odours early in the morning, and late in the evening. The Management really tried hard to please. A nice place.

This is within easy walking distance from the bookshops of Church Street, and the old eating establishments like Konark, MTR (old branch), Koshy's. The service is a bit of a hit-and-miss: asked for a two person stay but got only one set of towels. For the rest, service was courteous and prompt. Overall, a very pleasant staying experience, especially if your work takes you to the center of Bangalore.

Nothing to dislike. Front desk, restaurant and housekeeping staff are all brilliantly trained and respond to requests in record time. Breakfast...so often a grim and silent experience - is transformed by the lovely staff - best I have encountered anywhere in the world. Room comfortable and easy to operate...apart from the weird double dooe entrance to the bathroom ! Top hotel.

This hotel is beautiful and definitely 5 star. The location is tops and just a short walk to Cubbon Park. The room is spacious and comfortable and the laundry service was excellent. The professional staff is very helpful. Travel desk provides quick rental cars for local travel. Breakfast buffet had a lot of choices. The Hotel is primarily geared for business travelers and thus lunch option is minimal.

Second time staying at this hotel and just like the first time, the staff was absolutely amazing! The onsite restaurant has a great spread for breakfast with plenty of variety and the menu for room service or the 2nd level restaurant was equally good. Highly recommend!

St Mark Hotel is an excellent choice in downtown Bengaluru. This 7-floor hotel offers a lobby restaurant, a rooftop restaurant and in-room dining. The rooms are clean, modern, and they feature automation through an outstanding electronic system for control of lighting, privacy, and service. All staff was kind and helpful. We enjoyed our week in St.Mark Hotel in the first week of August 2024.

Solid place to stay for business! Easy check-in, good breakfast, spacious enough rooms. Feels a TINY bit work around the edges, but this place is a great value and would def stay here again. Wasn’t overly impressed with the breakfast as in the past. My omelette was a thin flat round with a sprinkling of onion and tomato, a far cry from the fluffy filled omelette it should be. If you were eating traditional Indian food or were a non vegetarian then the spread was fine. If you were relying on only an omelette then it was disappointing
